That reminds me: I totally thought about going as 80s era Macho for Halloween, because it'd be pretty easy to fashion a cape and headband/sunglasses combo (although I'd probably wear it over regular clothes because I live way too far north and am way too fat to be rocking trunks) but I balked; and then some guy showed up at the bar in full 90s era Macho regalia in the red & yellow colors from the Slim Jim commercials. He made the whole outfit out of duct tape and it was fucking tremendous.
Great stuff, i'll be cheering for him tonight, if i can last watching all 47 hours of the show. Seriously UFC, 12 fights? It's getting a bit much with the Facebook,FX/Sportsnet and then a 3 hour PPV back to back to back.
Tom Lawlor can lose all his fights and I'll still be a fan. If I'm not mistaken didn't he also come out to Real American before a fight complete with BOA and mannerisms?
In the pre-fight promo package,I want the overdubbed Ole Anderson voice...and if he wins as well.
ReplyDeleteI want to see:
ReplyDeleteThe Rockmaster!
The Brockmaster!
Mick Foley and The Sockmaster!
It never gets old!
Watching two things I love come together in a beautiful way. This is like the chocolate and peanut butter of my nerdiness.
ReplyDeleteToo bad a large portion of the audience won't get it (TM WWF) and will think he was just a bumbling foo'
ReplyDeleteLet us celebrate this occasion with the addition of chocolate to milk.
ReplyDeleteWould love to see someone use the Bane voice mask as well. . . .
ReplyDeleteJBL as the Stockmaster?
ReplyDeleteThat was fucking brilliant.
ReplyDeleteI'm still waiting for someone to come out in full "Macho Man" garb. That would be glorious.
Terry Taylor as the Cockmaster...
ReplyDeleteToo bad that Lawlor isn't nearly as good at fighting as he is at funny entrances.
ReplyDeleteSaw this earlier and loved it. I even loved how Joe Rogen said "he's ready to SHOCK the world"
ReplyDeleteThat was positively SHOCKING
ReplyDeleteRaven as the Flockmaster!
ReplyDeleteBoogeyman as the Clockmaster!
ReplyDeleteThat'd also work for Pat Patterson.
ReplyDeleteYeah, this really is a shame that this seemed to go over the heads of most who saw it. Completely badass nonetheless. (Even had all the mannerisms!)
ReplyDeleteSpecial guest Leonard Nimoy as the Spockmaster.
ReplyDeleteTugboat as the Dockmaster!
ReplyDeletethis is incredibly awesome.
ReplyDeletepro wrestling might learn a thing or two from mma.
Iron Sheik as the Fockmaster!
ReplyDeleteYou mean the Cockmaster?
ReplyDeleteDIrected by Roger Corman as the Schlockmaster.
ReplyDeleteDon Murac-master
ReplyDeleteWe've got more Masters than Machines now...
ReplyDeleteHe has hinted that his entrance at the PPV will be a tribute to The Mountie.
ReplyDeleteAs long as he uses the song as well, that may be worth the PPV purchase alone.
Ok this guy is awesome
ReplyDeleteThat was really cool.
ReplyDeleteBrian Pillman as the Glockmaster
ReplyDeleteMick Foley as the Sockmaster!
ReplyDeleteLooks like MMA is learning from wrestling. That was indeed hilarious.

ReplyDeleteYes, hence my response to Zanadude's comment about the Cockmaster.
