Was just about to post that.

  3. Why is Orton being at Survivor Series a surprise?

    Hahahahahaha!

  5. I don't feel like watching the eagles today. Playing Tennessee? I hate inter conference games sometimes, especially when they are as worthless as this.

Should I start Sanchez over capernick?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:48 AM

    Fuck no.

    ReplyDelete
  7. I like the story about Winston getting away with another one...

Hamilton wins in Abu Dhabi and takes the title. Shocking news, I know. His girlfriend (not "partner", unless they have a law firm together) is pretty hot.

  9. Saw WCW Greed for the first time ever last night. Awesome show. One of the most underrated ever since I think most people just assume it sucks because it was the last one. Elix Skipper and Kid Romeo vs Kidman and Rey and DDP vs Steiner are INCREDIBLE matches. I'd add that one to your network watch list if you've never seen it.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:52 AM

It's going to be hilarious when some team drafts him and he's a bust of JaMarcus Russel levels.

    ReplyDelete
  11. My fear is that the Niners will get up early on the Redskins and just keep running it with Gore/Hyde, while the Eagles could get up by 30 and Sanchez will still be throwing it.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I've never seen a lot of the final few months of WCW because, to be honest, it just sucks knowing what happens at the end.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:53 AM

Greed is a really good show, so is the Nitro the next night. At least the went out on a high note.

    ReplyDelete
  14. BTW Steiner vs Page at Greed is probably Steiners best match as big poppa pump.

    ReplyDelete
  15. NE at DET on national TV. LOVE IT!

    ReplyDelete
  16. That was the first PPV I watched after getting the Network and I liked the undercard matches a lot.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Whoever makes the NFL schedule is on crack. Would it be that hard to make is so that by the midway point, each team has played 3 division games? Instead the Eagles are 7-3 having only played one division game, and I think the Cardinals are 9-1 and they've maybe played 2.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:54 AM

True, but still, it's Mark Sanchez. Why the hell do you even have him on your team to begin with?

    ReplyDelete
  19. I hate the NFL tv coverage rules sometimes. Like, if the Panthers are off, we tend to get the Redskins, despite the fact that their may be a marquee game elsewhere. Yeah, I know Sunday Ticket...

    ReplyDelete
  20. Steiner was being pretty good as a monster heel.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:55 AM

But but bit... He's your hookup! Holla if you hear him.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Because I believe in Matthew Berry, and he believes Sanchez will be a top 15 guy the rest of the way.

    ReplyDelete
  23. If you can get past it now there is some good stuff in those 3 ppvs, especially the last one.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yup for sure, but at least he actually had one really good match.

    ReplyDelete
  25. And look at what is around him in Philly, v. what was around him as a Jet.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:56 AM

Might as well pick up Kyle Orton while you're at it.

    ReplyDelete
  27. His character was awesome. His matches just kind of sucked but it was the wcw main event scene so that's par for the course. Gotta give him and DDP props here. They could have easily mailed it in, but they went out and put on a good show.

    ReplyDelete
  28. It should be easier for NFL as well, since the stadiums aren't used as easily as arenas for concerts and other shows.

    Who knows how it works.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I live in Phoenix and I have infomercials on FOX & Cin/Hou on CBS to start the day. At least show a California or a NFC North team. I don't get it.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 10:57 AM

Hey, his match with HHH is one the most entertaining things in wrestling.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Might give it a look one of these days.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hm..... Diehl and Breneman (sp?) doing the Chicago game. Don't know that I've heard these two much.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM

    Fuck DirecTV.

    ReplyDelete
  34. It's kind of sad how well WCW cleaned up there act in 2001, all for nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:02 AM

Nico Rosberg seems like a total douchnozzle.

    ReplyDelete
  36. This is a true statement.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thinking about what Algieri has said post-bout, it makes me think he got some nice pay-offs under the table to talk up Pacquiao.

Not a lovefest, but Algieri was as complimentary as he could. The way he fought also made Pacquiao look like a million bucks, other than the KO.

    ReplyDelete
  38. The kickoff goes through the endzone making it impossible for Chicago to run it out, which has been their stupid plan all year. Already a positive!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Wow, it's not NE at DET, but the opposite. Glad I started as many NE guys as possible except for Gray.

Probably should have started Gray as well...

    ReplyDelete
  40. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:05 AM

Fuck player safety, they should kickoff from the 20. I miss kick returns.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Dan Fouts is the worst. Well, one of the worst.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Joe Buck and Aikman are the worst.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:06 AM

Chris Berman is the worst, thankfully he only does one game a year.

    ReplyDelete
  44. And AJ Styles broke Yoshitatsu neck, he's out for a few months.

    ReplyDelete
  45. He had a damn good one against Goldberg that has the advantage of everyone thinking it would dip into the negatives. Probably ***.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Oh. Totally. I'm just saying that it's ridiculous to continuously run it out from the back of the end zone and getting to the 15.

    ReplyDelete
  47. are you joking

    ReplyDelete
  48. I can handle Aikman. Buck, however, is fucking terrible. I would also like to never stop punching Chris Collinsworth.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:08 AM

Did he take the Clash wrong? A lot of guys do that and get hurt.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Working on a Sunday so I can give my staff a four day weekend for Thanksgiving, today is horrible, everyone is hung over.

    ReplyDelete
  51. If he Scott had the athleticism he had in the early 90's mixed up with the BPP gimmick, he would probably had a much better career.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Yes, head first into the canvas. He competed in the first match of World tag league but gave up.

    ReplyDelete
  53. We need more HOT SAUCE!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:09 AM

Yeah, my rule when playing Madden is that if it goes into the endzone at all just down it.

    ReplyDelete
  55. for real why is Orton being at Survivor Series some kind of surprise, he has been on every show for like the last 12 years.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Taking that move involves doing the opposite with your neck of everything you've ever been taught in wrestling. Move always looks like shit anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Hungry...maybe I should go to Wendy's?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:11 AM

Some British guy broke his neck last year, and Roderick Strong nearly did by taking it wrong. Still, Styles might want to look into getting a new finisher.

    ReplyDelete
  59. You should bend your neck backwards.

    ReplyDelete
  60. He should use the calf slicer and the Spiral tap more.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:12 AM

    "everyone is hung over"

    No shit...

    ReplyDelete
  62. He was the only reason I watched WCW from 98-01. Of course, I had no idea at the time that he was just ripping off Superstar Billy Graham word for word and action for action.

Just goes to show you how far ahead Billy Graham was.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Bucked just asked if Jay Novachek was similar to Gronk.

    WTF?!?!

    ReplyDelete
  64. you sir are a humanitarian, no one gives that friday off anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:13 AM

The Spiral Tap is some kind of piledriver, right?

    ReplyDelete
  66. Right, and everything else in wrestling mandates that you tuck your neck. You have to actually be mentally prepared to take the Styles Clash properly. People don't realize how much muscle memory plays into athletics.

    ReplyDelete
  67. It's a front flip with about 400 spins.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Is my last sentence wrong, grammatically speaking?

    ReplyDelete
  69. I thought it was a corkscrew splash...

    ReplyDelete
  70. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:14 AM

Again, he should retire it. Like you said, it looks like ass anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Goodell: Player safety is our number one concern... we're working towards a 20 game regular season...

    ReplyDelete
  72. Spiral tap is the corkscrew senton he does.

    ReplyDelete
  73. I run that shit... every time. You can't break one if you kneel.

    ReplyDelete
  74. The final day of my 4 day vacation.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:15 AM

Should be "have had", but close enough.

    ReplyDelete
  76. You should take a weak holiday off the schedule to give them Thankgiving Friday.

    Like Columbus Day.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I disagree, he's the only one that makes the move in a good way.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Wait, J-Lo went back to American Idol? Wwhhaatt?

    ReplyDelete
  79. Kyle Fuller is going to be a big deal in a couple years. Too bad he got hurt this year. And, Chicago's defense is otherwise bad.

    Hey! Pick by Conte!

    ReplyDelete
  80. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:16 AM

I always sign a guy that's otherwise useless just to return kicks. I figure it's worth the roster spot if I can get at least one TD a season off a punt return.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:17 AM

Like I said man, your English is better than a lot of people I know that were born here.

    ReplyDelete
  82. That moment when you realize your team making an interception hurts your fantasy QB2's points.

    ReplyDelete
  83. Dammit why is Lesean McCoy so incapable of scroring a TD?? I blame my shit fantasy season on you.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Agreed... don't want to risk injury to a worthy offensive or defensive guy.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:18 AM

    Oh, OK.

I know this yardie kid that can do a double 450, it's pretty awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I had him 3 years ago when he had the down season. Makes no sense.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I'm getting back on my English classes, I need to finish my graduation.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Only 1 bet for me this week, I took AZ ML +320 since the number was about 50 points higher than I'd seen elsewhere. I'm still looking for a good price to arb that off but the more news I hear about Seattle I might just let that one play out and see where it goes.

    ReplyDelete
  89. On the positive side, whoever moved things around so that Week 17 is all division games... good job dude. ALWAYS satisfying to watch the Cowboys blow their playoff chances in the final game.

    ReplyDelete
  90. AJ also has a cool 450.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I hate the Browns shit brown pants. A stripe down the side would make them look so nice.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:19 AM

He's the only guy I've ever seen do it.I remember RD Evans did an inverted one once, but that's about it.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Because he has been off TV for a whole 3 weeks!

    ReplyDelete
  94. could have fooled me

    ReplyDelete
  95. Crash Holly stole it for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  96. DDP, Taker's Wife, Tanahashi.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Roughing the kicker! Hah! Nice job Tampa Bay.

    ReplyDelete
  98. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:21 AM

I want to see someone use the Phoenix Splash. A real one, not the "stand with your back to the ring and turn around and do a 450".

    ReplyDelete
  99. The Cardinals wore their all red home unis last week. They look like pajamas. Meanwhile, 3/4 of the stadium were rocking the black jerseys with "11" on them. Me included.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Or those guys need to learn to take the move correctly.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:21 AM

I used to always sign a kickoff specialist, but in the new games there's no point.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Fucking Foster waiting right up until game time to decide he has a vagina instead of a pee pee.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Jesus, that was like a 70 yard punt.

    ReplyDelete
  104. The good news is that Carolina cannot lose today. The bad news is that they also cannot win today, but since they weren't doing that anyways, NET POSITIVE BABY!

    ReplyDelete
  105. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucB9XVDbLuA

But I still think the diving elbow drop is the coolest top rope move.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Browns are going to finish the season 7-9

    ReplyDelete
  107. I hate that I buy into the pre-fantasy hype about players like I did with him

    ReplyDelete
  108. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:24 AM

I used to work in a liquor store, and this guy came in and asked for that "Hennessy cog-nack". Now, I know I'm not supposed to cuss out customers, but I just blurted out "What the fuck is cog-nack?"

We had to keep that shit in the back because people kept stealing it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Good, I got Blue going :)

    ReplyDelete
  110. As multiple people mention below, just about every other move that affects the head/neck asks the guy taking it to tuck their chin in. And then the Clash tells you "nope, do the opposite."

    ReplyDelete
  111. Surprised that got the pin, really.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Big Cat Week > Shark Week.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:25 AM

Why the fuck is he doing it on a sex doll?

    ReplyDelete
  114. DDT, go figure.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Defensive showdown in Chicago for those that are into that kinda thing.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Any team in the NFC South would be stoked with that.

    ReplyDelete
  117. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:26 AM

I once saw a match where a guy wrestled an invisible man. And lost. Who did he piss off where he had to go out and job to no one?

    ReplyDelete
  118. How's your season going?

    ReplyDelete
  119. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:27 AM

Fair enough. Is that the promotion where a ladder wrestled a chair?

    ReplyDelete
  120. The true Sophie's Choice of fantasy football.

    ReplyDelete
  121. Chicago doesn't play defense anymore.

    WHATCHA TALKING ABOUT WILLIS!

    ReplyDelete
  122. Defensive showdown or team ineptitude?

    ReplyDelete
  123. 2014, this year flew by. I gotta say this was the best year of my life.

    ReplyDelete
  124. I was watching a Kevin Sullivan collection last night (Florida/Southeast stuff, mainly), and he used a sloppy as shit version of the piledriver as his finish. Instead of sitting back, he would drop to his knees and "spike" the other guys head into the mat, completely unprotected.

    ReplyDelete
  125. I think Lovie is coaching both teams today... wants to go back.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Well... No points in the first quarter.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:28 AM

DDP did a pancake, not exactly the same thing.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Got a tough decision tonight. Survivor Series or Cowboys/Giants?

    ReplyDelete
  129. Bucs could still go 7-9 and win the division.

    ReplyDelete
  130. This year sucked balls. Of course you can say that any year of my life.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Unless you're going to the game, both.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Mmhmm, other former champions include a chihuahua, a painting, and the blow up doll mentioned above.

    ReplyDelete
  133. I have to get up early for work tomorrow, I can't do both.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:29 AM

That sounds pretty badass, actually. I mean, I wouldn't want to take it, but if it was in a video game I'd use it as a finisher.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Cena overcomes football?

    ReplyDelete
  136. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:30 AM

Still not as stupid as the bunny.

    ReplyDelete
  137. You can make this one in the SvR games.

    ReplyDelete
  138. 6 - 5. I won 4 in a row... then had everybody and there brother have the same week off 2 weeks ago so I lost that one. Then last week Brady had a shitty game and Foster was out so I lost that one.... Not feeling great about this week now.

    ReplyDelete
  139. But once in a while DDT has some serious matches.

    ReplyDelete
  140. The whole "ring boy" thing is a bit too gay porn for my liking.

    ReplyDelete
  141. I'm not at all following the product, but at least try to catch the ppvs.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Then the game and watch SS when you got a few hours to spare.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:31 AM

Is that the company with Razor Ramon Hard Gay, or was that Hustle?

    ReplyDelete
  144. Why would anyone in the NFC South care about Cleveland's record?

    ReplyDelete
  145. I bet the fans are like "he's better than Tressman".

I think Lovie did about what he could with that talent. Offense was fairly meh except for Forte, defense was good but aging.

Bears did a terrible job of replacing the defense. Offense is good but Cutler is like Evolution, full of mysteries no one sees.

    ReplyDelete
  146. I was just trying to be funny.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Keep shitting the bed, Browns. Houston was winnable, they refused to win it. Now to go down against a struggling Atlanta team. Fucking awesome. Just pull the starters and get ready for the draft, you jokes.

    ReplyDelete
  148. Do both. Your mind will thank you, and your body will curse you.

    ReplyDelete
  149. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpTEM6R_wZA#t=3250

Video game, sure. Real life, that should be a shoot beating backstage.

    ReplyDelete
  150. Start Johnny JamBoogie as well.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Nah, I misunderstood.

I've gotta start reading more or something. The older I get, the dumber I feel I get. Geez.

    ReplyDelete
  152. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:34 AM

I can't figure out how to do the create-a-finisher. I tried to make a juming twisting cradle piledriver (I'd call it the Undertow after the Tool album), but couldn't make it work.

I just use a simple spike piledriver. Looks cool and usually draws blood.

    ReplyDelete
  153. HUSTLE, Nobuhiko Takada (the guy the created Pride) was the owner, he used to dress up as M.Bison in the shows.

    ReplyDelete
  154. It would be good for my Cowboys if the Patriots could beat the Lions and the Titans could beat the Eagles, but that one doesn't look like it's going to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  155. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:35 AM

Oh shit, that looked nasty. And REALLY sloppy.

    ReplyDelete
  156. Chris Pratt is in Jurassic World? He looks like a modern Indiana Jones.

    ReplyDelete
  157. And it's not the only one on there, just the first one I found.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Adam "Colorado" CurryNovember 23, 2014 at 11:36 AM

Was there a chick that dressed up like Cammy? Because I would totally watch that.

    ReplyDelete
  159. I just use a Snap DDT, because I'm old school.

    ReplyDelete
  160. I'm going to let my whole staff off at 1 so they can go to the bar and watch the Seahawks while I stay here and design a newspaper.

    Best Boss? Or Greatest Boss?

I always find it funny when one of my reporters moves on to another paper thinking the next guy will be half as easy to work for as I am.

    ReplyDelete
  161. Somehow DET got the 1st down on that one...

    ReplyDelete
  162. You're ruining their lives.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Yay! McCown got a TD! Boo! It's against Chicago!

    ReplyDelete
  164. On one hand... let's staff out early.

On the other hand... has staff work on Sunday.

    ReplyDelete
  165. On the other hand, I do love how Mark Lewin's sleeper is treated as this lethal hold, similar to the piledriver in Memphis.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jpTEM6R_wZA#t=1620

    ReplyDelete
  166. Ha Stafford always forces those passes to Calvin

    ReplyDelete
  167. How the hell did Stafford stay on his feet? Brady would have crumpled to the fetal position 20 seconds earlier in the pocket.

    ReplyDelete
  168. Only working today so they all get four days off for Thanksgiving, so again....

    Greatest Boss? lol

    ReplyDelete
  169. Sleepers should be a lethal hold, you're choking the guy.

    ReplyDelete
  170. Stafford is still young physically. He's still a bit reckless, especially when throwing to Calvin.

    ReplyDelete
  171. HowmuchdoesthisguyweighNovember 23, 2014 at 1:12 PM

Loved the finish of Orton vs Michaels... So well done.

    ReplyDelete
  172. HowmuchdoesthisguyweighNovember 23, 2014 at 1:17 PM

    Pretty sure it wad

    ReplyDelete
  173. HowmuchdoesthisguyweighNovember 23, 2014 at 1:18 PM

    Agreed.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Well they could do both: Have some 4 vs 4 ( I never liked 5 vs 5 because it's just too many guys) matches in the Midcard and then the Elimination Chamber in the Main Event.

    ReplyDelete
  175. How can you say Warrior after you always talk about how he tanked badly as champion?

    ReplyDelete
  176. For the kids at the time period, we brought into the Warrior hype and never imagined a day when someone could beat him, but yeah had Warrior feuded with Savage instead of Rude for Summerslam, I'm pretty sure they could have done good business on top.

    ReplyDelete
  177. Did Backlund hold the belt twice?

    ReplyDelete
  178. Ya, man, in the 80s and in the 90s

    ReplyDelete
  179. Damn, just hit Wikipedia. That was a time when I wasn't watching wrestling. 3 day reign.

    ReplyDelete
  180. Big Daddy Cool gets no love? [/sarcasm alarm blows up]

    ReplyDelete
  181. WWF: Diesel
    NWA: Ronnie Garvin
    Intercontinental: Luke Harper
    US: Goldberg
TV: Jim Duggan for revitalizing the division
    WWF tag: Chuck and Billy
    NWA tag: R-Truth and Pacman

    ReplyDelete
  182. IC is CLEARLY the Godfather. Or Road Dogg.

    ReplyDelete
  183. Even debatable that he won it three times. He lost to Inoki but WWE doesn't acknowledge that reign.

    ReplyDelete
