Well in all fairness... Eh, I got nothing.

Comments

  1. That's our Dixie!

    ReplyDelete
  2. who knew the socialite daughter of a Tennessee energy millionaire didn't know how to run a wrestling company?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Hey, looks like those clowns in TNA did it again huh? What a bunch of clowns.

    ReplyDelete
  4. This story delivers.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Well Scooby-Doo can DOO-DOO but Dixie Carter is smarter...

    ReplyDelete
  6. Posted this in another thread but it should go here as well, from Uproxx

"I was watching the Foo Fighters playing Everlong the other night at the end of David Letterman’s tenure…. and seeing Dave Grohl and Pat Smear playing prominently on national TV while Billy Corgan is doing Twitter battles about fourth rate wrestling shows….I did NOT see this whole Nirvana/Pumpkins thing ending this way for sure."

    Very interesting.

    ReplyDelete
  9. They explained the source was too dubious to confirm at the time so they removed the post.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Haha! That's a damn good observation. I have loved Corgan's music my entire life, but I have never been able to understand him. I mean, it's cool he loves wrestling and wants to be involved as a booker, but fighting with Meltzer over it is just sooooo bush league.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I don't know, this may be one of her smarter moves while in charge.....

    ReplyDelete
  12. OT but I watched the ECW Raw for the first time since it aired on the Network recently and holy shit was it terrible.

I was really stupid back then since at the time I loved it.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Monday Night Wars ECW raw or Invasion ECW raw?

    ReplyDelete
  14. MNW. I guess at the time it was loved since it was so unique but it absolutely does NOT hold up today.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Lawler invading ECW was gold. "This building must be made out of toilet paper, because there's nothing in it but shit!"

    ReplyDelete
  16. I still like the angle of Raven coming back to win the tag belts for Tommy and Tommy being devastated when he realizes what happens. Too bad it didn't go anywhere....

    ReplyDelete
  17. Jerry mocking them all night was the highlight.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Everything is fine.

    ReplyDelete
  19. What's funny is his band is actually doing pretty well. Their new record has the best sales of anything he's put out in a while and their tour with Marilyn Manson is selling pretty well. I think he's just that kind of a fan.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Ignore the American tanks in the background.

    ReplyDelete
  21. It's the comedy that just keeps on giving.

    ReplyDelete
  22. What did it say? Don't keep me in suspense!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Website took it down. What did the e-mail say?

    ReplyDelete
  24. Well that makes it less sad I suppose.

    ReplyDelete
  25. The infidels are on the run! They came to invade but the Americans have been defeated!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I thought Oceania was great, too. His musical work is really holding up well, which makes everything else he does so weird...like firing all of the new Pumpkins line-up.

    ReplyDelete
  27. TheMainGuyTheBestGuyMay 22, 2015 at 9:57 AM

It's kind of easy to forget almost 20-years-on(god, I'm old) but there was a period, from the release of MC&tIS and the keyboardist overdosing, when SP was the biggest band on the planet. They were EVERYWHERE.

The biggest difference between Grohl and Corgan is that, for whatever else faults he may have, and they are fucking legion, Corgan really doesn't seem to have any desire to pander to a mainstream audience. Like, he owns a tea-shop and does 12+ hour ambient adaptations of Siddhartha and his solo and Pumpkins' albums have been almost aggressively non-mainstream. He follows his own muse, for better or worse.

Grohl, OTOH, seems perfectly happy churning out the same dad-rock albums every 2 years and saving his creative energy for weird side-projects or collaborations. And I really like Sound City and Sonic Highways, but they are def the documentary equivalent of dad rock.

And I still can't get over that a member of The Germs is doing things like playing events in The White House and wearing a tux while playing over a sappy farewell montage.

    ReplyDelete
  28. TheMainGuyTheBestGuyMay 22, 2015 at 9:59 AM

He has always had an antagonistic relationship with the press. It's just shifted from rock critics to Dave Meltzer.

I think the dude is just talking, talking, raw-nerve.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I've liked the last few SP albums a lot.

    ReplyDelete
  30. He was great in the Rush documentary. Made a lot of very valid points about the music critics.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Love the guy, but almost everyone who's ever been around him says he's a bit of a whiny prick. It's showing here too.

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think they got SUED!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. A wrestling site with poor journalistic practices?

    WELL, I NEVER!

    ReplyDelete
  34. He's one of those really high IQ savant types who pretty much thrive on instability. But yeah, the new record is good for sure. Looking forward to seeing them this summer actually.

    ReplyDelete
  35. That can't be good...

    ReplyDelete
  36. At this point they would get better leadership via ouiji board communication with the Designing Women version of Dixie Carter.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Belee_Matt!_INDEED!!!May 22, 2015 at 10:16 AM

Man, I'd love to be a sell-out right about now, bro.

    ReplyDelete
  38. He was such an underrated heel. EVERYONE wanted him dead there.

    ReplyDelete
  39. TheMainGuyTheBestGuyMay 22, 2015 at 10:18 AM

I've seen that and can picture him sitting in front of a soundboard but I don't remember what he said.

I've always felt the biggest problem with rock critics is that most of them are writers and not musicians, so they tend to favor music that is concise and literary, and most do not have the training nor desire to understand or properly critique it. For example, when they refer to arranged, instrumental sections of music as "jamming" when they aren't improvised. That shit makes me CRAZY. And it's not a bad thing to get those people's input! It IS valuable, but when they're in the majority, and they are, it's actually destructive to the health of popular music as a whole, because it puts people who have a limited understanding of how the product works in the position of gatekeepers.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I honestly thought they meant THAT Dixie Carter when they said she bought TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  41. TheMainGuyTheBestGuyMay 22, 2015 at 10:20 AM

    You and me both, mang!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Oh this is where she "accidentally sent" an email to the DA execs calling them a bunch of dummies.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Apparently the source was all those people in the airports Bobby Heenan always talked to.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Belee_Matt!_INDEED!!!May 22, 2015 at 10:23 AM

Playing the white house....playing wherever I want.....being known for being awesome at what I do....selling albums....living in a nice place...making millions....saying, "Hey Paul McCartney, want to have a jam session?"

Dad rock? Who cares, ya know?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Stranger In The AlpsMay 22, 2015 at 10:29 AM

I never really paid much attention to TNA while they were alive and I'll be damned if I'm going to pay attention to them after death.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Odd because Heyman used so much of his Memphis stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Maybe he and Mould could book a new TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I can't believe that Smear is 55 years old. Damn

    ReplyDelete
  49. TheMainGuyTheBestGuyMay 22, 2015 at 10:35 AM

Yeah, I think it came out more harsh than I'd intended because the internetz.

I don't think one is necessarily better or worse than the other, they're just different approaches.

  50. "Dear TNA Roster,

    EVERYTHING IS FINE!

    With love,
    Dixie"

    ReplyDelete
  51. the page is taken down.. what was the gist of it??

    ReplyDelete
  52. For those asking about what was in the original article:

    http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/0522/594538/more-on-dixie-carter-rumor/

"One of our writers noted earlier that the Voices of Wrestling podcast made some comments on their most recent show at the 40 minute mark about Dixie Carter and an errant email that was sent to a group of people. It was a story similar to the Mike Johnson - Vince Russo debacle that happened last year, when Russo accidentally emailed creative instructions to Johnson meant for Mike Tenay. We don't report news or stories from podcasts that aren't from wrestlers or top names in the business, so I alerted the writer and deleted the article."

    ReplyDelete
  53. The Water is only up to the "E Deck". We should be fine up here. Tell the Violinists to keep playing.

    - Dixie.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I'm confused how, in 2015, you can "accidentally" send an email to anyone. It's not like you HAVE to go through the fields in order or anything...

    ReplyDelete
  55. Well she did learn how to send an email from Vince Russo so that explains it.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Bang-on assessment of Grohl and the Foos. I don't fault them for cranking out MOR stuff, but the reason they're treated like legends right now has a lot to do with them having no competition. When McCartney did the same thing with Wings 40 years ago, he had to go up against Zep, Floyd, The Who and the punk movement and was raked over the coals.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Does Vince Russo's email tutorial swerve you by CCing people you put in the BCC field?

    ReplyDelete
  58. Between this and Russo's E-Mail fuckup, it's like you have to require E-Mailing for Dummies to work for TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  59. HEARING THIS NEWS MORE AND MORE IS JUST THE BEST.

GUYS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK AT THEIR ROSTER!

OH! AND I ALMOST FORGOT. AUSTIN ARIES. EXACTLY

    ReplyDelete
  60. The link being broken makes this all the funnier.

    ReplyDelete
  61. I have sent e-mail to the wrong person once before. MS Outlook (and probably other e-mail programs) auto-complete names as you type. I copied the wrong person because after typing the first three or four letters it filled in a name and I didn't notice it's the wrong name.

So it might be somewhat plausible...

    ReplyDelete
  62. In my last company, they removed the predictive text element in Outlook somehow, you had to physically type any address out

    ReplyDelete
  63. Storm was always saggy, fuck him.

you must mean HHH tanks, cause that is what kills other promotions.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Once more, I'm convinced RD Reynolds has written 99% of "The Life and Death of TNA' and just waiting for the final blow to send it to publishers.

    ReplyDelete
  78. His interviews are hilarious when he's with the right person. I love Corgan too, but he's moody and a dick, right? But. BUT! It's that wonderful kind of punk rock jerk, with no filter, doesn't care who he pisses off, and barely even understands why people would be offended with his opinions. His interview on Stern the last time he was over there was hilarious.

    ReplyDelete
  79. The final blow coming from Blade Braxton, no doubt.

    ReplyDelete
  80. DX ended the Gulf War before DX was even formed. That's how unstoppable they were.

    ReplyDelete
  81. God, I always forget Pat was in the Germs. That was before I was born! It's weird to see how careers change over time like that. It's also weird to think that the Foos are one of the last really mainstream rock bands. The genre's so fragmented now that any future huge band is going to, by nature, have to be impossibly bland to appeal to everyone.

    ReplyDelete
  82. AverageJoeEverymanMay 22, 2015 at 12:52 PM

That Chinaman in Tiananmen Square would not have slowed down a HHH tank.

    ReplyDelete
  83. I think it's less destructive to popular music than it is to indie rock. Especially because current rock critics are notoriously fickle - how many flash-in-the-pan indie acts have we seen in the last ten years get ignored or derided by critics by their second album? Since the advent of the Pitchfork/Stereogum era, rock has been less important than almost any other era. Say what you will about the rap-metal of the late 90s or the emo of the 2000s, but that stuff mattered to wide audiences.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Fuck you, fuck you, (eric young) your cool, FUCK YOU! im out

  87. If...IF....TNA can somehow remain in existence after getting cancelled by Destination America (which, let's face it, would require a miracle of biblical proportions), the first thing they need to do is abandon the 'TNA' name. It's a damaged brand that no sensible network should want to associate themselves with.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Uh Oh. I hope we don't have another Farva situation going on.

    ReplyDelete
  90. I think it says a lot that they already tried to, years ago, and everyone still calls it TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  91. Yeah, but they never went all the way with it. They used the "Impact Wrestling" monicker as often as they could, sure, but their marketing and corporate material still said TNA. Ergo, it's still TNA to fans, wrestlers, advertisers, et.al.

What I think they need to do is COMPLETELY get rid of any mention or notation of the TNA name (and unfortunately, Impact Wrestling as well) ala WWF to WWE.

Aside from the fact that the name is so heavily damaged now , it was a horrible name to begin with:

    TNA - Total Nonstop Action.

    What does that even mean?!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Back then it was a "clever" euphemism, but that was on the tail of the Attitude Era, plus they didn't really changed after the NWA backed out, so.....yeah.

I don't think the name matters that much, TBH - whether it's TNA or Impact, DA's biggest deal is that almost no one wants to buy ad time on pro wrestling. Couple that with TNA being mismanaged internally, and some stations will wonder why they bother, with other forms of entertainment out there.

Pro wrestling's popularity as a viable source of income is in the toilet right now, and TNA is just a product of it. WWE's having issues as well, but they're somehwhat offset.

We probably have about 4 of those situations going on.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Maybe I'm just a bleeding heart, but I don't see the humor in hard-working talent and production folks losing their jobs because of shit management. Yes, TNA has done some bone-headed shit over the years. Yes, Dixie Carter is probably the wrong person to be calling the shots. But some of the gleeful reactions I see in regard to this company potentially going under is sort of sickening. The more wrestling on TV and the more places for guys to work and support their families the better. How does TNA going under help the wrestling industry?

    ReplyDelete
  96. Opens up the door for something better to come along.

    ReplyDelete
  97. That's what Internet wrestling fans are like, I see the same joy when WWE gets bad news as well. Schadenfreude like you read about

    ReplyDelete
  98. Yep. I felt that way about TNA too, but when problems like not paying employees and these constant struggles keep happening, there comes a time to move on.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Yea, Your Favorite Loser....

    ReplyDelete
  100. I think the name definitely matters. I can see networks not wanting something like that on their network - if you don't know what it is, it could come off as REALLY sleazy. Especially given the way the biggest promotion in the country treats women.

    ReplyDelete

He's the one that I really worry about.

    ReplyDelete
  103. No it doesn't. It just makes it harder for companies like Lucha Underground, ROH, etc. to get a fair shake on TV because TNA proved there is no ad revenue money in pro wrestling.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Transphobia as well. This is truly the complete package.

    ReplyDelete

Does it matter if they lose their jobs that aren't paying them?

    ReplyDelete
  107. Well clearly if these guys aren't getting paid and they aren't taking off, that means they have no other options, which is fucking depressing. It's like ECW all over again with guys like Danny Doring and Chris Hamrick working for free because nobody else is interested in them.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Tna is hogging up wrestlers that could be in a company that doesn't suck. When it dies off for good those guys will be more entertaining because they will be elsewhere. Also, if something sucks and can't turn a profit its not a bad thing if it dies off in any kind of business, so wrestling isn't any different.

    ReplyDelete
  109. They just need to sell whatever assets they have left to Jarrett and allow themselves to be folded into GFW. The "TNA" name dies, but at least the talent and production guys will still have a place to work.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I just think there are long lasting implications here that are being overlooked. It will be a long time before another serious network gives pro wrestling a chance, because TNA's failure will be a red flag not to do business.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Forget the wrestling product, TNA needs to work on their email administration.

    ReplyDelete
  112. They aren't taking off because they signed exclusive contracts to a sinking ship. How utterly depressing must that be.

    ReplyDelete
  113. In Dixie's defense, no matter how badly this email story blows up, at least she never greenlit this ad:

    http://i.imgur.com/KQkiK.jpg

    ReplyDelete
  114. We've long passed the point where TNA being in business or not impacts the overall wrestling business. And TNA is not the plucky underdog for fans to root for. At some point they passed from being a wrestling company putting out a product for their fans to simply being the plaything of a bored rich woman. It does suck that people are losing their jobs, but the reality is anyone who hasn't already left has bought in to Dixie's fantasy, and are complicit in perpetuating the myth that they are still just a wrestling company suffering from a few had breaks. They have passed even the point of just being a mismanaged company. They are at this point actively scamming people. Any glee you're seeing over their woes is mostly directed at Dixie and her accomplices. No one is rooting for TNA to fail because that boat sailed long ago: they are nothing but fail. They've never succeeded. If anyonevreally cares for anyone working in TNA they should be imploring then to get out while they can, before Dixie and her circle of allies drag them all down to rock bottom.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Most likely this is fake, but it is sad that there is precedent for your company losing its TV show to to errant emailing.

Also, when TNA actually dies, is there really going to be a market for a Death of TNA book? It isn't like WCW where at one point they were the #1 promotion.

    ReplyDelete
  116. "And TNA is not the plucky underdog for fans to root for."

Come on, dude. You know that shit was on day 1.

There have been people who have ALWAYS wanted to see TNA fail, just like there's already assholes in the rafters hoping for GWF to fail.

And you acting like that type of retardation doesn't exist is just as bad as the morons at TNA Mecca acting like there's nothing wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  119. Actually, that's WWE. And Lucha Underground. And ROH.

Good Lord, is the bullshittiest of bullshitty comments that has ever been bullshitted, and every moron brings it up because they WANT it to be true.

    ReplyDelete
  120. I agree. I am far from being a TNA fan, but I don't want to see any of the hard working men and women lose their job.

I can understand wrestling fans not liking a particular promotion for whatever reason, but I'll never understand why many of these same fans salivate at the thought of good people--most of whom have a family to support--losing their respective jobs.

    ReplyDelete
  121. I literally just saw a post on a comment board from someone who discovered wrestling through TNA on EuroSport and said it helped him get through tough times in life.

It's a company many people (no, not millions, but hundreds of thousands) enjoy, and more importantly it employs many hard-working people, a lot of whom will have to give up their dream jobs (working in pro wrestling in some capacity) when TNA ends.

  122. Ok thanks for clearing that up. Good counterargument!

    ReplyDelete
  123. I FORGOT TO MENTION JOSHY JOSH MATTHEWS.

HONESTLY, FUCK THAT GUY. HE'S NEVER GETTING A JOB BACK IN WWE. HE HASN'T STOP BASHING THEM SINCE HE QUIT. ESPECIALLY ON TWITTER. HE'S A LITTLE DOUCHEBAG TOO. LIKE GO READ HIS TWITTER. I'D STRAIGHT UP CALL HIM A FUCKIN DOUCHE RIGHT TO HIS FACE. LITTLE FUCKING DWEEB.

    ReplyDelete
  124. TELL ME THAT'S REAL.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Half of these guys in the company were already working other jobs. Shit, there was a point where a few of their wrestlers were collecting food stamps.

    ReplyDelete
  126. I can't help but read these in Scott Steiner's voice.

    ReplyDelete
  127. I don't remember you being so opinionated.

    ReplyDelete
  128. How do you know he isn't?

    ReplyDelete
  129. Not sure if this has been covered in some of the other TNA related threads over the past few days, but they have revised their taping schedule for June. Previously, the Impact before Slammiversary was going to be "live" via a tape delay on Friday night, PPV live on Sunday, then a few nights of Impact tapings. Now, since they've been moved to Wednesday nights, Impact will still be "live" via tape delay, followed by Impact tapings Thurs-Sat and the PPV on Sunday.

Obviously this would spoil the outcome of the PPVs.

    Because TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  131. THIS POST IS CONFUSING. DO YOU HAVE VISUALS, MY FRIEND?

    ReplyDelete
  132. I think I did that perfectly on the first line. Wrestlers we like are trapped in all sorts of crap Feds, including the illustrious WWE.

TNA existing doesn't "free up" their wrestlers. If their wrestlers wanted to be "free", they already would be. If they were wanted elsewhere, they already would be.

Most of these guys signed new contracts in the last six months to a year -- they aren't people trapped in a multi-year contract that they can't escape from.

    ReplyDelete
  133. AND I BET THOSE INDIE COMPANIES AT LEAST PAY THEM ON TIME!

    ReplyDelete
  134. Their product has been embarasing ly terrible from day one.

Check the LOLTNA wiki. They've been putting out putrid garbage since 2002 with occasional bright spots that gave people hope.

    ReplyDelete
  135. I don't have a screen shot or anything of what the previous schedule looked like, but here's the current schedule. You can clearly see they will be taping Impacts that will air after the PPV, before said PPV actually happens. http://www.impactwrestling.com/EVENTS

    ReplyDelete
  136. About 80% of the shit WWE has put out has been utter garbage, too. I could make a LOLWWE wiki just as easily.

It doesn't mean that the ridiculous (seemingly personal) hatred for TNA isn't unwarranted.

You know what you could do... not watch them! I don't watch them, and my life goes on. But I also don't hate them as ridiculously as too many people do. It's like they killed your dog or something.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Man, WWE has done some stupid, stupid shit--but very little of it is totally senseless. I get the rationale, even if the rationale is bad.

Midgets jerking off in trash cans and reverse battle royals defy any school of logic. Complete what-the-fuckery. I think the product is terrible, I like to see things I don't like not find success.

This is not as strange or bitter as you want to make it.

    ReplyDelete
  138. I just love that the TNA Trolls are back. For the last year (by all accounts), TNA has been putting on decent programming, which made the haters have to GASP! take a look at their own favorite product.

Now that TNA is having issues again, they can go back to ignoring the crap that is the WWE, and go back to flaming TNA.

Hell, I hope TNA goes out of business, just to see what happens to the trolls. With nothing else to rail against, they'll need to rail against themselves and their precious WWE. (More likely, they'll turn on Lucha Underground or ROH. Both of those behemoths are keeping talent away from jobbing to Kane and Big Show).

    ReplyDelete
  139. Not your posts, per se. But there are a LOT of bitter people out there regarding TNA. Really for the reason that it "isn't WWE".

Hell, the fact that there's a LOLTNA wiki out there AT ALL shows the level of ridiculous hatred people have for a company that has never harmed them in any way. (Don't get me wrong -- I'm not defending the TON of stupid shit that TNA has done. I'm just talking about the LEVEL of hatred people feel toward TNA is baffling)

And "I choppy your peepee" and "Kiss my arse" matches are better?

    ReplyDelete
  140. Am I the only one that gets a 404 error when clicking the link?

    ReplyDelete
  141. Better as in good, hell No. better than a REVERSE BATTLE ROYAL. Yes.

AND THEY HAD MORE THAN ONE. Nothing in wrestling baffles me more than the fact that a company booked a match about getting into the ring, had it be a collasol failure, and said "let's do it again!"

There's a LOLTNA page because laughing at terrible shit is fun. There's plenty for WWE too, from Wrestlecrap to Botchamania.

    ReplyDelete
  142. It could easily be a $5 or $6 kindle book. I'd care enough to illegally download for free.

    ReplyDelete
  145. If those sites were WWE-exclusive, I'd agree with you.

As it is, you're proving my point.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Those must have been some really goddamn rough times.

    ReplyDelete
  147. YOU HOPE TNA GOES OUT OF BUSINESS SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO TROLLS? AND I THOUGHT I HATED TNA. DAMN!

    ReplyDelete
  148. DON'T KNOW HER

    ReplyDelete
  149. Our precious WWE? I'm sorry, have you not been paying attention around here?

  151. WOW! THIS IS AN AWESOME GIMMICK! I'M GOING TO DO THIS ALL THE TIME!

ACTUALLY EVEN BETTER I WONT EVEN USE PUNCTUATION SO I CAN SEEM EVEN DUMBER AWESOME

I WANT TNA TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE THEYVE PRETTY MUCH SHOWN THEYRE INCAPABLE OF RUNNING A WRESTLING FED AND THEY SHOULD JUST STOP FIGHTING THE INEVITABLE

MY BEING BAFFLED BY PEOPLE HATING THEM IN NO WAY EXCUSES THE ABSOLUTE CRAP THEYVE DONE OVER THE YEARS IM A FORMER FAN WHO WATCHED THEM FROM THE FIRST WEEKLY PPV UNTIL I FINALLY GAVE UP ON THEM FOR GOOD IN 2013

    ReplyDelete
  152. Sure, why not. Any bum can write books today, including numerous fine writers on this blog.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Yeah, but people aren't regularly cheering on their losing their jobs.

    ReplyDelete
  154. So, was TNA's Fingerpoke of Doom was when Dixie took over?

    ReplyDelete
  155. I AM BRO BECAUSE I DIDNT REALIZE HOW AWESOME IT IS TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS BRO YOUVE FREED ME FROM A LIFE OF NOT LOOKING LIKE AN IDIOT THANKS

    ReplyDelete
  156. NOW IF ONLY I COULD JUST GET YOU TO HATE TNA. THEN YOU WOULD TOTALLY NOT BE A COMPLETE IDIOT AT ALL!

  157. It was when they stopped doing weekly PPVs.

  159. Yeah, thinking the promotion is poorly run and makes bad tv is being troll.

You're the pot and and im the kettle in this scenerio. It's not a great look.

    ReplyDelete
  160. I have no idea how it's run I don't work for them it's cool you do though and the tvs been good the last few months actually

    ReplyDelete
  161. Believe it or not, people can be critical of more than one promotion simultaneously.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Can Triple S just do something ban worthy already. His trolling is the annoying ass Chin vareity, not harmless Doug ie vareoty.

InB4 he denies being a troll and lists the reasons why--potentially mirroring My sarcastic response to Jimbo below

    ReplyDelete
  163. If you think he is trolling, ignore him and don't feed him.

    ReplyDelete
  164. I posted the explanation down below.

    ReplyDelete
  165. I gave him the benifit of the doubt for awhile and engaged. Now I'm done. I'm not gonna feed any longer.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Really, with Capslock and Jimbo coming back it's been troll city today.

    ReplyDelete
  167. I don't argue there haven't been Day 1 TNA haters, but to act like this is even the same TNA anymore, that all the hate has always been there, or that these haters are somehow all pro-WWE is ludicrous.

LOL, you mean the part where he has a different opinion than others and cogently expresses it?

    ReplyDelete
  171. KYLE, DON'T BRING ME INTO THIS BROTHER! I'M JUST SHITTING ON TNA!

    ReplyDelete
  172. We live in the same city IIRC but I never knew his name either.

    ReplyDelete
  173. No, the part where he shows a *very* shallow interpretation of what anyone else says and then argues against his own misinterpretation rather than anyone's actual argument.

    ReplyDelete
  174. Hmmm and I...okay point taken

    ReplyDelete
  175. This is engaging him

    ReplyDelete
  176. Oh, you DEFINITELY win this one. :)

    ReplyDelete
  177. In hindsight, they should have just used NWA as their name. At least they could have gotten some disgruntled ex-WCW fans to come back with a name that reminded those fans of the Crockett glory days than with a name that sounds like it was created by the Spice channel.
