TNA Impact Live Thread

Fallout from Bound for Glory and more Aces & Eights

Comments

  1. Seeing how they handle Aces n Eights having "access" and what that actually means will probably go a long way in whether or not I'll still check out Impact.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Aces n Eights instantly have a top 5 theme song.

    ReplyDelete
  3. I wanted to see them drink with the masks on.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Some black guys can pull of the biker look. Devon is not one of them.

    ReplyDelete
  5. It's only Devon, Tenay and Taz. Let's not get too carried away here.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Didn't take long for Devon to revert to 1999 ECW D-Von.

    ReplyDelete
  7. ...wow. Devon channeled Vince McMahon on that.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Devon is not the greatest on the mic.

    ReplyDelete
  9. At least he's making the attempt to explain why he did what he did.

    ReplyDelete
  10. This everyone quakes with fear when Hogan arrives bullshit is getting old fast.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I wish it would make storyline sense for Bobby Roode to be the leader. As long as A&8 go away soon, I'm fine with the whole angle. I like how the TNA guys are smarter than WCW's crew.

    ReplyDelete
  12. I always liked Devon on the mic, for some reason. At least he comes across as if he has passion for what he's saying. Though I also realize I'm in the minority on that.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Aries is so much better as a heel.

    ReplyDelete
  14. At least he came with a bat this time and he didn't do his Bruce Lee routine.

    ReplyDelete
  15. The 'Bully' chants sounds like 'Ole'. Hopefully Bully brings back the 'friendly mutton chops' and the diving knee off the top.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Even if Hogan wanted to sell for these guys, he can't. Dude can't take a bump so when gets involved, it makes everyone look stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Robbie E - Joe next. TV belts are made for gimmicky guys like Robbie.

    ReplyDelete
  18. What's with Hogan and pluralizing names?

    ReplyDelete
  19. This is going to be a shit-kicking

    ReplyDelete
  20. I loves me some Samoa Joe squash matches.

    ReplyDelete
  21. And THAT'S the way Joe should be booked. Now get him a new belt.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Honestly, I don't mind TNA using him to build up the TV Title.

    ReplyDelete
  23. That asswhoopin' was made for Robbie as well.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I just want them to give him a long reign to rebuild his image and the image of the TV title.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Chavo mentioning Eddie for cheap heat is one thing but dressing up as him for a TNA commercial is way over the line.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Yeah, beat me up Tara!

Uh, her, I mean. Beat her up...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Trying to think of better jobs than having to make out with Tara. Failing.

    ReplyDelete
  28. So they clarified that Devon is not the leader, but "Sergeant at Arms"

    ReplyDelete
  29. That was a waste of time

    ReplyDelete
  30. Nice to see Jeff Hardy class it up for the celebration.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hardy's belt looks like that flying facemask thing from Mario Bros. 2.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Red, white, and green confetti. COULD THIS MEAN A SECRET ALLIANCE WITH THE LWO??? TUNE INTO NITRO TO FIND OUT!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Wait, so the match at BFG was for the Divas title? Am confused.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Aries spitting on the belt reminded me of that scene in Due Date. "I...NEVER!"

    ReplyDelete
  35. ... "in my 23 years!"

    ReplyDelete
  36. Ugh. Can't believe only one hour of this show has gone by. Really, really dragging ass tonight..not a good show.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Agree. This is the dullest Impact in quite some time

    ReplyDelete
  38. I really wish Cena would modify his AA and add a neckbreaker at the end like AJ did. At least it will look better.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I'm so confused on this number one contender thing. So the winner here is number one contender, but so is Storm and Anderson?

    ReplyDelete
  40. New disqus sucks dick for coke

    ReplyDelete
  41. Of course you bleed blood, Cowboy. What the hell else would you bleed?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Cant these two just move on to other feuds?

    ReplyDelete
  43. Tonight is very....meh. Even the Impact Zone fans are out of it.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I like that new comments pop up at random points in the middle. It's like Where's Waldo.

    ReplyDelete
  45. There was nothing worth seeing here tonight. Everything was dull and forgettable

    ReplyDelete
  46. Assuming you mean Storm and Roode, I think they are, that was just a way to get Storm on TV

    ReplyDelete
  47. What a dull show...I'd never go from liking to trashing a company over one night but yesh that was NOT a good way to start the post BFG season

    ReplyDelete
  48. To be fair, it could've been booze.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Not a good show. They really should have had a major Aces reveal to make me care about the angle again. Now they are just milking it. The thing about the NWO was that there was something happening each week, a new member or something. Aces has had ONE reveal since the angle started and that was Devon.

Sting Vs Devon, a main event nowhere in the country.

Raw after wrestlemania is always a huge show. This was weaker than the show before BFG.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Once again, the X Division Champ is not on the show.

    ReplyDelete
  51. The highlight to me was Joe murdering someone.

    ReplyDelete
  52. I actually liked the show before BFG...

    ReplyDelete
  53. You can change that to Newest or Oldest

    ReplyDelete
  54. I think it's a 4-way next week

    ReplyDelete
  55. You mean they weren't chanting for El Generico?

    ReplyDelete
  56. Oh I did too, I just meant that the show before a PPV is typical a placeholder

    ReplyDelete
  57. Will this show be reviewed by Bored Scott or Angry Scott?

    ReplyDelete
  58. No kidding. I kept thinking "They are gonna be banging for reals before this is over"

    ReplyDelete
  59. Now THAT at least was fun

    ReplyDelete
  60. I'm thinking bored, nothing was offensive (except for Hogan saying the words "creative meetings" to Matt Morgan, Holy FUCK did that piss me off) It was just kind of there

    ReplyDelete
  61. Angry Scott, because TNA was showing signs of getting their shit together and here they are about to circle the drain again.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Then why did Devon yell out at the PPV "It was me the whole time"? Or are we supposed to forget that happened?

They're booking this thing on a napkin, aren't they?

    ReplyDelete
  63. Joe laughing off Robbie E's offense was damn funny.

    ReplyDelete
  64. He was saying he was the snitch and the one that was letting Aces and Eights in the Impact Zone.

Now they they are here...can we find out WHY?!?!

    ReplyDelete
  65. You may need therapy.
