    Bayless survived the cut then

  2. How can my Moobs have ghosts if they're new.

Shouldn't you be the Primordial ooze of Meekin's Moobs?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Is there a chance at making a BoD picks league?

  4. The Ghost Of Meekin's MoobsSeptember 14, 2014 at 10:45 AM

    So you've started lactating?

    ReplyDelete
  5. LOL @ user name. It's up there with VadersBuffetShit.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hanging out with some friends north of Pegulaville. Squish the Fish!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Jets are gonna be 2-0 after today!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Are we serious with this Black-ish show? Is it not 2014, why are shows like this still getting made?

    ReplyDelete
  9. I wish Rusev would come out and do his national anthem.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Miami-Buffalo: Two surprising Week 1 winners face off. I'll choose Miami, but I wouldn't put actual money on it.

Jacksonville-Washington: Well, the Skins won't come back from down 17-0, but will the Jags be able to repeat last week's start? Sure, why not? Jacksonville wins.

Dallas-Tennessee: Is Tennessee for real? That's the variable, because we know what we're getting with Dallas. Self-destructing offense in the clutch, AWFUL defense 24/7. I'll take Tennessee today, and regret it tonight.

Arizona-New York Giants: Yeah, this one will be the suck. My coin flip says... Giants.

New England-Minnesota: Please don't take this pick as any sort of betting advice: Vikings shock Patriots, as Brady's O-line doesn't wait a half to fall to pieces. (Yeah, right. But sometimes you gotta hope for the best/worst...)

New Orleans-Cleveland: Okay Saints, time to not suck the long schlong on defense. It's not winter yet, so the Outdoor Saints offense should be fine. Saints win... or this will be a LONG year down here.

Atlanta-Cincinnati: This week, kicking five field goals will not do the job. Atlanta outshoots Cincinnati, both teams clear 30 points.

Detroit-Carolina: Is Cam back? Will it matter? Probably not. Panthers revert to early 2013, lose by double digits to the Lions.

    Later games, mostly without explanation:

Bucs over Rams (Do not watch, unless you are DESPERATELY in need of sleep. Because this one could double as Super Strength Nyquil.)
    Seahawks over Chargers
    Raiders over Texans
    Packers over Jets
    Broncos over Chiefs
    Niners over Bears
Colts over Eagles (A good MNF game, hopefully.)

    ReplyDelete
  11. Against the Packers?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Seems incredibly short sighted. I only watch football on television, so seeing commercials for these new shows is incredibly jarring.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Woke up at 1130 today, don't generally don't wake up any later than 630 so it was awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Woke up at 7, was pissed because I wanted to sleep in but once I'm awake, I'm awake. There is no going back.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Looks like he's just the eternal optimist. Makes me a little sad for some of my past shots.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Bucs and Rams could be VERY competitive... in an XFL type way.

    ReplyDelete
  17. "Also, by popular and understandable demand, I’ve been paring down the writers on the blog tonight, and I feel pretty crappy about it."

    From Scott's RAW review earlier.

    ReplyDelete
  18. I'm seeing Texans-Skins signs from this game.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I'm not seeing much that's swaying me from a Broncos/Seahawks rematch in the Super Bowl this year.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I'm a Bucs fan, so it's been tough, but I think McCown can get things going.

    ReplyDelete
  21. That's where the money's at, but it's nearly impossible to predict that now. Last year was the exception in that, the teams that looked like the four best in the league, actually made it to the two championship games.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Only actual bets I made this week are Arizona over the Giants and Seattle covering the spread vs. SD. Supposedly the entire internet is on Buffalo over Miami at home this week. The numbers bear that out but I'm going to avoid riding with the public on that one.

    Good luck everyone who's gambling.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Lol. Don't get it he's not from New York.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Oh damn. Do we know who got clipped?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Yup, but I think I'm going to hop over to Vince Russo's new thing depending on how this e-mail I sent turned out. So stay tuned.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Considering he likes Dixie Carter so much... it wouldn't surprise me if he's a Jets fan from the Namath days.

    ReplyDelete
  27. So weird to be seeing the Vikings playing a home game outdoors.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Scott hasn't spilled any beans yet, as far as I know.

  30. WOOHOO! Our short blogational nightmare is OVER!

    :)

    ReplyDelete
  31. My guess is everyone outside of Bayless, Stranger, Tommy Hall, AndyPG, and Logan.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Ten hours? Damn, I'd have rated that worth maybe... three minutes?

    ReplyDelete
  33. I still love those blue Cowboys jerseys, even if they're supposedly cursed.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I live in Western NY, and the Billief is currently running wild. Guys are seriously talking SuperBowl after a Week 1 upset.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Great! I don't read Russo's new thing.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Early Stat Lines that make me chuckle:

    3 attempts, 2 completions, 1 yard.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Well Meekin is out!

    ReplyDelete
  38. First deep ball to Watkins had me standing up at home.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I hope my Vikings can win today. Peterson deactivated. Jeez. Seriously WTF Peterson???!!!

    ReplyDelete
  40. What did Scott say?

    ReplyDelete
  41. I know some fantasy team that are taking a whoopin' this week because of that!

    ReplyDelete
  42. I'm loving the Patriots' defensive plan of "Leave All Wideouts and Tight Ends Wide Open" thus far.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I agree, just hope if that is the case, that the Broncos win. I can't stand Seattle.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Let's wait and see how it plays out.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Damn the Vikings matriculated the ball straight down the field.

    ReplyDelete
  46. I have to wake up at 10 AM to watch football! What cruel joke is this!

    ReplyDelete
  47. I'm really disgusted by how the majority of the media is reporting the sugar coated version of the incident.

    ReplyDelete
  48. What really happened?

    ReplyDelete
  49. read the deadspin article

    ReplyDelete
  50. Because everyone is in bed with the NFL.

    ReplyDelete
  51. He beat his kid's ass with a tree branch, drawing blood and leaving marks that were still visible a week later.

It's the kind of thing that would have gone without mention a couple generations back, but now gets OUTRAGE! (rightfully so)

    ReplyDelete
  52. I just realized that this game is in Minnesota. I'm so used to the dome.

    ReplyDelete
  53. The elephant in the room is that it really is a "black thing". That beating sounded like some straight up slave era shit. His texts were ridiculously unintelligent as well especially from a college educated man.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Dallas fumbled. I have no punch line.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I don't have Red Zone or anything so I've got Dallas/Titans and Vikings/Patriots. I hate being stuck with a Dallas game. Id rather watch Detroit vs. Carolina but Heaven forbid I go a week without a Dallas game. I swear I see more of their games than I do Raider games.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Is there a link?

Also, this Terrance West is fucking good.

    ReplyDelete
  57. http://deadspin.com/report-adrian-peterson-indicted-in-child-injury-case-1634160368

I think Crowell is going to be the star.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Well, he attended college... well, maybe not even that... he was enrolled in college.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Wouldn't he have been one of the top running backs taken if he didn't fuck around in school?

    ReplyDelete
  60. We ALL hate getting stuck with a Dallas game. They're the most forced team in the NFL.

    ReplyDelete
  61. He was a 5 star high school recruit.

    ReplyDelete
  62. You need Red Zone. It is heroin.

    ReplyDelete
  63. That was a beautiful interception runback by McCourty.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Rob Ryan is a cocksucker. Maybe we shouldn't have had training camp at a fucking resort.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Rough day for the Saints so far?

    ReplyDelete
  66. It was. Should have dove for that endzone though.

    ReplyDelete
  67. And not to be mean, but I'd have trouble naming more than 3-4 with posting privileges anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Most Americans wouldn't notice if he did the Bulgarian anthem.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Two three and outs and Cleveland is up 7-0. Unacceptable

    ReplyDelete
  70. B.Cundiff kicks 69 yards from CLV 35 to NO -4. T.Cadet to NO 12 for 16 yards (K.Williams).

    ReplyDelete
  71. Don't sleep on the Browns defensively.

    ReplyDelete
  72. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:28 AM

    RGIII, nooooo

    ReplyDelete
  73. I'd rather have the Sunday Ticket where you get every game. I like Red zone but the switching around to every game is a little disorienting to me. I like to stick with one game and watch it all the way through.

I'd just like to have access to all the games so I can watch the best one.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Not the first, nor the last returner to misjudge his blocking.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Beat his kid with a switch and belt, while stuffing leaves in the kid's mouth, talking about it in text messages to the kid's mother in a joking manner.

    ReplyDelete
  76. They beat the shit out of us four years ago in the Dome. Unacceptable

    ReplyDelete
  77. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:29 AM

    Should've hit that pylon

    ReplyDelete
  78. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:29 AM

    I do. "Dallas".

    ReplyDelete
  79. If I had the ticket I would just switch around anyway, Redzone does it for you. The ticket is best for fans who don't live anywhere near their favorite team and want to watch every game.

    ReplyDelete
  80. He cripple himself?

    ReplyDelete
  81. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:30 AM

RGIII is one of the most talented and athletic players I've ever seen at QB but looks like a broken ankle. Eagles fan but that sucks to see.

    ReplyDelete
  82. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:31 AM

Broken lower left leg it looks like (maybe ankle) there's a cast on it.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Sucks for him but their backup is probably better anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  84. He also got him in the scrotum which was left out of ESPN's report.

    ReplyDelete
  85. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:31 AM

    No contact play too

    ReplyDelete
  86. Wow. Wonder if Skins do better with the backup this year

    ReplyDelete
  87. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:32 AM

Cousins isn't in healthy RGIII's league but I don't think RGIII is the same anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  88. How about that... Kirk Cousins comes in and puts points on the board.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Christ. It's like he just learned the mechanics of running.

    ReplyDelete
  90. The guy I'm playing in fantasy is starting Adrian Peterson and Wes Welker so I guess he hates money.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Cousins doesn't get any flack at all from anyone, and RG3 is the most criticized QB not named Romo. Also, Cousins fits the NFL agenda of what a QB should be.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Haha. So easy win for you. My opponent basically just has Manning.

    ReplyDelete
  93. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:33 AM

The Lions are the definition of "million dollar body, ten cent brain."

    ReplyDelete
  94. That was beautiful though.

    ReplyDelete
  95. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:34 AM

    I drafted Peterson (1st) and Rice (8th).

    ReplyDelete
  96. I'm going to wait til I win and then call him out for not caring so that he starts playing the right guys vs other teams.

    ReplyDelete
  97. RGIII's medical consultant must be Ahmed Johnson.

    ReplyDelete
  98. I wish Dan was playing in Miami again, just so we could get a lot of "Marino to Moreno" calls.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Yowwwwwwwww. That's shit luck.

    ReplyDelete
  100. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:34 AM

He can't understand when his medical consultant speaks?

    ReplyDelete
  101. RG3 is officially injury prone.

    ReplyDelete
  102. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:35 AM

Already, Brady, time to light it up and gimme points

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  104. He's always hurt.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Legit lol'd. Well done.

    ReplyDelete
  106. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:35 AM

    DeSean Jackson is hurt.

    ReplyDelete
  107. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:35 AM

And now down goes DeSean Jackson. God is smiting Dan Snyder right now.

    ReplyDelete
  108. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:36 AM

Damn, no DeSean vs the Eagles next week?

    ReplyDelete
  109. If my Browns can pull this upset and the Pats win, my Eliminator pool ought to be looking GOOOOOOOD. We lost 71 last week, hopefully 50 more can go.

    ReplyDelete
  110. From what I can tell, whatever Peterson hit his kid with kind of wrapped around the kid and tagged him in the balls. Peterson even had a text about that one too...

Got him in the nuts on one of those, gettin' good with my switch. Daddy don't play!

... or something to that effect.

    ReplyDelete
  111. The Pats aren't looking so hot either.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Time for Kirk Cousins to take that job.

    ReplyDelete
  113. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:37 AM

49ers were the pick this week!

    ReplyDelete
  114. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:37 AM

Found a steady Red Zone stream, all is right with the world.

    ReplyDelete
  115. My work schedule is 11-9 this week. I'm up for a PPV at eight tonight if anyone is down. I'm NOT watching Night of Champions 2013.

    ReplyDelete
  116. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:37 AM

    BILLS FOOTBALL

    ReplyDelete
  117. Bah. Never mind the NFL....though I am watching while I do homework. THIS requires the attention of the BoD:

    ReplyDelete
  120. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:38 AM

Scott Chandler, could he BE any more of a tight end?

  122. You're doing college?

    ReplyDelete
  123. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:38 AM

I was looking forward to Cary Williams knocking DeSean out.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Oh, that IS good.

    ReplyDelete
  125. LOL

My fave of those memes is the one where he says, "You used so much ginger it tastes like a Weasley!" or something similar.

    heh.

    ReplyDelete
  126. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:39 AM

Drafted them, but I've had to stream because of their tough schedule at the start.

    ReplyDelete
  127. A solid pick, but I stay the hell away from the Bears because they're a multiple personality team.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Samsung with the equivalent of Bischoff's "that'll put butts in seats" with a whiny Galaxy Note commercial.........and I think they're justified, just lousy presentation for that message

    ReplyDelete
  129. I don't see Dez Bryant staying in Dallas past his contract. He's always miserable and yelling at everyone on the sidelines.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Christ, kid. Try and keep up. I know it's hard while you try and figure out how to interact with the opposite sex, but yes.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Almost as good as the one where the guy gets knocked out of the ring and comes back with a chair.

    ReplyDelete
  132. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:40 AM

too old to stay with the 49ers, I like SF by 14+

    ReplyDelete
  133. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:40 AM

Some guys are really good but not worth the headache as a member of a team. Dez is one of those guys.

    ReplyDelete
  134. The Windows phone is also doing that. It looks like a cool phone, but that lame advertising kills it. Apple won on slick presentation, just like Budweiser sold shitty beer with better ads.

    ReplyDelete
  135. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:40 AM

AJ Green out with toe injury, bahgawd!

    ReplyDelete
  136. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:40 AM

AJ Green injured and questionable, oy vey, bignames dropping like flies

    ReplyDelete
  137. He is getting his PhD in Ice Creamology

    ReplyDelete
  138. Man, that crowd is LOUD in Buffalo.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Not familiar with that one, but it sounds awesome.

You have to watch this all the way through. So much comedy gold. Over the top rope, knocking one's self down by dodging a non-existent blow and hitting the back of one's head on the top rope, no-selling, ref bumps....fucking genius.

    ReplyDelete
  140. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:41 AM

    BILLIEVE

    ReplyDelete
  141. "Representing the NFC East, the 6-and-10 Division Champions...."

    ReplyDelete
  142. (lighten up, kid. These are the jokes)

    ReplyDelete
  143. Crap... looking like an 0-2 fantasy start for me. My first ever.

    ReplyDelete
  144. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:42 AM

    Eagles are going 12-4, thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Looks like I will not repeat as the BoD Fantasy Baseball Champion

    ReplyDelete
  146. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:42 AM

That moment when you realize 4 of your 5 bench players are Browns (Hoyer, Crowell, Hawkins, D-ST)

    ReplyDelete
  147. I want historic. First 4 win division champ out of the East this year

    ReplyDelete
  148. After thinking about it for a minute, a 3 month injury wouldn't be the worst thing in the world for RG3. The Redskins season has 5-11 written all over it and possibly worse if the defense doesn't hold up. Kirk Cousins is the most popular guy in Washington right now with half the media thinking he's better than RG3 anyways.

If he wants to be the one to take all those losses while RG3 gets some weight off his knees for another year, his situation around the league might actually improve.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Shit. I am THE Dr of Ice Creamology.

    ReplyDelete
  150. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:42 AM

At least you made the semis.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Wouldn't they get flagged for stacking 12 players on the D-line? You're only allowed 11 players on the field to begin with.

    ReplyDelete
  152. The Browns miss a FG yet it's a penalty on the Saints? WTF?

    ReplyDelete
  153. Do you know which writers got cut?

    ReplyDelete
  154. Best record too but my opponent at a much better week

    ReplyDelete
  155. DeMarco Murray with a touchdown.

    ReplyDelete
  156. I mean, Andy Reid used to put 8 in the box but this is ridiculous.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Oh, for fuck's sake Edleman. You're not supposed to fumble while making a juke move.

    #ShittyMaddenPlay

    ReplyDelete
  158. This is a nightmare.

    ReplyDelete
  159. Fucking Edelman

    ReplyDelete
  160. I'm an unabashed Eli defender, but somethings fucking wrong when Larry Donnel's his top target.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Romo vs. Locker - The classic "resistible force meets moveable object" matchup...

    ReplyDelete
  162. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:43 AM

has he thrown to Cruz? wtf

    ReplyDelete
  163. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:43 AM

It's all about who gets hot at the right time; I got knocked out of the #4 seed in the last week by a team who didn't even set their lineup but both my hitting and defense went ice-cold.

    ReplyDelete
  164. That would be Romo vs. Eli.

    ReplyDelete
  165. I barely made the playoffs last year but won it as my team was red hot then

    ReplyDelete
  166. Once that was sorta tipped, Cruz was falling down because he lost balance when Donnel crossed in front of him.....picked off

    ReplyDelete
  167. Because the joke wasn't good enough, it seems.

    ReplyDelete
  168. That one, too, but we have to wait for "that" matchup.

    ReplyDelete
  169. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:44 AM

Chandler Catazaro, could he BE any more of a rookie?

    I'll stop. I'm ashamed.

    ReplyDelete
  170. How's Locker look? I don't watch much of the rest of the league any more but he always seemed like he'd be a great Madden QB

    ReplyDelete
  171. Home opener... we still BILLIEVE at this point!

    ReplyDelete
  172. More ashamed than the USC fans who traveled to Boston last night?

    ReplyDelete
  173. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:45 AM

Cousins is KILLING it. Terrible Jags D but still.

    ReplyDelete
  174. If Cruz does shit today I'm gonna bench him.

    ReplyDelete
  175. CruelConnectionNumber2September 14, 2014 at 11:46 AM

    I benched Cruz for Maclin.

    ReplyDelete
  176. You make any second contact from that girlie you were making out with at the party?

    #stillnotahookup

    ReplyDelete
  177. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:46 AM

Yeah, but if you're a USC fan, you're used to letdowns against ranked teams by this point.

    ReplyDelete
  178. Kirk Cousins - 4/4 44 yards and 2 touchdowns already

    ReplyDelete
  179. I prefer roto style because of that, tends to be more anti-climactic but I think it's less prone to luck

    ReplyDelete
  180. Boston College isn't ranked...

    ReplyDelete
  181. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomerySeptember 14, 2014 at 11:47 AM

Redskins lose their two best skill players, but they're playing the Jags, so they're OK

    ReplyDelete
  182. He totally hooked up with her!
