Hogan teasing Hogan/Austin at W.M. in 2007

Was it true that Hulk Hogan "went into business for himself" at the Raw Homecoming show in 2007 when he teased a match between himself and Steve Austin for Wrestle-Mania?   I don’t recall that one but it sounds like something Hogan would do.
