We're duct taping a megaphone and a tennis racket together, and fixing it onto the end of one of Fuji's canes, to make SURE we leave Mania with the tag titles.

(I yell HUSS into the megaphone while Curtis hits them with it)

  7. Shawn/Perfect seems unfairly marked as a massive disappointment because it wasn't a great match but we should remember that in 1993 Shawn wasn't Shawn Freakin Michaels yet. He was a solid midcard presence but it's not like it was 1995 level Shawn and 1993 Perfect shitting the bed.

Shawn was still developing and improving.

  8. This is the first time I've looked at one of these threads since they first started. I'm honored to be part of what appears to be a jobber tag team. Let's make 'em look good, Pistol Pete, whoever you are.

  10. The time limit deal was a big weirdo too. Like was having Meng VS Wrath or Alex Wright VS Fit Finlay or Lodi VS Saturn or Disco Inferno wrestling twice really that important that you'd shoehorn them in and then risk going over the 3 hours?

  11. It'd cost $ for the extra ring + the cage and they'd loose out some money on the extra seats the 2nd ring takes away too, so that'd probably be an issue also.

  12. I can't wait until all the backstage gossip comes out! I hear that Abeyance won't perform live unless he has seven different women all covered in tropical fruit, waiting for him in his dressing room.
