NXT Diva Paige Upsets WWE Officials with her Immaturity

Today on "Wrestling Observer Radio," Dave Meltzer answered an e-mail in which the writer asked him about his comment this Saturday about Paige not getting called up to the main roster anytime soon. Meltzer hinted that she did something to upset those in power but then followed up by saying WWE does not really want anyone under 21 on the main roster so they do not have to worry about underage drinking.  Paige is just 20 years old but it seems that she has not made a good impression with her behaviors outside of the ring

This just happened, according to Sorensen's Twitter account. He had been working in production as he was healing from his broken neck.

  1. Yet WWE has that one Total Divas chick who is 19 appearing on their main shows, and they brought Kelly Kelly onto their shows when she was 19. So really, if you're under 21, they only allow you to be on the main roster if you're a talentless model.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Kelly Kelly came up years ago. Maybe they learned from past mistakes?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Well Paige is British, where the legal drinking age is 18.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Yeah and Kelly Kelly did a lot of dumb shit when she first came up IIRC... I mean nothing most dumb whores that age don't do but still not the kind of thing you want an employee in a very public business doing.

    ReplyDelete
  5. So did guys like Rene Dupree, who went from a future star to a complete fuck-up.

  6. "Alberto's brother,, who went by the ring name Memo Montenegro, has been released from the company this weekend."

HHH sent out word that everyone should train more. Apparently Del Rio's brother didn't get the Memo.

    Company is on life support.

  10. Sorensen...forgot all about him. Never stood out to me until the injury. Then it seemed like they put the X-Division only hold with Zima as champ so they could do the revenge feud. So now it's like, why the hell DID Zima get that run with the belt?

    Oh yeah, TNA.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Zima is all fucked up physically also isn't he?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Dumb Whores?
You must do really well with the ladies eh?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Prior to getting married I did all right yes.

I have very little respect for women as a group, and very, very few of them have done anything to give me any reason to feel otherwise.

    ReplyDelete
  14. It's so weird that a 20 year old can't get a drink.

    ReplyDelete
  15. You're just delightful.

    ReplyDelete
  16. That's what she said

    ReplyDelete
  17. I certainly don't know anything about your experiences with women but making a blanket approach to an entire gender is a pretty strong thing to do.

I've had my share of negative experiences but I chalk that up more to those individuals all being that way and not necessarily a problem with all women in general.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Second-generation, though. Apparently that means something in WWE land.

    ReplyDelete
  19. If the purple Macho Man shirts leads to more retro-releases all the better. I'm waiting for the 3/4-sleeve British Bulldogs softball shirt.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I sincerely appreciate the way you put your response.

I worded that the way I did to hopefully express that I do not mean every last woman. There have been a very select few that I have known that don't fall into the group I was referring to, but a small enough number that I am comfortable referring to them as a whole group that I dislike. To further clarify I am not just talking about women I know from a relationship standpoint, I mean family, friends, co-workers etc... I've just found very few redeeming qualities in a majority of them, that is my experience, your mileage may vary.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Memo is the worst developmental name I've heard since Lift Sawyer.

    ReplyDelete
  22. As a 20 year old, I agree.

I've had that shirt on my ebay watch list for months now, just haven't pulled the trigger. I assume shipping would be cheaper on ebay.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yeah, probably will remain the worst until they bring in Johnny Gargano as Notepad Finn.

    ReplyDelete
  25. So, along with Chris Hero and Sin Cara, this is today's "Okay, then why did you hire them?" newz. "We don't want anyone underage on the roster." (Hires 18 year old girl)

    ReplyDelete
  26. I don't follow how that puts the WWE on life support

    ReplyDelete
  27. He calls that finisher the "spiral binder"!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I haven't actually seen either of the films mentioned, but I do know they were quite acclaimed, serious works. So maybe with a director like that at the helm, "Crossface" might be worthwhile.

    ReplyDelete
  29. The Macho Man shirt is available like crazy on Ebay in different colors and everything.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yeah, he had an appendicitis and a tumor in his colon.

  31. Jerry Lawler's in charge of Talent Relations now?

    ReplyDelete
  32. I NEED this outfit.. shorts and all!!! http://cdn.bleacherreport.net/images_root/slides/photos/002/158/799/wwf851_original_display_image.jpg?1335153726

  33. I'm sure it's all them and not your winning personality.

Somehow I doubt your sample size is significant.

    ReplyDelete
  34. As usual, thank you for your magnificently diplomatic and useful insight.

    ReplyDelete
  35. You're welcome, but no one is as insightful as someone who types: "I have very little respect for women as a group". I mean, that guy, he must be a genius on the level of Albert Einstein.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Try reading everything I said, adjust your opinion, then come back and apologize to the both of us for your poor attitude and mistake.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yeah, you come off as misogynistic. I'm not attacking you because of previous discussions, I would've posted the same thing to anyone who said such ridiculous statements. You don't like it or agree? Tough.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wow you really pulled off a hat trick of failure here.

I wasn't talking about any other discussion, I was talking about this one.

I elaborated on my position, but clearly either your reading comprehension is so poor you didn't understand it, or I once again triggered your insecurity as it relates to me and you saw a chance to attack without thoroughly reading through the conversation.

I called you on your bullshit and you still stuck to your clearly incorrect position instead of altering it in the face of evidence, hardly the sign of an intellectual or high caliber person.

Go read WhoahItsMongo post for an example of the proper way to address someone you disagree with, there is a real opportunity for you to develop as a person here.

    ReplyDelete
  39. lol, whatever. You can skate around the fact that you have misogynistic views all you want. You can insult me, you can call me insecure, I don't care. The truth of the matter is, I read your position quite clearly and maybe that wasn't your intent, but like I said, that's how it came off. Maybe you can't express yourself properly. The only one calling someone on their bullshit is me to you. Grow up.

    ReplyDelete
  40. You are insecure, and you do care or you wouldn't defend against it every time I point it out, and you didn't read it quite clearly or this conversation wouldn't have happened. Nice try though.

    ReplyDelete
  41. What's funny is despite this back and forth, you've yet to say why your views as you typed them aren't misogynistic. The only person playing defense here is you as you continue to point out that I misread what you typed, yet there were other posters that said the same thing. I guess we're all wrong. Group think or GTFO, right? That's you fall back defense everytime you post something stupid or innacurate and people call you on it. Now you have a new one, calling others insecure...lol. You really are a catch. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  42. Do you really need me to link you to it? Are you incapable of scrolling up slightly and reading my response to the one person who gave an intelligent response (something you continue to prove you are incapable of yourself)? Well I am not going to do your work for you... beside you clearly don't want to see something that might disrupt your view.

I have only called you, and no one else here insecure because you clearly are... which is why you keep going, and going, and why you so often respond by insulting anyone that disagrees with you... Ad hominem attacks are hardly a sign of a capable mind.

And yes this site is VERY often "group think or GTFO" and I try and inform and or defend anyone that falls victim to that.

Now to further prove my point about how insecure you are I am going to tell you now that I will not respond to this conversation any further because it is no longer productive... but I predict you will absolutely have to say something further because you are so insecure in your position that you have to keep going until you feel emotionally satisfied... even though I doubt anyone else even knows this conversation is happening... you just won't be able to stop yourself. Enjoy!
