Tape Libraries

Scott, It seems like it's been a while since WWE acquired new tape libraries.  There were rumors of the Puerto Rico Library being bought when Carlos Colon was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014 but I don't recall any follow up or offical announcement.  Did this fall through?  Are there any other rumors ...
