NXT TV show

Hi scott, how about reviewing the NXT TV shows again? I have a feeling you will enjoy the uocoming weeks...best wishes

I dunno, Tommy does a great job with it as it is, and sometimes I just enjoy sitting back and watching a show instead of having to critically break it down every week.  I think I'm good with the way things are.

  1. Tommy's great!! His reviews are like the perfect length and catch you up with the show without going too in depth. I like when he adds jokes, too.

  2. Agreed, Tommy does an outstanding job. But also, I would love more SK stuff.

    You blew it, Teague.

  5. I would like a rerant on more of the 96/97 stuff. I hate watching PPVs from around that time and go to look at the rant and see that I have to go to 411 or Inside Pulse to read it.

Oh man, the Star Trek TOS episode "Space Seed" is on. The introduction of the Khan character.

  7. Slight threadjack, but I just caught up on Smackdown and did anyone else enjoy the hell out of that tag team turmoil match? Thought it told a good story between Reigns & Bryan and loved seeing them both work 45 minutes plus.

Nothing wrong with a weekly Quick n Dirty recap instead of a full rant, y'know...

  12. The part with the Usos was really good, maybe ****, the the rest was pretty boring and dull.

  13. Much appreciated.

  14. Very much appreciated

  15. Yeah, I know it wasn't a ten star classic or anything, but maybe I just liked the novelty of it.

  16. THAT'S RIGHT BROTHER, SCOTT KEITH ONLY MAKES HIS WAY TO THE BIG TOWNS, DUDE, AND ONCE THE BLOG OTTERS ARE ON THE FRONT PAGE, THEIR MONEY IS IN YOUR FRONT POCKET BROTHER DUDE

haha. That's hilarious on several levels. Not the least of which is the fact that you wanted the Beverly Brothers that badly!

  18. I listened to an interview with Al Michaels earlier in the week where he said the same thing.

    He likes NXT.

The message here is that we need to cover 90's WCW more thoroughly.

  20. I do like reading Scott's writing, but I get the desire to not mix work and pleasure.

Don't know how Tommy does it, dude's a machine. The unsung workhorse of the Blog.

  21. Why is it so important?

  22. Theberzerker Von HUSSingtonFebruary 14, 2015 at 8:46 PM

Because we enjoy reading them? Why else are we even here? I'm just saying if he'd rather do that than a full rant.

  23. IIRC, they ended up jobbing to a ninja turtle team in a huge multi-platform figure tag team tournament me and my brother had, when both Beverly's heads fell off at 8:40. We then wished them well in their future endeavours.

  24. But when it comes to the big NXT shows, Tommy is like Andre and Scott is like Hogan in the build up to Wrestlemania III with the trophies. Tommy posts his review, Scott posts his review, Scott does an extra article. Scott goes on the daily update with Bayless only for Tommy to come out with Scotsman.

Scott: What are you doing with HIM?!

  25. Do you eat a half gallon in a sitting?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Lol its fun to imagine hulk saying that. Jack

    ReplyDelete
  27. Not every time. Sometimes. Technically, most don't sell half gallons anymore.

  28. Honestly I'd think black people would be even more like....wtf....than I am. It's just silly embarrassing, the equivalent would be a white guy hosting the Feud and goosestepping for every white family to show off how white his is.

    It's fucking absurd lol
