WWE Championship Wins - WWE Top 10

Jesus, WWE is sucking up hours of my life with their YouTube channel now.  I`d disagree with putting Punk's win as high as it is, especially because the MITB show was much bigger for him and the ADR match was pretty middling stuff for a main event.

Still a very cool list, though.

  1. The Cena win is questionable up there. I know it's his first but it can't possibly big his biggest moment. Wasn't even the show's main event.

  2. Why wasn't the title held in abeyance after Austin won the title? Tyson's count was super fast there.

  3. Seems like they were going for more historic wins. HBK's first, Cena's first, Punk's win to start his year plus reign...

  4. Foley's was a really memorable one on a VERY memorable night (Fingerpoke of Doom on the other channel)

  5. Punk got the nod over the Jericho Undisputed win and any HHH win, so that's something.

  6. I would have liked to see Ric Flair's win at the Royal Rumble in there.

  7. Yeah the Punk and Cena ones are only there because of who they are in the company at the moment. Switch out Punk/ADR for MitB and something else for Cena and I have no gripes about the content, though I probably would have put Mankind higher than it was.

  8. Even though it wasn't even a real win, I kinda think Jericho's RAW win over HHH should be there.

  9. Funny that HHH has SO many title wins, but none of them are particularly memorable.

  10. So what's the list for the wcw belt? Flair over race, sting over hogan, luger over hogan, sting over flair, maybe sting over vader.?

  11. Wow, I'm legit shocked Eddie's title win made the list, and I'm glad it did. Seriously, I never thought he was actually going to beat Lesnar, as I thought Goldberg would challenge for the WWE Title (remember, we didn't learn about Lesnar leaving until about a week before Mania).

  12. I really wish they would add the dates - I honestly can't tell what the first one was. Rock/Trips at "Backlash, 2000"?

  13. WWE tends to put Cena on these lists to build him up as being as big as Austin and The Rock and Hogan, etc...

Almost every list WWE produces has Cena somewhere near the top...I bet if WWE did a Top 20 Diva list, Cena would still be put on that list somewhere...

  14. Honetly, it's a good move on their part. He's their top guy right now so they might as well push him as being in the best ever convo. And I'm guessing the tykes and tweens right now will look back at him as a best ever when they are our age.

  15. His first Big Gold World Title win was fairly memorable.

  17. No, it comes off as looking desperate and foolish...

  18. You could easily replace the Cena & Punk garbage with this gem.

  19. Why does the WWE need to continue pushing Cena?
That's the kind of shit that pisses people off.

  20. Yes. Hogan over Sheik, Austin over Michaels...easily the two most important title wins.

  21. I did not know that. I always had the impression people went into Wrestlemania knowing both guys were leaving for a while.
