Some guy on Reddit finds hidden Nitros

Stranger here,

For your perusal:

Some guy created a script that found the first 16 or so episodes of Nitro before they go public with them.

Enjoy. I accept payment in toonies and loonies.

Well, tomorrow IS my birthday, so maybe this is their gift to me.

  1. God, just watching the introduction to the first Nitro again, and it absolutely blows away RAW in terms of freshness and state of the art graphics. RAW really did look like a show from a previous generation.

  2. I can access that online right? NoT roku or anything obviously?

  3. No Scott. Watch the Monday Night Wars. Clearly they were just duplicating the production of Raw at the time. I can't believe they said that, lol.

  4. These seem to be the same edits that were used for the "Monday Night War" on Classics On Demand (but without the intro/closing segments with Michael Cole) as "WWF" references are still censored.

Not public, yet. There was an episode in the vault earlier today but they pulled it. Until they make them public this coming week, this is the only that I know of.

Happy birthday, Mr. Keith. I will not acknowledge the fact that you are a year younger than me, and I am 41.

    D'oh!

  8. Considering Vince no sold Hogan turning heel I can't say I'm not surprised.

  9. Happy birthday buddy. Thanks again for the blog

  10. Vince's delusions are at their worst when it comes to Nitro, and what he makes his talking heads say about that time. It sucks that Vince will never feel that fire under his ass again.

  11. The guy who found these is the guy who created the @WWE_Network_Bot on Twitter...it's a must follow account for all Network users.

  12. I agree. BIG Steph sounds that way too. And i really hate hearing Miz talk about how cool wrestling was.

It's where I've been getting my Network updates.......whenever that is.

  14. hope not or we get edited versions without Benoit too.

I took a random peek at episode 10, and there it was: Eddy Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit.

  16. Miz's WWF fanboying was intolerable.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Why would they want to update the network on a regular, consistent basis?

    ReplyDelete
  18. "Monday Night War" started well before what happened with Benoit, so he was in them. They did edit him out when they started alternating between new episodes and re-broadcasts of the old ones from 2006/2007.

  19. Just followed this guy, the message on the top is "Nitros were taken down!"

God forgive you give the people what they want when they want it.

    Son of a bitch.

  21. Brings a lot of people together.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Clearly you mean the most recent RAW

    ReplyDelete
  23. They mostly do. They are smartly withholding things to keep their network subscriptions up. Product cycling and slow rollout are ways to keep the demand up without screwing current paying subscribers.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Not to mention the assholes that are ripping stuff from the network and uploading torrents of it... if they release everything they have and it all gets ripped and uploaded a not insignificant number of people will just get everything that way (while continuing to bitch that WWE doesn't cater to them).

    ReplyDelete
  25. Exactly. I honestly think gamers are the most entitled acting fanbase in the world, with Internet wrestling fans the second. The fanaticism and virulent rage over entertainment they don't like is quite scary

    ReplyDelete
  26. They mostly do not. They stopped updating Raw weeks ago, stopped updating ECW and WCCW MONTHS AGO, gave us all the Clashes at once, then decided
To give all the SNMEs a couple of years at a time, randomly.

It would not be that hard to say, on Monday you see 3 new Raws, Tuesday a new ECW, Wednesday a couple of Nitros, etc.

Instead it's a "your guess is as good as mine" schedule.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Lol. "It would be nice if they do what I want them to when i want them to do it." You are not entitled to getting everything you want when you want it. If it bothers you so much you can always not renew.

    ReplyDelete
  28. then why not at least go the route joedust mentioned, a fix schedule that they stick to ("on Monday you see 3 new Raws" etc.)?

  29. "fanboy Miz" could be a great heel character.
