  4. Three episodes a week would be a great pace. I hope they keep it up. They won't, but I hope they do.

  11. I grew up with the AWA ("All Star Wrestling" every Sunday morning as a kid growing up in central Wisconsin) and I haaaaaaaaaaaaaated Nick Bockwinkel.

Which, of course, I was supposed to...

Didn't appreciate that sort of thing until much later. :)

One of the greats. (And, honestly, before Vince talented raided the AWA, it truly was a glorious thing to have grown up watching!)

  12. Totally underrated star because he was in the AWA the entire time. Great talking head on those wrestling legends round tables

  13. That was a beauty, no doubt. I wonder if he stole humanoids from Heenan, or the other way around.

  14. Very few people can do a heel promo better than Ric Flair.
Nick Bockwinkel is one of those people.

  15. Bockwinkle is pure class. Always looked like a "real" champion athlete with tremendous speaking ability. For my money one of the top world champions ever. In New York in his prime he could have made the heel champ work in a face champ territory.
