  1. "the next week or so"

Enough of this "or so"! You equivocating bastard! I expect Orton back on my screens next week or Johnson gets the guillotine.

    ReplyDelete
  2. According to Al Isaacs of scoopswrestling.com, Yokozuna is expected to be back on WWE TV "in the next week or so."

    ReplyDelete
  3. If this were a better era, Orton would be feuding with Sgt. Slaughter. Try and lock THAT chin, MAGGOT! Oh and Sarge proudly served his country and Randy was an AWOL dick.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Orton never actively fought against his country though. Never forget.

    ReplyDelete
  5. It's the WWE's fault my husband weighed 500lbs. Vince used to strap him down and feed him chilli dogs

    ReplyDelete
  6. I thought Sarge just sympathized with the people of Iraq?

    ReplyDelete
  7. Vince: "Hey! That's a half-truth!"

    ReplyDelete
  8. This lawsuit will not hold up in court.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Hopefully they find a creative way to bring Orton back.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Probably running in during the six-man at Fastlane

    ReplyDelete
  11. So unless you are Randy Orton or the WWE itself then you dont know what is happening and Meltzer and co. are simply guessing?

    ReplyDelete
  12. He did get discharged from the Marines.

    ReplyDelete
  13. They're being told things by sources. Those sources may or may not be simply guessing.

    ReplyDelete
  14. That's some forward-thinking stuff!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Cracked article (not written by caliber) about how vince creepily uses his family on air.

Jason Momoa's Aquaman looks more like Roman Reigns than the superhero.

  18. mildly interesting: one dude from Germany is selling WCW Nitro/Thunder/Saturday Night master tapes on eBay Classifieds.

I wonder what the story behind this is? (how did he get those tapes in the first place?)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Roman Reigns is a super hero.

  20. *open-hand slap to the face.*

    ReplyDelete
  21. That's pretty cool. Someone buy them for me

    ReplyDelete
  22. How is he able to do that? I tried selling old PPVs and was unable to do that.

    ReplyDelete
  23. He probably got them from the network that did the German redubs.

    So, Premature Ejaculation Man?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Bosh might be out for the season. Blood clots in his lungs. Those two firsts Miami got are looking a lot better all of a sudden.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Him and Big Viz are going to be star witnesses for the WWE's defense against Ms. Frazier.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Just trying to work out if there's anything I can sue the WWE for. Any ideas?

  34. You know, the WWE probably did encourage him to get bigger and bigger. They did with Yoko.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Just saw Jon Stewart's response to Seth Rollins. Way more convincing promo than half the roster today

"I'm coming at you like a 160lbs. pounds of wood. Soft wood. Like balsa"

    ReplyDelete
  36. Yes, Ms. Viscera, it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that guy was over 400 pounds and engaged in strenuous physical activity. Hey, I'm all for families of dead wrestlers getting compensation but this will get laughed out of court.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Stewart probably got to write his own promo.

    ReplyDelete
  38. But I paid for them and taped them off the live PPV. The whole sitch is gay.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Don't you read the FBI warnings at the start of PPVs?!

    ReplyDelete
  40. but then those videos wouldn't include the original english commentary (which he mentions in the description).

  41. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:55 AM

These jerks have been teasing me with an Orton return for months. To be fair, I think the extended time off has been good for not only his body but his status on TV too. He's one guy who can afford to miss a few months of TV and not really be hurt by it.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I haven't seen the powerslam, hanging DDT, pound the mat RKO finish in a while now, glad Randy is coming back.

    ReplyDelete
  43. strenuous physical activity? have you seen a Viscera match?

    ReplyDelete
  44. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:56 AM

No that's Sid. But Orton is a close second.

    ReplyDelete
  45. You guys think they should add a second-tier NXT belt? Feel like the guys who aren't in the title picture and those not in a tag team are kind of just floating in the abyss of not really having much to do. I know the roster isn't TOO big, but still. Feel like it would be good for a guy like Tyler Breeze or Itomi right now.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:57 AM

He took that bump that one time.

    ReplyDelete
  47. TV TITLE BABAY!!!! I want to see some cowardly, shitbird heeling with the time limit.

    ReplyDelete
  48. But are they even really on TV? ha

    ReplyDelete
  49. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:57 AM

No but I wouldn't mind an egomaniac like Tyler Breeze introducing his own non-sanctioned belt ala the Million Dollar Belt.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:58 AM

INTERNET CHAMPIONSHIP. They can win it from Zack Ryder.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 7:59 AM

We're fighting the good fight MikeyMike. These others just haven't embraced the headlock like we have.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Don't worry, they have Josh McRoberts to take his place.

    ReplyDelete
  53. He's lucky to be alive if he flew to Haiti and back with a pulmonary embolism.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Big Cavs game tonight vs. Wizards.

    ReplyDelete
  55. The headlock is the most over move in wrestling history.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Ryder's a guy who should spend more time in NXT

    ReplyDelete
  57. BUT DOES THE UNDERTAKER LOOK 60 YEARS OLD!?

    ReplyDelete
  58. I don't know about that. WWE loses a lot of court cases and will probably settle before going to trial because if they lose, it sets a precedent for other performers to sue the company.

    ReplyDelete
  59. I still think he's dead. Until I get confirmation, I won't believe it.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:07 AM

Really though Vince does deserve to get sued for putting him on TV in just two thin straps and a name like Big Daddy V.

Also for making him hump men.

    ReplyDelete
  61. And I hear Mario Chalmers is available...

    ReplyDelete
  62. Ah, Friday. Time for the Muhammad Hassan theme song.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Well he did wrestle two matches in one night at KOTR 95.

    ReplyDelete
  64. BUT CAN HE STILL WALK GOOD!?

    ReplyDelete
  65. As sure as he's fucking the woman with hands down the most annoyingest voice on this entire planet of Earth, yes. It's amazing Taker pulled McCool, considering she had to break it off with her brother.

    ReplyDelete
  66. But wait... YOU'RE not Danimal...

  67. http://www.reddit.com/r/wwenetwork/comments/2wghuv/news_may_not_be_good_for_pre_84_content_on_the/

Well that's a bummer of the highest degree.

    ReplyDelete
  68. That "insider" on Reddit claims Orton is being kept off TV for being "too out of shape."

    ReplyDelete
  69. The line is CLE -3. Sounds about right since Beal is going to be out.

The key should be Nene vs. Mozgoff. If Mozgoff can't control Nene, Wizards will probably pull it out.

    ReplyDelete
  70. WWE: Failing expectations, even low ones, since... 1990? (With exceptions, of course.)

    ReplyDelete
  71. Let's load like only two episodes of anything on any given year and then nothing else and wonder why people aren't watching.

WWE is run by a bunch of buffoons.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Also, my continuing decision to not send one penny WWE's way feels better and better every day.

    ReplyDelete
  73. TJ/random observation: Anyone else notice similarities between WWE and Bungie? Bungie sets all sorts of records for FPS game sales with Halo and then gets record funding for Destiny, but is pissing it all away because of decisions based on how the developers want to play the game rather serving their fans/players. They just announced a patch that further restricts player choice in the weekly heroics by requiring matching but still won't allow matchmaking for raids. It just reminded me of Vince and his "eff you, you like Ambrose? He's jobbing to a TV!" mindset. Both companies just seem to be trolling their fanbase. At least WWE is a monopoly. Destiny 2 might have a hard time competing against COD whatever at this rate.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Cena vs Orton,one more timeFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:25 AM

If he's out of shape then I'm the blue meanie.

    ReplyDelete
  75. I hope there's a point where he tells everyone that all of their problems can be solved by moving under the sea.

    ReplyDelete
  76. I've been patiently waiting for AWA, but hey screw that! MOAR TOTAL DIVAS!

    ReplyDelete
  77. If he got the source tapes, they would. Those redubs had the English on them under the German announcers.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:29 AM

On the bright side maybe they'll add more Raw, SmackDown and Nitro.

    ReplyDelete
  79. If Daniel Bryan loses at Fastlane, I'm actually done with wrestling. I expect a ton of "See you on Monday" jokes, but this is really it. I already canceled the renewal on my Network subscription, next step is I stop watching altogether.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Legends House Season 2 FTW!!!

    ReplyDelete
  81. Yeah, I saw some of that stuff back in the day when Sky had some German channels on it. They just talked over the top, it wasn't a seperate audio track.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Aye. A year of the Network, and no Nitro past 96? That's crazy to me.

    ReplyDelete
  83. My Client, bROCK Lesnar!February 20, 2015 at 8:31 AM

    Sure. See you Monday!

    ReplyDelete
  84. I would say "See You On Monday" but I've never seen you post here before.

    ReplyDelete
  85. My sources say Undertaker is walking like a 75 year old man desperately trying to make it to the bathroom before he shits his pants and embarrasses the entire family at his grand daughters ballet recital.

    ReplyDelete
  86. He is 100% jobbing at fast lane.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:32 AM

I'm always here to add a positive outlook!

    ReplyDelete
  88. I noticed the other day they're up to like July 1996 on old Raws. I wonder if they'll start adding 1997 Nitros when they get to 1997 Raws?

    ReplyDelete
  89. I see where you're going, but I have a different take. I think with Halo, Bungie had a very clear vision and knew what they were trying to make. Everything about Destiny screams to me they had an idea for a game to be all things for all people and they've been figuring out that's not going to work. So, they've been making changes as they've gone and they keep removing stuff people like.

The WWF is more a corporation taking over a niche and trying to over-manage an already existing product.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Whining because your guy doesn't win? You're just jealous because you will never be Roman Reigns.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I wish the E would stick guys like Orton and Sheamus in those and Kane and Big Show spots. They tower over Bryan and Reigns and they can actually you know.. wrestle. I am so fucking sick of those two idiots. Theyre not heels, theyre big fat wastes of time and money. I dont cheer for their opponent or boo them i change the fuckig channel. I wouldnt watch if they invented a time machine and put them in a four way with Flair and Steamboat in 89. I dont want to see them as a heel tag team beating up little guys, and being dicks. I dont want to see them in enforcer roles like Noble and that other geek. I just want them to go home, show up for the hall of fame stuff and maybe come out and double choke slam some guy on a Raw reunion. But even that will only get a "oh look those two big guys i used to fucking hate. Glad to see theyre not dead." Have a good days folks.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I quit watching Raw on Monday. I used to always watch between the Rumble and Mania and I'm not this year. I believe in you.

    ReplyDelete
  93. It's almost like the Network and the company that manages it are a bunch of wrestling-hating trash TV morons!

    ReplyDelete
  94. Sheamus returns costing Bryan the match. Helping to build up the Sheamus vs Ryan curtain jerking match at Wrestlemania.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Not read, but I do know that when those warnings come on that its time for the PPV to start.

    ReplyDelete
  96. TJ: http://deadspin.com/chris-bosh-may-miss-rest-of-season-due-to-blood-clots-i-1686973424

  99. I'm not one of the top acts around here but I've been an opener/low midcard poster for a few weeks now

    ReplyDelete
  100. On a brighter note, name the 2012-13 Knicks members who used the following travel aliases:

    Ace Boogie
    Bud Wiser
    JR Ewing
    Patrick Oakley

    ReplyDelete
  101. GAMMY'S GETTING UPSET!

    ReplyDelete
  102. DO THE BIRD!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  103. Speaking of the Knicks: The Seahawks could've used Melo as their OC in the Super Bowl, because he never passes. Mwuahahaha.

    ReplyDelete
  104. BOOO!!!!!!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RnI8pWds-4w

    ReplyDelete
  105. I'm pretty sure WWE actually demoted and gradually started to humiliate him (fat shaming) in attempts to get him to lose weight. He would've hung around had he not failed a physical in New York, preventing him from working in practically half the country.

    ReplyDelete
  106. There is definitely a difference in vision between Halo and Destiny, but it seems like a pretty easy fix: more actual content focused on the story and using matchmaking where people want it and not where they don't. Maybe Bungie's sole direction was with this weird matchmaking set-up: they seem to get really pissy when anyone asks for raid matchmaking. So I think that was clearly a "we want this in the game" no matter what. It's still a fun game, I just think it's odd that a developer that is tied into a franchise for a 10-year period along with DLC between games is so anti-fan requests. It just reminds me of a company so dependent on the success of a hardcore Network subscription base pissing off their hardcore base so often. At least both have great cores: WWE's roster is really good and Destiny's mechanics are top notch.

    ReplyDelete
  107. I think it went:
    - Encourage Yoko to get as big as possible
    -Realise Yoko is too fat
-Punish Yoko for not losing weight

    ReplyDelete
  108. The four way match would be worth it just for the 12 minute mark where both the big lugs get dumped out of the ring, and the crowd now realizes they're going to get to see the two WRESTLERS go at it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Dude, it's WM season... you're in.

    ReplyDelete
  110. He is losing. Roman Reigns is WWE's new guy whether we like it or not.

    ReplyDelete
  111. I don't recall ever hearing about WWE encouraging him to become a fat(ter) tub of goo. If I'm sending him to fat camp, paying for him to sit at home to lose weight, or sending him to expensive doctors, and see negative return, I'd punish him, too. "Yoko, lose 50 pounds." (4-months later) "... You GAINED 50 pounds? Go out there and get stretchered out on a fork-lift, tubby."

    ReplyDelete
  112. Do you remember how PUMPED we all were for the launch of WWE Network at only $9.99?

The bloom is off the rose for sure, but I'm still satisfied. I get my money's worth.

    ReplyDelete
  114. So I really wish they ran a flight back from Oakland to SD sometime earlier than 6am. I really wish I could just fly back without getting a hotel to stay in for 8 hours.

    ReplyDelete
  115. I hear voices in my head
They're telling me I'll be on TV
    In a week or so

    ReplyDelete
  116. "Double zero?"
    "It's 'oo.' As in 'oo-oo ah-ah.'"

    ReplyDelete
  117. Adam "Colorado" CurryFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:47 AM

He's a guy that should spend more time in TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  118. You can't fight it... this is bigger than you.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Fuck. I am digging the WCCW shows.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Honestly I've watched a couple of episodes of 80s and earlier wrestling on the network, yet I've watched the entirety of Total Divas, Monday Night Wars & Countdown.

I'm a guy who had every single PPV available on tape or DVD, upto a few years ago so it's not like I'm a casual fan.

    ReplyDelete
  121. You're getting a hotel room for only 8 hours?

    ReplyDelete
  122. Adam "Colorado" CurryFebruary 20, 2015 at 8:49 AM

I've had a blood clot in my lung, it's painful to say the least.

    ReplyDelete
  123. 8 hours at night may be worth a hotel room depending on the circumstances.

    ReplyDelete
  124. I would love Will Farrell as Robert Goulet singing various WWE theme songs... Orton's would be at the top.

    ReplyDelete
  125. I still think the network is awesome. I'm not entirely pumped about the current product, but there's a chance Daniel Bryan main events WrestleMania again so I'm not too upset.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Oh I'm done trying to "fight" it. But I can't continue to justify following a product that more often than not, sends me into fits of furious anger and frustration. I've been "hate watching" RAW for many years now. If DB goes down, I'm out. He is honestly the last character I am truly invested in.

    ReplyDelete
  127. We have hope, but seriously, he's not main eventing WM again...

... not by the hair on his chinny chin chin.

... on his way to the ring was my favorite.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Yes! I made the card!

    ReplyDelete
  131. For the third time. When I fly up to see the games the last flight back is at 1135pm. The game ends at like 1030 at the earliest so I'd never make it. I have to fly back at 6am and it forces me to get a hotel room. Still, splash city ftw

    ReplyDelete
  132. Its either that or sleep in the airport for 7 hours if they'd even let me in.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Vince: this lawsuit is laughable. I took excellent care of fat Shelton.

    ReplyDelete
  134. That'd be awesome. Just saying "Daniel Bryan" over and over again to the tune of his entrance music would be gold.

    ReplyDelete
  135. They'd let you in, but FUCK THAT. Hotel is the way to go.

    ReplyDelete
  136. except for the million or so subscribers they have for their service.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Sleep? Hit the bars until the wee hours!

    ReplyDelete
  138. That's lame. I bet hotels rake in a ton of money with the airports doing that.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Dude I would do that in a second but BY LAW everything has to close at 2am. Remember America is a free county but you're not allowed to drink almost anywhere after 2am.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Hopefully Chris Bosh is OK. He's a fine jam-up Eagleton resident

    ReplyDelete
  141. It's still a steal at $9.99 MAGGLE for everything we get. Sure, he current product is lame, but I'll watch the PPVs for essentially nothing while enjoying old shows as well.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 9:01 AM

Aubrey Plaza is waiting with bated breath.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Yeah it sucjs. If they had a 1am flight it would be such a perfect thing for me. Its only about a 55 minute flight too.

    ReplyDelete
  144. I pretty much only watch RAW to see what's going to happen, and because of the BoD live thread.

But man... it's WrestleMania. You do not have a choice in this matter.

    ReplyDelete
  145. I did not realise that. Hmm. Yeah. 2am-6pm is a hard timeslot to fill then.

    ReplyDelete
  146. "known to WWE fans as CM Punk and Colt Cabana"

I'm pretty sure most "WWE fans" have less than zero clue who this "Colt Cabana" is.

    ReplyDelete
  149. Art "AllAmericanBoy" VandelayFebruary 20, 2015 at 9:05 AM

Great now I wanna see a storyline where April leaves Andy for Bosh and Andy spends the next few years.....training.

    ReplyDelete
  150. I "sports hate" the hell out of that guy, but blood clots are scary.

    ReplyDelete
  151. I've heard of Scotty Goldman though, wonder if they're related?

    ReplyDelete
  152. His training is world class now. Have you seen Mr Jonathon Karate throw a kick?!

    ReplyDelete
  153. Vince's use of human beings to represent his petty rich guy concerns is great. OH NO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DEFENSE AND ROADS, WHICH I USE WHEN TOURING DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY! WHATARIPOFF!

    ReplyDelete
  154. They introduced 24 hour drinking licenses here under the last Labour government, but there's only a certain number of establishments that went for them. There's always *somewhere* to drink in whatever city you're in, I'd imagine.

  156. Been watching Spartacus on Netflix. I've seen the first 3 seasons before once but this show is really good.

    ReplyDelete
  157. We should all sue Vince for KOTR 95. Throw SummerSlam 95 as well for putting Mabel in a title match too.

    ReplyDelete
  158. Its been one of the quietest build-ups to WrestleMania in years.

    ReplyDelete
  159. It certainly has nothing to do with intentionally cooling off a popular wrestler to get over a pet project, nosirree. Greg Gagne is embarrassed by the Reigns push.

    ReplyDelete
  160. The only way this works out is if WWE feels bad and gives her some $$, or there's a hidden steroid angle to this story.

    ReplyDelete

  162. It's true though that she probably wanted him to lose weight throughout his life, but if Viscera had shown up at work one day weighing 200lbs, WWE wouldn't want anything to do with him. His only worth to them was as a big fat guy. The "abuse" he put his body through may just have been maintaining a 500lb weight.

"Frazier, the wife of former WWE star Viscera, filed a wrongful death suit claiming the fatal heart attack her husband suffered in 2014 were directly caused by the injuries and abuse he placed on his body while working for the WWE."

    - Or maybe it had something to do with being fat as fuck. But that's none of my business.

You know, having Randy Orton team up with Dolph Ziggler, Ryback and Sting to take on Seth Rollins, Triple H, Big Show and Kane wouldn't be the worst idea in the world. It gets everyone a payday, helps disguise Sting's limitations, and lets us get through Big Show and Kane's involvement in one shot.

  176. Yeah, I really don't see an end game of what fans are supposed to give a shit about this year. Sting defending WCW's honor in 2015? Holy crap, that's their big Wrestlemania angle?
