  1. Thanks Scott, now I'm thinking how much I'm going to hate @midnight when it returns to Comedy Central.

  2. You know these Nerdist guys are true wrestling geeks because the girl of their dreams was RIGHT THERE, and they were too scared to talk to her. Didn't even ask her how her day was. How is AJ supposed to date a wrestling fan if you don't talk to her?

  4. I'm a better bowler than CM Punk. I don't know what to make of that.

  5. Tried it once. I must have misused it because I ended up getting married.

  6. What's with the Chris Hardwick revival all of a sudden? I remember him in Singled Out back when I was in high school, then he goes away for more than a decade and now he's everywhere!

That was a great video to start off my morning. Loved the "CM Punk is a horrible bowler when no one pays attention to him" bit.

  7. I liked the gag of Punk sucking when nobody would pay attention to him. But yeah, the gutter ball jokes were hilarious, especially because they were all true.

"You ain't never gonna be WWE Champion ... probably because of your size, but that's out of your hands."

  8. He's been working at the whole geek cred for a while now. It started with his podcast, in which he would use his connection to get geek guests (mainly comedians and folks like Rob Zombie, Will Wheaton)

It just sort of grew from there. It probably doesn't hurt that he's not the stereotypical nerd, so folks aren't afraid of putting him on tv.

But yeah, finding out the guy from Singled Out is a massive nerd weirded me out too when I first found out.

  10. The first time I saw a commercial for the Talking Dead, the Walking Dead review show he does on AMC, it was a little weird. Then I kept seeing him more and more.

When did he start coming back into the public eye? Was it Talking Dead, or did I miss something else somewhere?
