Comments

  1. Can Arizona derail the mighty Ducks one last time in a bid to become a PAC 12 powerhouse? Tune in.

  2. This Austin / Vince podcast is great.

this whole podcasting thing is like the anti-twitter. Listen to anyone talk for an hour and you kind of sort of have to accept them as a human being, and not an evil crazy person.

  3. Soon to be on vacation.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I only failed Medieval II, like the rest of the class. Yesterday, me and Anna made 3 months of our "strange relationship".

    ReplyDelete
  5. If Arizona beats Oregon again, I have to think they are worthy of getting into the playoff.

    ReplyDelete
  6. CM Punk cutting a promo on undertaker while he's waiting in the EC pod is classic.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Anyone else really wish they had 2010-2013 NXT on the network?

    ReplyDelete
  8. It was FCW back then. I have a bunch of those shows.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I honestly think the WWE announce team was worse when they had striker with Cole and King. Holy shit he sucks.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I just want me some old WWF and NWA. :(

    ReplyDelete
  11. And they were good?

    ReplyDelete
  12. I still don't get why the absolutely awesome world championship wrestling eps that were on 24/7 hasn't been added yet.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Old school NWA *_*

    ReplyDelete
  14. I thought he meant all the new stuff?

    ReplyDelete
  15. I'm a huge of fan of is impromptu promos. The one during the Rumble is great.

    ReplyDelete
  16. I will be sad we never got to see Ultimate Warrior host the GLAAD Awards

    ReplyDelete
  17. Or all of the Prime Time's they had on 24/7 that are all ready to go. Why not just put them up? ARGHH

    ReplyDelete
  18. Abe Lincoln era wrestling

    ReplyDelete
  19. Oh yeah they had like 3 years of prime time too at least, and they had way more raws and nitros that aired as well. Where is all that shit?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I wish HBO would create a drama show involving pro wrestlers from the 80s. I would watch the shit out of that.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think they should so a Mighty Ducks reboot with Charlie as the coach and Bombay as the evil bad guy coach. Say he took a big money deal to coach the Hawks, maybe bring back his drinking problem, Charlie takes the job of coaching his little brothers team, who's Bombay's bastard child he left Charlie's Mother with. The story really writes itself.

    ReplyDelete
  22. And some damn Superstars

    ReplyDelete
  23. I'm surprised we never saw a VKM bio pic.

    ReplyDelete
  24. The Wrestler was good as far as showing one type of wrestler, but inside a wrestling lockerroom would make for good tv.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I'd GLADLY pay for all those Prime Time's. It seems like they are more focused with putting up new content like new Monday Night War shows and stupid YouTube stuff. Considering that 60%+ of the audience is over 35 years old you'd; think they'd put some more older stuff up for them.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Not really.

Talent is a lot better in NXT now.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Invicta tonight. I'm in a Chinese restaurant next to the theater where they're running the card. 4th row seat waiting for me.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Oh it would and open people's eyes to how fucking brutal the schedule is and why so many guys died so young.

    ReplyDelete
  29. NXT has Generico, Samuray Del Sol, Steen, Pac, KENTA, Devitt. Who thought WWE was gonna hire these guys?

    ReplyDelete
  30. The film should be in the vein of Wolf of wall Street. I say it should cover the Steroid scandal in the 90's.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I'd really like it to be a mini-series that covers his whole life.

Something I have to get off my chest: people keep saying that Brock beating Taker was a waste of the streak. Fuck that. I mean, let's look at the other options:

    1. Cena breaks it. Fuck outta here with that shit...
    2. Taker retires with the streak intact, which REALLY would have been a waste. Like the old saying goes, records are meant to be broken.
    3. Someone else breaks it (Reigns, Ambrose, etc...) and WWE does nothing with it and sends them to midcard hell because they're no Cena or Orton.

All things considered, I think we got the best case scenario.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I had the Vince/Austin podcast on while getting ready for work this morning. Vince is finally starting to show his age. I would bet that's why he left tv.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Much better idea.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:45 PM

I haven't seen it, but everyone I know that has said it's good, but WAY too long.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I went to IMDB to find this Hulk Hogan movie I flipped past the other night (The Secret Agent Club, 1996), and it turns out Hogan's IMDB page is flooded with wrestling programs - Nitros, RAWs, pay-per-views, etc. So I'm wondering if that means wrestling programs are now considered TV shows to the point where wrestlers have SAG cards. Anyone know the deal on that?

    ReplyDelete
  37. Punk breaks it in the MAIN EVENT OF WM 29 and retains the WWE title.

    ReplyDelete
  38. It's worth seeing, I couldn't stop laughing.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:47 PM

Well yeah, that's what should have happened, but I'm looking at it as if it was the day of WM NC-17.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm kinda meh on Final battle's card, the tag matches sound great and I'm enjoying the Strong/Page Angle. But the rest just sounds boring.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:47 PM

    How you been John?

    ReplyDelete
  42. There were only two men that WWE had built up as superman/beast enough to break the streak: Cena and Lesnar. Anyone else wouldn't have been right unless it was another legend for Taker's era like HHH, Rock or Austin. So I'm cool with Brock being the guy.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Resting, did my Medieval II test last night, the teacher is a douche in class, but outside he's nice. He paid me some beers.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:49 PM

Cole better fucking win, that's all I know. Fuck Jay Briscoe, and fuck Michael Elgin for not getting his fucking immigration paperwork in order.

    ReplyDelete
  45. The thing about Lesnar is that they threw him into the fridge again after NOC. He should've Defended in HITC and SurSer.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:50 PM

I think Punk should have gone over at 29, but in hindsight they clearly made the right call there.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Charismatic eNegro Jef VinsonDecember 5, 2014 at 5:50 PM

You're in Brazil. That's where people WANT to go on vacation.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Elgin/Ciampa can be a nice HOSS division fight. They need to pay more cash to AJ, he should be ROH champ by now.

    ReplyDelete
  49. WWE didn't follow up and get the most out of Lesnar beating the streak. I won't argue with that. But at the time, he was the best candidate to do it.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Adam "Colorado" CurryDecember 5, 2014 at 5:52 PM

You know what would be funny? If Lesnar decides to no-show WM and they have to strip of the title for not defending it.

  51. Not every place is a paradise.
