QOTD 103: Welcome to Mainstream, Don't Be An Idiot.

I just caught the one and only Diamond Dallas Page on Shark Tank this past week and....he kinda made a dork of himself, saying "BANG" and doing the diamond cutter symbol roughly 7 dozen times in about 2 minutes.

I shook my head, this is why we can't have nice things, IWC.Though it worked, my moms bought DDP Yoga that night.

Thus:

What is the most embarrassing thing you've ever seen a pro wrestler do on a non-wrestling show? What about the best?

I'm sure we've all read about "The Weakest Link" and a couple of other examples, but I think my favorite non-wrestling related appearance was either Vader on Boy Meets World, or when The Rock hosted SNL and Big Show, Foley, and I think Triple H(?) tagged along for the ride. That stop smoking sketch was funny.

As a kid I *really* loved the Mad TV / Bret Hart angle they ran and promptly forgot about.

What say you, Otters?

Comments

  1. Hearing Chris Masters being acknowledged as a former WWE champion. That's the worst.

  2. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 11:27 AM

Vader on Boy Meets World. Wait...I take that back. Boy Meets World was awesome. Anyone else psyched for Girl Meets World?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Only if they bring the one teacher back.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Chris Masters is former WWE Champion?

    ReplyDelete
  5. I remember sometime during the 00's seeing Randy Savage on BET promoting his rap album. Nothing will ever be more awkward than that.

    ReplyDelete
  6. I've been watching a bit more when I can catch it, and ya know, the show's still pretty good - probably because it's wrapped in Nostalgia a bit, but what a wholesome, silly, sometimes ribald, show!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Hate to say it, but Bret Hart on The Simpsons was pretty terrible. I was really excited to see how they were going to use him, but when he appeared he was just a cliche wrestler who said stupid things like, "this place has got old-man stink". It would have been better if they'd just used a made-up a wrestler (like the Iron Yuppie) if all he was going to do was act as a generic stereotype.

    ReplyDelete
  8. He never won any gold his entire 2 runs.

    ReplyDelete
  9. The best was seeing Hogan and Piper in Walker Texas Ranger.
    Same with Savage in Spider-Man.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Mr. Feeny or the teacher who showed up for two season who rode a motorcycle and adopted Shawn?

    ReplyDelete
  11. I was thinking about that the other day? It was just a one-off cameo while he was looking for a house, right?

    ReplyDelete
  12. ALL of Thunder in Paradise! Every second of every god awful episode!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Feeny, didn't he also become their principal when they entered high school or something?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Remember when all the WWF guys used to appear on Arsenio? They were always in kayfabe which comes off as a bit insulting. Oh, best and worst was The Ultimate Warrior's appearance on there.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Savage in Spider-man was great! BONE SAW!

    ReplyDelete
  16. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 11:36 AM

    Mr. Feeny.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Sadly his last film was a Disney movie.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yeah he was the principal in high school and if I remember right started a job at their college when the kids went.

Also, Mr. Feeny= KITT from Knight Rider. Mind blown?

    ReplyDelete
  19. must do a search for this. brb.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Hey if kids everywhere get to expierence The Macho man, more power to em'.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Most embarrassing would be the Chris Benoit mess, probably the worst time to be a wrestling fan...

Im not sure its the best, but I rather enjoyed Stone Cold on Nash Bridges and wish he had gotten a spinoff as he was quite good in the role....

    ReplyDelete
  22. Haha they wanted some of that John Stamos money.

    ReplyDelete
  23. He voiced the car?!

    ReplyDelete
  24. give "Piddle Twiddle and Resolve" a google :)

    ReplyDelete
  25. Not a pro wrestler, but this pro wrestling fan keeps using the term Otters even though no one likes it.

    ReplyDelete
  26. He promoted Be A Man on BET!? Wow, I love Mach even more today than I did yesterday....

    ReplyDelete
  27. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 11:40 AM

The irony is that it was good when it was on the air....but after the series ended it got elevated to legendary stadus...who would have thought that Ben Savages show would have been more loved then his brothers, (and BTW The Wonder Years was fantastic)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Then a teacher at the College, too. But because the show didn't take itself like, incredibly seriously, no one seemed to care.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Actually, that leads to a nice spinoff question. What's the most embarrsinga thing you've seen a pro wrestling fan do? In real life, not online.

    ReplyDelete
  30. The SUPER DRAGON! guy.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Same with Hogan doing a promo in Muppets From Space.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Watched that movie in 7th grade and I was like, Hogan! Booooo WCW

    ReplyDelete
  33. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 11:46 AM

I should have watched it. I was a bad Hulk Hogan fan in that respect.

    ReplyDelete
  34. He fittingly was playing a heel too.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm just going to post www.wrestlecrap.com here. I'm CERTAIN we've all heard of it, but in case you haven't it - it's essentially this QOTD in website form.

    ReplyDelete
  36. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 11:50 AM

Hey that's not fair...I have been waiting for the match between The Hitman and the Shrieking for years now.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I have heard of it, which is why I'm going to say, go to Amazon.com and buy all of the books this website has produced.
    Don't get excited, it's just like 3, maybe 4.

    ReplyDelete
  38. It would be awesome if Turner came back. Seasons 2-4 were my favorite.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Death of WcW is on my list. Has Cuuch covered that one?

Has anyone seen Cuuch for that matter? He's tough to finger.

    ReplyDelete
  40. For a good laugh, get the Book of Lists.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Eww, why would anybody try to finger Cuch?

    ReplyDelete
  42. That's what I was thinking.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Because I'm an unselfish lover.

    ReplyDelete
  44. I went to a local show and some asshole was screaming the n-word at some skinny kid who had obviously just started wrestling. He got escorted out.

    ReplyDelete
  45. Wrestlecrap is one of those sites that was funny 12 years ago, but now it's just lame. And really not funny.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Yeah, it was from "The Old Man and the Lisa" where Burns loses his money. Mr. Burns has to sell his mansion and the Hitman is looking at it. It was a very awkwardly forced appearance.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hulk Hogan cutting a promo in the middle of Gremlins 2.

    ReplyDelete
  48. That's who ddp is. Him not being him would be fake and sad.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Doesn't he pop up in the Marge real estate agent one, too?

    ReplyDelete
  50. I understand, I just kind of rolled my eyes because I was telling my mom how great DDP Yoga did, what he did for all these wrestlers, then gets up there and kinda just does his dorky DDP thing after he didn't get a deal.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I'm not sure I get it; is it supposed to sound like blotters?

    ReplyDelete
  52. I hope you washed your hands before typing....

    ReplyDelete
  53. Blog Of Doom = Blog O'ders, = Blog Oders = Blog Otters.

    I WAS DRUNK.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I don't think so, but I could be wrong. On Wikisimpsons it only credits him for the one appearance. Maybe they animated him but didn't use his voice in that episode? I don't remember him being in it.

    ReplyDelete
  55. It was funny back in the day, but I haven't been in years. Ever since they closed up, but then didn't really, and then just changed.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I remember WWE hyping up his cameo and then he ended up only having one line and I LOL'd.

    ReplyDelete
  57. YankeesHoganTripleHFanFebruary 23, 2014 at 12:18 PM

I remember that. The gremlins would have been beaten by the Leg Drop

    ReplyDelete
  58. I dunno, most of the wrestler cameos that I've seen are a mix of cool because I like wrestling and totally uncool because most wrestlers are totally uncool.

Bret's appearance on The Simpsons was a disappointment. The 70s show ep with Rocky and Shamrock(?) was ok.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Once they didnt have all inductions available because of bandwidth, it kinda seemed meh...

    ReplyDelete
  60. With a tear in his eye, Homer said I had the best guest appearance by a wrestler named Bret Hart....

    ReplyDelete
  61. http://nerdcityonline.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/virgil-wrestling-superstar.jpg

    Nuff said.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I constantly use the "Yer goin' NOWHERE!" line; usually in the context of video games, like chasing after someone trying to run away.

    ReplyDelete
  63. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 12:53 PM

Best thing: The Rock in "The Rundown". Proof positive this guy was gonna make it as a legit Hollywood star before long. Didn't light the box office on fire (only his second main vehicle), but was a bigger hit on DVD; fantastic adventure movie and showed off that The Rock's charisma and presence could carry over on film.

    Most embarrassing: Hogan Knows Best

    ReplyDelete
  64. Best thing?

Andre the Giant in The Princess Bride.

    ReplyDelete
  65. The Randy Savage Slim Jim ads might have been the zenith.

    ReplyDelete
  66. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 12:58 PM

Originally had that as mine, but I figured someone would put it down eventually. Great scene stealer in a classic film, although it's a little sad hearing stories that he was in a lot of pain throughout the movie (apparently, he collapsed after the scene where he catches Robin Wright at the end).

DON'T PESTER HIM, HE'S HAD A HARD DAY

    ReplyDelete
  67. By Mad TV/Bret Hart angle that they forgot about, you mean they clearly remembered about and had Bret beat Will Sasso into a fatter tub-of-goo on Nitro right?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewFFOc-Oye8

    ReplyDelete
  68. ...I never knew that happened. Wow. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  69. No matt groening came to Bret after filming with a tear in his eye stuff???

    ReplyDelete
  70. "He's tough to finger."

    Lube is your friend.

    ReplyDelete
  71. That was the joke.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Not my gimmick.

Even if he is a marky mark for himself, I still subscribe to Bret's awesomeness even though that's gone out of fashion online.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Amsterdam_Adam_CurryFebruary 23, 2014 at 1:11 PM

I saw a guy get tossed during the opener at an indy show for being shitfaced and acting like a fucking moron. Wait, that was me, never mind...

    ReplyDelete
  74. I saw The Rundown in theaters and loved it. Rock, Walken, and Stifler were all awesome. Walken's 'tooth fairy' story kills me every time.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Threadjack: Jake Roberts has a growth in his knee and it turned out to be cancerous. He is going to go through surgery to remove it.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Why wouldn't DDP do the things that made him famous? He does the same thing in DDPYoga. Hell, one of the moves actually employs the Diamond Cutter symbol.

    ReplyDelete
  77. When Hogan went on Regis and Kathie Lee and talked about his match with "The Underwear-Taker".

    ReplyDelete
  78. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 1:17 PM

I did too, I think that was one of the first movies I saw on my own with no accompaniment from parents, siblings, or friends.

But yeah, awesome action movie and funny as hell. With The Rock a legit box office star and the movie gaining on following at home, they should do a follow-up as it'll probably do solid business. Apparently, there have been some blurbs from Peter Berg saying they've been tossing around ideas for it.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I get what you're saying. There's being who you are and there's playing to your audience. I didn't see the episode, I can't comment on his behavior, but I will say that he likely would have seen more success if he had handled himself more seriously.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Amsterdam_Adam_CurryFebruary 23, 2014 at 1:36 PM

If that excuse doesn't work for me, it don't work for you either.

    ReplyDelete
  81. I keep misreading it as Bog Otter which sounds like a euphemism for a particularly chunky turd!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Aw that's all I'm going to think about while pooping now.

    ReplyDelete
  83. This. Although I'm still a huge fan, I just wish I could... Share a long ride and pick his brain some time.

    ReplyDelete
  84. I will hear nothing negative about the Patron Saint of Pro Wrestling, DDP. But now I have to go watch the DVR of Shark Tank.

    ReplyDelete
  85. uhm. The Rock was pretty much the only reason WrestleMania XXVII did not only not tank but instead had one of the biggest buyrates ever.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I would say it is bigger. For the price Vince payed, WCW was a no brainer. I'd put this more in line with created Monday Night Raw.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I'm not getting the network until I see that PPVs work fine and the old stuff isn't massacred with editing.

    ReplyDelete
  88. With bacon, a pint of ice cream, and thumbtacks

    ReplyDelete
  89. There is definitely part of me that just wants to see how mad they can make a crowd. I'd love to see Mania turn into the Lolapalooza with Limp Bizkit that year.

    ReplyDelete
  90. No way in hell I would order this with any chance of Orton winning. I can't even believe that is where they are going. How in the hell do they think that Orton Vs Batista at Mania won't be Brock Vs Goldberg times 100??

    ReplyDelete
  91. It'd be a buy if they still had punk vs Kane. Lazy fuck cm punk...

    ReplyDelete
  92. Well, that just sucks. Man who does everything he can to get clean, and he gets cancer? Fuck cancer.

    ReplyDelete
  93. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 2:04 PM

Well, considering he sold the RKO better than 90% of the roster, I would've loved to see Cuban eat a Diamond Cutter as well.

    ReplyDelete
  94. I'm more of a Walking Talk guy.

Total fun, badass action movie and it also led to the JR call: The Rock, walking tall at Wrestlemania.

    ReplyDelete
  95. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 2:06 PM

Kayfabe is not dead, kayfabe is LIFE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  96. Ahhh, I dig. But Blog ODers was right there!

I suppose if you hang out here too long you start to give off a foul blog odor.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Absolutely agree

    ReplyDelete
  98. That's not the one with Knoxville and the kid from Holes is it?

    ReplyDelete
  99. Such a fantastic show, it's comedy gold.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I can listen to guys that can really talk, i.e. Punk, Nash and Cornette. Everybody else...eh.

    ReplyDelete
  101. All the WWE guys blowing up in the van in McGruber was pretty funny

    ReplyDelete
  102. The Wyatt's are going to win? Why else would you have Erick Rowan if not to be speared to hell by Reigns?

    ReplyDelete
  103. Because Batista's handsome.

    ReplyDelete
  104. I figured using "ODer" in on a wrestling blog was a little close to home.

    ReplyDelete
  105. His body was like "WTF? Where's all of our precious cocaine and alcohol?!" and made a cancerous growth to teach him a lesson.

    ReplyDelete
  106. Stranger in the AlpsFebruary 23, 2014 at 2:39 PM

I'm pretty sure I can remember WWE associating themselves with some sort of "Girls Gone Wild" type of PPV, with Snoop Dogg. Wasn't Test on that thing? Anyone?

    ReplyDelete
  107. Not sure if sarcastic, but here's Scott's excellent evisceration of this mess:

    http://www.oowrestling.com/columns/skrants/20030313.shtml

    ReplyDelete
  108. Oh come on, I love that guy.

    ReplyDelete
  109. I find all of the wrestlers out side of the industry to always be a bit cringe worthy, especially on tv.

But the absolute best of all time is Hogan in Rocky 3. "Thunderlips in the flesh baby!".Made Hogan a mainstream star and ushered in the era of Hulkamania and kicked off the rock n wrestling boom.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Stranger in the AlpsFebruary 23, 2014 at 2:52 PM

WWE Superstars asking someone on live PPV if they "spit or swallow" would have Vince and Stephanie spontaneously combusting on the spot today.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Hope your moms are carefl. It's possible that DDPYoga causes cancer.

    http://www.prowrestling.net/artman/publish/WWE/article10035973.shtml

    ReplyDelete
  112. Don't mock DDP, he was trying to move forward with a huge project in his life and he had a short period to sell the hell out of it. Also, they edit those things, I bet he really only said bang 10 times over a much longer period. :D

    ReplyDelete
  113. Kamala just said some shit: http://www.lordsofpain.net/news/wwe/Kamala_Says_Racism_and_Sexual_Abuse_Dominated_WWE_Talks_McMahon_Undertaker_More.html

    ReplyDelete
  114. I don't know if this counts but having WWE wrestlers and announcers on XFL was very embarrassing. I'm big fan of the idea of Spring football and XFL could have been something if not for the horrid cross promotion. The following few years had guys like Maurice Clarrett, Mike Williams, and Marcus Vick who got kicked out of college and could have made for great television. Tebow could XFL MVP this year.

    ReplyDelete
  115. "After the show, in the dressing room, Phil Lamarr confided in me, with tears in his eyes, that I was a better actor than John Travolta, and I deserved to star in Titanic."

    ReplyDelete
  116. I REALLY hope the Chyna/xpac sex tape isn't considered mainstream. I still don't know why me and my friend watched the entire fucking thing. It's like a horrific car wreck, it's horrible but you can't look away.

    ReplyDelete
  117. I have no idea what you are talking about. Ready for the royal rumble?

    ReplyDelete
  118. Is the film that killed WCW.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I need some couseling after that.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Am I the only hardcore Mad TV fan? Like i watched that show before I watched SNL really, and I always dig it when Phil Lamarr or Debra Wilson or Will Sasso or other alum show up in other projects. Actually it was funny in 2011 Phil Lamarr and the kinda bald guy both played sports commentators in different movies - Real Steel and "Warrior"

    ReplyDelete
  121. Minus the gay stuff, he's been pretty consistent with those stories over the years.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Classic campy movie. So bad its good.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Perform your wrestling fan duty and boo Batista--make us proud.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Shit! I really hope nothing happens to him, he's finally gotten himself clean. I also wanted to see him reconcile with his daughter.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Debra Wilson's in an Old Navy commercial right now, isn't she? I thought it was her at least. I thought she was pretty hot back in the day.

    ReplyDelete
  126. Vince being accused of Guy on Guy is pretty funny.

    ReplyDelete
  127. For me, the shows I like best are where i don't know who's going to win, and one of the competitors involved is one of my favourites. Ultimate example of this was Cena vs Punk at MITB.

    ReplyDelete
  128. We all did, we all did. I scrubbed and scrubbed but no matter how hard I scrubbed I never felt clean again.

    ReplyDelete
  129. And he saved the next year's rate too? Because, even with BROCK! added, it took a sharp dip from the previous year.

    ReplyDelete
  130. Colonel Kurtz never saw the true horror.

    ReplyDelete
  131. Probably hit a Diamond Cutter out of nowhere on his way out the door as well.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Absolutely agreed. To me, the Network is akin to Wrestlemania I.

    ReplyDelete
  133. So bad it has a shitty script, shitty jokes, and shitty performances.

    ReplyDelete
  134. He's just testing them to see how much they love the business.

    ReplyDelete
  135. It was OK, very much SNL Lite. They would have a funny sketch here and there though and some decent comedians. What annoyed me about the show was if any character got a slight reaction it was shoved down our throats. I think they were doing those fucking Stuart sketches every damn week.

Speaking of Mad TV, I like the show Key and Peele, they're both funny and have some good sketches.

    ReplyDelete
  136. There's a reason I own all of them... well all but Balls. I like to get stuff from KC in small batches, like 5-10 DVDs at once.

What I'm waiting for now: ECW 1996, WWE 1996/98 (Both coming out together would make me buy 93-01 all at once), more YouShoots (ICP should be... interesting.), a couple more WCW timelines, and random other stuff.

    ReplyDelete
  137. From what I've read that's just DDP being DDP, every wrestler says he lives his gimmick, although from what Foley said about his swearing they must have had to do a ton of editing.

    ReplyDelete
  138. It hasn't been the first time. Years ago I think there was rumors of him and Shawn doing gay stuff together. Also I think in that Playboy interview Vince alluded to being sexually abused by his step father. If that's true that is so fucked up.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I'm not too picky... as long as the shoot isn't dishwater dull, I'll give it a shot.

(Dreading WWE 99 with Morley, but I still want to see it once. Same with anything KC and Russo have done.)

    ReplyDelete
  140. So he's Randy the Ram?

    ReplyDelete
  141. Farva's a bitch! Farva's a bitch! (Chant along, people...)

    ReplyDelete
  142. That is a good show!

    ReplyDelete
  143. Except Brady WOULD do that, because Shark Tank is TV and they want interesting TV

    ReplyDelete
  144. I recall that at the time, EVERYONE thought Sabrina was the better show on TGIF. It got all the attention and all the credit, while Boy Meets World's cast all fell into obscurity. Soon, Melissa Joan Hart's bitchiness was revealed to the world and she vanished, too, but Caroline Rhea stuck around since she was actually pretty likeable.

Even a modicum of hindsight reveals that BMW was the best show on TGIF by a ways.

    ReplyDelete
  145. You forgot the barbed wire.

Love that movie unabashedly. And going along with DDPYoga, here's another thing Page can put in his back pocket, a compliment from Roger Ebert: "The problem with "Ready to Rumble" is that its hero is not a wrestler but an actor, Oliver Platt...That is demonstrated every time Diamond Dallas Page is on the screen, playing himself with such ferocity that Platt seems to be playing "Jimmy the King" in a key heard only by himself."

Also, fucking Cena, can't even let us watch a WCW movie from 2000 without appearing in it (in the Goldberg gym scene)

    ReplyDelete
  152. Really? Aw, I didn't know that. Just goes to show what kind of work ethic Andre had.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Stone Cold's as the Judge on Dilbert.

    ReplyDelete
  154. davidbonzaisaldanamontgomeryFebruary 23, 2014 at 3:40 PM

I dunno, X-Pac ging down on Chyna's pencil thingy is more than enough to make me look away and get some brain bleach. You deserve some sort of masochist badge for sitting all the way through that.

    ReplyDelete
  155. I don't know if this has been mentioned yet.

Mick Foley as The Boulder in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

I didn't even know it was him until years later. The fact that he plays a Rock-like character makes it more hilarious.

I have a soft spot for Goldberg in Santas Slayer, to my mind the best thing he did after Nash beat him.

    ReplyDelete
  159. What's sad is that I used to be super-into Chyna back in the day (well thousands of fans were too, but you won't find many who admit to it these days- there's no way that Playboy sold that many issues just based on curiosity), and that porno just ruined everything. Just close-ups of buttholes and clenises, shots of Chyna's warped coke-bloated face, and acne on her butt.

    "Thomas Jefferson, sucka!"

  163. It is... and I bet JR was almost literally having an orgasm using that line... Watts used to LOVE that line back in Mid-South.

  165. He's smart with his money but he's always looking to add to his money collection. Not that I blame him, more money > less money.

    "fuck you daddy"

  168. Basically, yeah. I'm so glad he's gone.

  169. It was a while back but DDP actually got a settlement from Jay-Z for the use of his Diamond Cutter symbol so why wouldn't he flash what probably gave him his start up capital?

    ReplyDelete
  170. Huh, that'll take the fun out of downvoting posts that complain about being downvoted

  171. I've seen a clip from a shoot where he says that. He comes off like a bit of a dick but there's some logic behind what he says.

    ReplyDelete
  172. Actually I don't think it was a settlement. I could remember it wrong but I thought they just kind of like, chatted about it? I remember a picture of Jay Z and DDP doing it together like right after.

That said, I don't hate DDP at ALL. I think he's freakin' great, but I think part of what makes him great is his overwhelming enthusiasm about, well, himself and everything he's been a part of, which kind of worked to his disadvantage on a show like Shark Tank a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  173. Oh, I definitely plan on doing that. Too bad he's not going against someone I can actually bring myself to cheer for.

  174. Why're they carrying him?
    He's walking!

    #2 Air Bourne
    #1 DDT

That's all you need to know.

  176. Spicolli was talking about 27. You are talking about 28 and 29.

    The most purchased Wrestlemania's of all time are 28, 23, 21, 29, and 27.

Rock closed the show on two of those, and was likely a huge factor in 27s success. So yeah, he saved those rates, considering they were in freefall from 24 until 27.

  177. Good one,he gets a WM 13 entrance and stuns a reporter.

  178. Yeah, a young John Cena is in Ready to Rumble. When King and the idiots go talk to Goldberg in the gym, Cena is in the background lifting weights.

  179. Glad it seems to be something treatable. The only problem is Jake is known to smoke like a chimney so he'd better stop that right now.

    ReplyDelete
  180. He did nail Kimberly for over a decade so in the end, DDP always wins

  181. Page is rather good in that movie and seems to be having fun every second he is on screen. Martin Landaus character is fun too. Everything else though kinda sucks.

  182. Scream, I don't wish to suggest that you're predictable, but there are undiscovered species in the blackest depths of the ocean who knew you were going to wheel that joke out!

  183. Just admit that you're wrong and we can end this charade.

  184. Don't forget about the giant clit!

"the next step from an oversized clit is an undersized cock"

  185. If only he'd left it at that as far as acting is concerned.

  186. A nice feather in Andres cap, but overall I just don't get The Princess Bride's appeal. Some amusing dialogue, but thats about it for me.

  187. I loved it in jr high but stopped watching when I started high school. That would put it at 2002.

  189. Calm down golden crisp.

  190. The bad thing about DDP being awesome and helping guys like Hall and DDP is people will continue to wildly overrate his in ring career.

    ReplyDelete
  191. There's something oddly hilarious about Martin Landau of al people beating the shit out of Perry Saturn and Sid.
