I woke up early this morning and saw the last quarter of the Cavs game. The whole time I was thinking the game was in Houston. Does LeBron not show up?
Putting all my chips on The Mountie. I will retire forever from BoDing if that fat Butter Pecan Rican beats Mountie. I can no longer live in a world that hurts the ones I love like that!!!
I just tried to boost car and it did not work. I did it right. The cables were pretty old, like I don't even know how old. Odds that they were bad cables?
It was really interesting looking back, you had Hogan, Flair, Taker, Jake, Sid, Savage, who all could have faced each other with some quick changes. Not to mention Warrior on the way back.
I bumped into Sid's WCW return in 93 and it's crazy how much fans loved him. Couldn't see his title reign working but based on the fan response I can't fault the move.
That is weird, unless he was in the locker room having shit done. Who knows, could be a chemistry issue. A lot of Kevin Love to the lakers chatter out here now too. Don't know why they would waste a max deal on Love but the same fans made at kobe for getting cash want Love to get paid by the Lakers. go figure?
KG never showed up to home games when hurt and it was said that he is too intense and cannot stand sitting on the bench in street clothes being unable to play.
He announced this big kickstarter wrestling project. He pitched it well enough to have lots of people to donate money. The project launched a terrible battle royale and never anything else again. No one is sure what happened to everyone's money; he hasn't talked about it since.
I want a 2015 timeline where you finally admit you don't blindly love everything TNA does and have just been trolling us. Keep the bullshit about competition for the WWE is in the best interest on North American pro wrestling to yourself. Own up and admit you're a fraud.
Good, not OMG. Saw it the same day as Whiplash and well, can't compare. Really glad I did Birdman first and then Whiplash. I know someone who did it the other way and said Birdman really suffered
That "Connor the Crusher" thing (the little make a wish kid with D Bry) that they've been showing on the Network lately makes me cry every single time.
TGIT BROS! Gonna be a good night tonight. Let's keep it chill.
ReplyDeleteIt won't be a good night until we get the Impact review you promised.

I still haven't watched it, but I know it sucks.
ReplyDeleteRick Martel.
ReplyDeleteHow dare you judge a show before you even watch it.
ReplyDeleteWhat timelines are there?
ReplyDeleteLunatics.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fCu4wl1QFIs
ReplyDeleteNigel's new project, LA Fights, looks intriguing.
It's still on the DVR. Should be fun.
ReplyDeleteMy choices would be
ReplyDelete1964-69 WWF with Bruno
1986 WWF with George Steele
2008 WWE Blue with Curt Hawkins
1999 ECW with RVD
2008 WWE Blue with Curt Hawkins.
ReplyDeleteWorks for VJ
ReplyDeleteRanger Ross
ReplyDeleteHawkins sounds interesting. He seems like he hasn't been holding back an ounce and also was around for a lot of the major happenings for 2008.
ReplyDeleteAre you a Martel fan
ReplyDeleteBig fan. One of the all time greats.
ReplyDeleteI woke up early this morning and saw the last quarter of the Cavs game. The whole time I was thinking the game was in Houston. Does LeBron not show up?
ReplyDeleteIf Hogan was wrestling Flair at Wrestlemania 8, who would Sid have faced? Undertaker with no heel turn?
ReplyDeleteI believe he's out of action for two weeks.
ReplyDeleteI was still expecting him to be present.
ReplyDeleteOne bad thing about current WWE: no cheesy entrance themes.
ReplyDeleteSid vs. Macho Man?
ReplyDeleteHe is. No one was better off of a hot tag than him. His fiery babyface comebacks were great.
ReplyDeleteBetter theme: the mountie or quebecers?
ReplyDeleteMountie
ReplyDeleteI personally wanted to see Sid vs the Undertaker for the Skyscrapers nostalgia, but Savage vs Sid would have been just as good... with the heel turn.
ReplyDeletePutting all my chips on The Mountie. I will retire forever from BoDing if that fat Butter Pecan Rican beats Mountie. I can no longer live in a world that hurts the ones I love like that!!!
ReplyDeleteSo I DVR'd WWE Slam City last night on Nicktoons out of curiosity.
ReplyDeleteHoly crap, these are bad. Like REALLY bad! And not in a fun kind of way like the Scooby Doo movie.
I just tried to boost car and it did not work. I did it right. The cables were pretty old, like I don't even know how old. Odds that they were bad cables?
ReplyDeleteMountie.
ReplyDeleteMountie because it set the stage for the next one.
ReplyDeleteIt was really interesting looking back, you had Hogan, Flair, Taker, Jake, Sid, Savage, who all could have faced each other with some quick changes. Not to mention Warrior on the way back.
ReplyDeleteAnother difference between the two: Morales actually defended his championship! Vote for Pedro!
ReplyDeleteI'm da Mountie!
ReplyDeleteMost times injured guys don't travel with the team. They stay back and get treatment etc
ReplyDeleteI bumped into Sid's WCW return in 93 and it's crazy how much fans loved him. Couldn't see his title reign working but based on the fan response I can't fault the move.
ReplyDeleteFrom http://www.prowrestlingpowerhouse.com/wwe-wrestlemania-8-what-could-have-been/
ReplyDeleteShawn Michaels vs. Marty Jannetty
Owen Hart vs. Skinner
The British Bulldog vs. The Berzerker (This match was announced but was bumped due to time issues)
Duggan, Slaughter, Virgil, Bossman vs. Nasty Boys, Repo Man & IRS
The Undertaker vs. Sid Justice
Jake The Snake Roberts vs. Randy Macho Man Savage
Bret Hart vs. The Mountie for the WWF IC Title
Roddy Piper vs. Ted DiBiase
The Legion Of Doom vs. The Natural Diasters for the WWF Tag Team Championship
Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair for the WWF Championship
Let's see if he can deliver, talking is one thing, doing it is another.
ReplyDeleteIt was a home game. They might have explained it earlier but it was pretty weird.
ReplyDeleteIs the guy in the jail cell in the tourney? If so I don't like the Mountie's chances...
ReplyDeleteJust asked Jeff Katz.
ReplyDeleteThat guy had love in his eyes.
ReplyDeleteWasn't Money Inc vs Duggan/Slaughter penciled in at one point?
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna finally watch Birdman.
ReplyDeletewhat happened to that boy? brrrrrrrrrrrrr
ReplyDelete... and in his pants.
ReplyDeleteThat is weird, unless he was in the locker room having shit done. Who knows, could be a chemistry issue. A lot of Kevin Love to the lakers chatter out here now too. Don't know why they would waste a max deal on Love but the same fans made at kobe for getting cash want Love to get paid by the Lakers. go figure?
ReplyDeleteI half expected the prisoner to say "Gimme some chon chon!"
ReplyDeleteKG never showed up to home games when hurt and it was said that he is too intense and cannot stand sitting on the bench in street clothes being unable to play.
ReplyDeleteI just had a flashback to 2005
ReplyDeleteHe announced this big kickstarter wrestling project. He pitched it well enough to have lots of people to donate money. The project launched a terrible battle royale and never anything else again. No one is sure what happened to everyone's money; he hasn't talked about it since.
ReplyDeleteAlright, I made the shoot interview poll. I choose 4 different KC Timelines.
ReplyDeletehttp://vote.pollcode.com/21391473
Do you buy all the shoots?
ReplyDeleteI think the Timelines are my favorite shoots.
ReplyDeleteI wish they had some more bowl games to play before Monday.
ReplyDeleteMine too. I don't care for the Guest Booker stuff at all.
ReplyDeleteJim Cornette set the bar with his 1997 one.
ReplyDeleteThere never has been a good one, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteHaven't seen that one. I'm kind of tired of Cornette lol
ReplyDeleteBoost? You mean jump start? I hear boost I think steal.
ReplyDeleteIts either long winded talk about nothing or fantasy booking that any of us here could do.
ReplyDeleteHonky Tonk Man or GTFO.
ReplyDeleteCornette's Guest Booker was bad. Gabe's 2006 ECW wasn't bad if I recall correctly.
ReplyDeleteAt this point just let everyone play one
ReplyDeleteAwesome avatar.
ReplyDeleteAt the time, his shoots were rather fresh.
ReplyDeleteAny chance you can review Martel's WWF 1981 timeline? I saw a five minute teaser and it looks really good.
ReplyDeleteI want a 2015 timeline where you finally admit you don't blindly love everything TNA does and have just been trolling us. Keep the bullshit about competition for the WWE is in the best interest on North American pro wrestling to yourself. Own up and admit you're a fraud.
ReplyDeleteHere is my recap of that
ReplyDeletehttp://www.rspwfaq.net/2013/08/kayfabe-commentaries-timeline-series.html
Good, not OMG. Saw it the same day as Whiplash and well, can't compare. Really glad I did Birdman first and then Whiplash. I know someone who did it the other way and said Birdman really suffered
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the stories beforehand. The booking itself, ehhhh.
ReplyDeleteNeither. The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers.
ReplyDeleteEl Dandy
ReplyDeleteCould be old cables. Or maybe the battery is bunk
ReplyDeleteCornette booked the Invasion like it was Smoky Mountain in 1992.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised he didn't have someone get Laid out with a roll of quarters.
ReplyDelete"Is it true that you are a jam up guy?"
ReplyDeleteAll of this.
ReplyDeleteI gave TNA's show last night a 7.5 and posted a whole bunch of stuff that I didn't like about last night's show. That screams blind love, right?
ReplyDeleteIs Whiplash that good? The premise doesn't appeal to me at all.
ReplyDeleteOr place a $10,000 bounty on Vince.
ReplyDeleteThat "Connor the Crusher" thing (the little make a wish kid with D Bry) that they've been showing on the Network lately makes me cry every single time.
ReplyDeleteYou have a "bowl" every night AMIRITE?
ReplyDeleteIt is, yea. I really don't want to overhype it, but yea.
ReplyDelete
