Details of Justin Gabriel's Departure From the WWE

It's been reported that Gabriel left the WWE the RAW before the Royal Rumble. He was at the arena that day and decided he was going to leave and went out to either go sight-seeing or sky diving then returned to the arena a few hours later and found out that there was still nothing scheduled for him to do then booked a flight home as he did not want to be in the WWE anymore. In between connecting flights, WWE Head of Talent Relations Mark Carrano called him and said that they had a segment for him but could not find him anywhere in the arena and that was when Gabriel told him that he left and was quitting the company. WWE Officials were not happy with the way Gabriel quit but they granted his release the next Friday.

  1. Where is it? Every interview he's done has been awful.

  2. There's no reason to go around and around with people that are so engrained in bottled up thinking that they don't even realize that their opinion isn't a universal truth. I don't waste my time. I just drop a little glimmer for those that have a chance of breaking free from the chains.

I think Scott is beginning his annual pre-wrestlemania troll.

  6. If Bundy's win was 9 seconds, then Titus O'Neil has the record for fastest Royal Rumble elimination.

He was GREAT as the Hurricane's tag team partner.

  8. Does this mean that the Four Horsemen will never go in the Hall of Fame because Chris Benoit kil...oh, never mind.

  9. GO TO HELL, PIPER! GO STRAIGHT TO HELL!

  10. I still laugh at the whole thing. Jesse Ventura proved he could make anything watchable. I wish 1985 Jesse had been around for the Steiner/Triple H match.

  11. That match was one of the best booked bad matches I have ever seen.

OR worstestestest she could find that Hell in a Cell match with taker.

I think the difference is one off sex tape versus full blown career.

  20. That's a really fair question, especially since X-Pac has made plenty of appearances on WWE TV in recent years.

It's not a Hogan situation where a sextape was stolen and leaked. Waltman was involved with the release. He filmed bumper segments for it!

  23. I will not be casting any stones at Chyna. I was a big fan of hers. I feel bad for her that she made some of the decisions she had made - but even grace and mercy can be for her / if she turns from the death and destruction of the industry she had been part of.

Sounds like his pedigree is to be a tag team or secondary champ.

The HiaC match with Taker was just as bad.

    ReplyDelete
  27. As far as the joke here regarding Triple H's comments about Chyna....yes, on its surface, what he said was hypocritical. Of course.

Alternate opinion: she's an insane trash person they don't want anything to do with, and he was trying to be nice.

("But such and such did this and they're in!" Yes. That is true. It's hypocritical. But I don't think there's a WWE Hall of Fame recall election any time soon, so get over it.)

  28. And to quote Robot Chicken "...BLAMMO!"

  29. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anoa%27i_family
Apparently, the Rock is not even related by blood to Peter Maivia, as his mother (who married Rocky Johnson) was the step-daughter of Peter. Plus the fact that Peter Maivia is not blood related to the Anoia family. So what does that make the Rock to Roman Reigns?

    ReplyDelete
  30. That match was a decent battle of the bulls type match. Sure both were gassed by the end - but not too horrible.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Exactly. Vince decides who goes in the HOF not HHH so he gave the most diplomatic answer possible without throwing her under the bus.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Benoit was never a real horseman.

  33. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 4, 2015 at 8:27 AM

What's this I am hearing about Roman Reigns beating Daniel Bryan with the Pedigree? FUCK TRIPLE H!!! I mean Roman Reigns...sorry I am am just getting confused at this point.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Yeah - but you could always say Triple H drove her into it. He rides her until the bosses daughter and him actually start getting involved and then they just fire her. Oh I'm not going to say it was their fault and Joanie could have made better decisions - but based on the lost souls she was already involved with - it is not a shock she went into the most abhorous profession in God's eyes. Sure she could have made a better decision, but since Joanie was already lost - doesn't know Christ - then seeing her get driven into porn by her ex-boyfriend dumping her for the bosses daughter doesn't seem so far fetched. I still pray Joanie gets out of the business and returns to being a role model for kids - instead of being used by sex traffickers.

  37. She could find Shawn going over Bret at WM12 and realize her father associated with such a prick! "But Dad, Bret deserved to be WWF Champion! I hate you!"

    ReplyDelete
  38. The HIAC was pretty acclaimed all-around and our own Scott Keith gave it the full five stars.

That's not indisputable proof that it actually *is* a great match, just that most people view it that way.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Does anyone really care if Chyna goes into the Hall of Fame? She's a fucking lunatic that'll probably show up loaded and cause a scene.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Absolutely nothing, which is what you're about to become!

    ReplyDelete
  41. She'd probably show up with a gigantic dildo in hand, so yes, let her in! I'll take that over Maria Menououououos talking about how she used to hang with the boys in the back so much, she was an honorary member of Money Inc

    ReplyDelete
  42. What kind of an example are we setting?!

    ReplyDelete
  43. If they booked Reigns properly, he'd draw more money in a month than Bryan would in six. But that's not going to happen.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Makes sense. I never thought he resembled him

    ReplyDelete
  45. It took 9 seconds for Bundy to run across the ring for the Avalanche.

    ReplyDelete
  46. She was overrated, shitty worker, bad attitude, and was pushed because her allies were in power. But, she did make them money, so there might be a case. She had a limited shelflife Though

    ReplyDelete
  47. And it wouldn't have been the least bit surprising, either.

  48. The Love-Matic Grampa!February 4, 2015 at 9:50 AM

Not really, but HHH's explanation was clearly bullshit. Just say she's not worthy and move on instead of trying to make a morality argument, because there's no way WWE comes out looking good once you go down that road.

    ReplyDelete
  49. That splits a lot of hairs though.

I mean, I could give a shit whether Chyna is in the Hall of Fame or not, really. It's just so silly to say "well one porno was fine. But more than one is out of the question!"

    ReplyDelete
  50. Roman Reigns can draw. He designed his own tats.

    ReplyDelete
  51. The Love-Matic Grampa!February 4, 2015 at 10:27 AM

Say what you will about Piper, but he was the biggest heel in the world once upon a time.

    ReplyDelete
  52. This is hilarious. Not only is Peter Maivia not related by blood to the Anoa'i family, but Rock himself isn't even related by blood to Peter Maivia. I guess "cousin" sounds better than "Reigns is the grandson of a guy who was blood brothers with the guy who adopted my mother. But we exchange Christmas cards."

You know, is it possible that Rock isn't even that close with Reigns to begin with and maybe that's why he was upset with "putting him over" at Royal Rumble?

    ReplyDelete
  53. The Love-Matic Grampa!February 4, 2015 at 10:27 AM

My God, won't someone think of the children?!? No innocent eyes should have to witness such atrocities!

  54. Forget Reigns. Forget Bryan. Kane should have won the Rumble https://40.media.tumblr.com/ce36d25b36130b0a9773ebd0439224c3/tumblr_nj2urutxyF1sx191ko1_500.png

    ReplyDelete
  55. There's absolutely no indication that is true.

Bryan has a track record of drawing money. Not Cena money or even CM Punk money, but money.

Roman Reigns has no record of drawing anything outside of The Shield.

If everybody with an intimidating look could draw money if pushed properly, are you telling me freaking Brakkus could've been a main eveneter?

    ReplyDelete
  56. If he said she isn't worthy he'd have to explain why.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Have they ever inducted someone while they were in the midst of rock bottom?

    ReplyDelete
  58. You shouldn't come here because we make fun of things here. That makes you guilty by association. Jesus wouldn't come here because he doesnt make fun of things.

    ReplyDelete
  59. You're kidding right? A read through of Jesus' dialogue with the Pharisees puts that argument to rest pretty quick.

    ReplyDelete
  60. There are people who think Kane should win everything.

Of all the types of fans out there, this is the fringe group with the lowest awareness of workrate
