I liked it. I'm thinking about going through the I Am The Night mode next but that's kinda daunting haha. In my mind it's clearly the least of the 3 Arkham Games but that's just a sign of the insane quality of the first two.

  40. No lie, Arkham Origins is my favorite one. I can't even explain why. It just felt more natural and less like it was trying super hard to be ULTIMATE BATMAN GAME IN EVER-HISTORY, BLARGH! Yes, it still crammed a lot in, but it was almost subdued, in places.

    ReplyDelete
  120. His promos are ass when he has to be intense. 129. He still needs to slow down his in-ring style. One of the biggest complaints people like Meltzer and Alvarez had, which I completely agreed with, was that he was rushing the hell out of everything. I posted in the comment section of the story on Facebook with: "It's a piece of cloth. Stop holding a piece of cloth on a pedestal. America should be represented by its people, not a piece of cloth."

Most people agreed with me, except this one guy who basically went on this "RAH RAH AMERICA LOVE IT OR LEAVE" rant, then asked me if I would die for this country. I told him no, because I couldn't be a soldier and just follow orders. I then asked him why he didn't enlist yet if he was so wiling to die. Got nothing.

  156. If you ever did, go the air force route. Best perks and treated the best out of every branch. The "chair" force rep isn't too far off.

    No complaints here either.

  161. I joined the air force, in late 2000. I was in my tech training school during 9/11. Then, i would've. Today, not so much

  164. Explain to me Tim Tebow. As if we needed another reason for people to hate Philadelphia fans, we now added "Tebow'ing" to the list.

    ReplyDelete
  165. Truthfully, very few who join will see combat unless you specifically go in for that. Not to say there isn't a chance of course, just that it's far less depending on your route.

  166. they are the university that got into that controversy a couple months ago about banning the US (and other flags) from a building because some people might get offended

  167. It wasn't what I was thinking but...

    I said shave those sideburns!

  168. Thus you won't go to fight a country that did nothing to us. Understandable.

  172. Type the same thing for the Bills. Poor trash that has nothing else to do but repeatedly get screwed by rich people.

  174. I don't condone assaulting people to make a point, but I do think a national flag is a sign of pride and reverence. It's like a national symbol (hence why people burn it a lot in the Middle East).

I'm proud to be American and I love where I live but some people go overboard with it. As with everything.

    He's a gamer. He's a baller. A play-maker. And a shot caller.

    (In case you didn't know.)

  179. I'm glad to see Tebow get another shot. I think he has value IF an NFL team works to his strengths (look at some of the packages New England used last year that weren't conventional in the pre-season). That's a big if, though. Tebow isn't going to be a pocket QB, so he's going to fail in those setups.

  185. I really have no idea what to make of the Eagles offseason. Either Chip Kelly is some kind of mad genius or this year's team is going to be awful.

    ReplyDelete
  186. If it's awful then I would think the Kelly era will come to an end.

    ReplyDelete
  187. Ditto. I also don't like the ones who also really hate america (even though they grew up here) because of whatever and don't leave.
It's like I enjoy living in southern california, but if I hate it here, I would leave.

    ReplyDelete
  188. So did ken Dorsey. He can't play qb in the nfl

    ReplyDelete
  189. I'm thinking it will fail because that's what usually happens when college coaches try to replicate their systems in the pros (see Rick Pitino - granted, completely different sport)
