Simulcast!

I think we're all set to go at www.blogofdoom.com, but really I don't particularly care which site you want to frequent.  I'll be posting my Q&A stuff to the new site, but the rspwfaq.net domain name is paid up into 2018 so if you want to hang out on Blogger and do your daily threads and stuff there into perpetuity, be my guest.  Twice the ad revenue for me!  The feedback thus far is that the new site is a million times more mobile-friendly, if that helps.

  1. I'm a Top 5 on one and a mod on another. Like Hannah Montana, I got The Best Of Both Worlds

  2. New page won't load for me...?

  3. 2 separate sites with different threads in each?

    Boo-urns!

This will go down about as well as the Tacoma Nitro.

  4. I just turned 21, yes. And I didn't start watching wrestling till my teens.

I've heard PWG commentary...it's kind of overwhelmingly smarky. Has it gotten better?

No. If anything it's got worse. Funny as hell though.

  7. Eh, if I wanted to hear assholes laugh at wrestling I'd watch it with my friends.

    One minor suggestion.

There should be a go-to page button on the search in case I want to look for something that has mulitple pages like Raw rants or something.

  9. PLEASE do 2 Monday Night Threads so I can actually reply to a comment without 250 new ones appearing.

  10. Is Vince McMahon going to show up on blogofdoom.com in front of the rspwfaq.net banner?

  11. I assume this is leading to a feud between the two sites, culminating in the Upvote of Doom, where the two websites join forces and reveal it was all a giant ruse?

  13. The storyline was that Heenan brought in Rude and the week before, DeGeorge asked him the whereabouts of Orndorff and asked if there was any tension there. Heenan said no and that he could even produce Orndorff to say that Rude has the best body in the Heenan Family. A few weeks before at house shows, Orndorff was losing due to Heenan interfering and would walk out on him. It wasn't a really big storyline and possibly rushed due to Patera's injury, which occurred this taping.

  14. They were trying in 1990 for the Hogan sidekick with Orndorff, but he vanished before Sting even won the title. I remember my dad hoping he was the Black Scorpion because Orrndorff had turned on Hogan - he'd turn on Sting - but it never happened.

  15. Jive Soul Bro, baby!

  16. Bundy did get one final push, although he languished in the midcard before getting the Hogan send off. I'm shocked WCW never made a grab at him before he returned to the WWF in 1995.

  17. I don't even know where people see these Top 5 lists on either page.

    ReplyDelete
  18. It'd be funny if Scott started posting RAW rants on one page and Nitro rants on the other.

  19. This blog is being held in the redneck riviera I think.

It will be like Wrestlemania 2!

    ...or not.

  21. Humperdink actually debuted on Prime Time in a podium interview there, getting into it with Bobby Heenan.

  22. Simulcast, huh? So is Bayless gonna reveal that HE put his name on the other blog's deal and INVADE rspwfaq?

  23. Soon we're getting to the first episode I ever recorded (and somehow it was the only classic Superstars, "classic" meaning the 1986-1989 era, that was in my collection before tape trading)

  24. As long as Billy Ray Cyrus didn't push you into it.

Orndorff as The Black Scorpion is a sweet idea.

  26. I'd like to see a video of Scott with 2 computer monitors, each with their respected web pages displayed. He's won the RSPWFAQ wars.

  27. Anyone else listen to Bryan Alvarez pronounce Balor as "Bale-Lor" and think it's annoying?

  28. Well she was trained by Storm lol

  29. I like that name!

  30. That awful music helps him be a heel lol

  31. Bam Bam made it up to Fuji later by helping murder The Undertaker at the 1994 Rumble

  32. I'm glad you do! I just assumed people would hate it since it's too obvious.

    ReplyDelete
  33. So, can Cult, Lax and all the posters who clog up the threads with worthless bullshit stay on one site, and then the people who actually want to talk wrestling stay on the other?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hey I agree on Carmella, but Emma has shown in the past that she is a very good wrestler when given time. Look back at her match with Paige from the first Takeover.

    ReplyDelete
  35. It's her heel character, look back to her initial face run in NXT before being called up and you can really see her abilities.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Joe as badass babyface works for the moment; they can make him the monster heel later on if they need to, but right now I think he's doing okay.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I'll have to go back through some of the shows on the Network.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Really don't like the new page, have to load each post to see if I want to read the freaking thing. Good for Scott's page views, but bad for me wanting to actually go to the page in the first place.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I think it's a case where Emma can hang with the better ladies (and Summer) but isn't good enough to carry a green one to a decent match.

  40. Hey hey hey - it's Matt Albert!
