These Bryan Alvarez reports are getting worse by the day. It's not even news, he's just using the most basic power of deduction - if he's getting pushed, then obviously he will be in a major match at SummerSlam.
ReplyDeleteAnd why are there so many "reports" about SummerSlam? Maybe the WWE should focus on WrestleMania or the FOUR other PPVs before then??
It could mean they are planning out things in the long term. Remember, the reports they got in December about the Mania matches were all accurate, with the exception being Punk vs. HHH.
ReplyDeleteWrestlemania's probably already penned in by now... all that's left is to reveal the remaining matches over the upcoming RAWs, and run them come hell, high water, or fan riots. The second would be the most likely deterrent.
ReplyDeleteMeltzer is never accurate! There Farva, I saved you a post.
ReplyDeleteMITB does seem perfect for Cesaro, he's right on the cusp of something big and the summer seems the best time for his push. Question is, will he be a face or heel?
ReplyDeleteCesaro must be working out with Triple H more these days.
ReplyDeleteYou're 50/50 on that being Farva's focus... he might have been unable to resist another shot at one Punk, CM.
ReplyDeleteNo no no no. Not MITB. Have someone with their first world title with actual build up! Bryan is already a multi-time world champion, imagine if he was chasing and trying to get his first. Cesaro should win some big feuds, get involved in the main event scene, THEN win the world title. Not cash in a MITB to win.
ReplyDeleteI was JUST to make a bad Meltzer joke
ReplyDeleteCM PUNK AND MELTZER....Best in the world, more like worst in the world! Am I right---Farva.
ReplyDeleteIf I could downvote you, I would.
ReplyDeleteIs Cesaro married? If so, those 2 couples could "Giant swing".
ReplyDelete*thank you, thank you. I'll be here all day. *
I did, don't let the lack of showing numbers deter you.
ReplyDeleteHe could win MITB as a face and announce his cash-in ahead of time like Cena and RVD did.
ReplyDeleteYou get me! Close, but I like getting "petulant child" in as many CM punk posts as I can. Thanks a Farva staple
ReplyDeleteI miss that feature too. I barely bother upvoting anymore because of it. So what if you see 5 upvotes below your post? there might be 25 downvotes with it if there was the option. Opinions of strangers on the internet DOES matter, damn it!!!
ReplyDeleteLooking at the roster and given the push reports, I think this is spot on. Is MITB still the July PPV? That gives him 3 months to get some big wins and then win the MITB. I would have to say at this point given the roster he would likely be the early favorite to win the case.
ReplyDeleteIsn't Cesaro with Sara Del Ray?
ReplyDeleteGood job Stennick was banned before downvotes were disabled...
ReplyDeleteWow, it's been 3 weeks and his name STILL gets brought up. He sure got into people heads, didn't he?
ReplyDeleteI do also. Up votes mean nothing really. Nothing was more satisfying than seeing a 20+ downvotes comment. I have like 5 under my belt!
ReplyDeleteWhile I have just posted that I do feel Cesaro will win the MITB, I do agree with this idea. Off the top of my head, I can't really think of the last time there was an organic build leading to someone winning their first title without MITB. When was the last one? Cena? Batista? Those were all years ago. I can't really think of anyone else who had the big babyface organic build without the case.
ReplyDeleteI want Stennick unbanned.
ReplyDeleteI think this is how Reigns will win his first world title, Royal Rumble win, Wrestlemania win. The old-fashioned way.
ReplyDeleteI actually think Meltzers good, it's just the nature of wrestling reporting is so speculative MOST if the time. It's a guy reporting on speculation or rumors most often.
ReplyDeleteMeltzer did a great job on the steroid trial stuff and monetreal. I'll give him that
He didnt get into most people's heads, really. He just did such a poor job at trolling that he stuck out like a sore thumb. I mean, his anti-smark trolling was done in the most laughable manner possible.
ReplyDeleteBut he dared disagree with the general opinion. He deserved the chair.
ReplyDelete"Major match" . Could Alvarez be more generic with his "reporting"?
ReplyDeleteThat's what happens when you refuse to white knight CM Punk!
ReplyDeleteCesaro using the ladder for a Big Swing and clearing the ring of dudes before climbing to win.
ReplyDeleteThat was not the reason he was banned.
ReplyDeleteHe was insane in his attacking of people. The anti-smark Gideon Stargrave if you will, just a lot more insulting to people.
Daniel Bryan at Summerslam, (if you don't count the WHC, which was definitely the official #2 title when Bryan won it)
ReplyDeleteYou just see that you have a good chance at catching me and want to capitalize.
ReplyDeleteFirst Rybaxel, now Foxsana... WWE seems to love their stupid hybrid names.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I hope they name the authority "Triple Staph."
I wish that people would grow some thicker skin here and just roll with the punches. It's sad that people have to get banned for such harmless stuff. They should just ignore, or have fun with it.
ReplyDeleteNext Alvarez report: Dave Meltzer may or may not pay male hookers to dress up like Bret Hart and stroke him off while he watches NJPW.
ReplyDeleteHe was a troll that brought zero meaningful contributions. Personally, I wouldn't have banned him but lets not pretend he was trying to express an opinion, either. It was clear of his intentions. I enjoyed making fun of him though.
ReplyDeleteYeah. It was number 2 but still considered a world belt. I was thinking Sheamus but he won the WWE title as a heel before his Rumble win as face.
ReplyDeletePhotoshop at it's finest:
ReplyDeletehttp://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2009/11/davehart.jpg
Tremoundous
ReplyDeleteIf they don't do it that way, they are insipid. Like most people, when the Shield debuted I personally liked Ambrose and Rollins with Reigns being far behind. He's improved a ton and I am digging him. Everyone sees him as a huge face and Ambrose as a huge heel with Rollins in the midcard. I really think if Rollins keeps getting better on the mic he can be a top 3 face also. Sort of HBK like. When all is said and done we will look back fondly on the Shield. Imagine when they reunite for some hot angle years down the line.
ReplyDeleteFoxsana segments should be sponsored by MedExpress and HealthCare.gov for the amount of injuries that occur in them.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, the new hit trend of being LAZY and mixing 2 names. FML.
ReplyDeleteTag team names are becoming less and less creative. JeriShow, ShowMiz, Rybaxel (really?). Or we get TEAM Rhodes Scholars, or TEAM Hell No. When Andre the Giant and Haku formed a team, they were called The Colossal Connection. Not terribly original, but not totally bland either. So, here's to the day when Christian and Sheamus form a team, and call themselves Christmus.
ReplyDeleteI'm shocked they never called the Big Show/Rey team MysteriShow.
ReplyDeleteI think people who always bash Meltzer think that the newsletter is just full of rumors and other stuff that he gets from his sources.
ReplyDeleteIn reality, that stuff is all at the end of the newsletter and he has a few feature articles at the front that are all well-researched and written and he always does an awesome job with his obituaries
So many people also misintrepret the rumors, like the CM Punk one from last Monday, as they get them from second-hand sources. Even the stuff he reports that doesnt come to fruition does not mean it was made up. I have watched hundreds of shoot interviews and when the subject is asked about a rumor that did not happen, more often than not they confirm that it was true and elaborate as to why it did not happen.
If you want to get on Meltzer, get on him for his biases. The rumors stuff is the same as a beat reporter for a sports team.
Some of these Brain Alvarez updates are mind-numbing. Cesaro to be involved at in a major match at Summerslam? What does that even mean? Summerslam is like 5 months away. Five months ago I would have swore Bryan would be winning the title at Wrestlemania in a totally obvious victory (think Shawn at WM12 or Austin at WM14) but now he's not going to. Come Summerslam, I wouldn't be surprised if Cesaro was in the main-event or if he jobbed in the opening bout. Either one could happen.
ReplyDeleteThey're all like celebrity couple names.... quite annoying
ReplyDeleteCesaro, who is in line for a major push after WrestleMania, is also reported to be involved in a major match at SummerSlam.
ReplyDeleteThey should have been called The Injury Reporters.
ReplyDeleteOK, I liked it.
ReplyDeleteI see that the Shield has had some sort of reverse Hart Foundation effects.
ReplyDeleteI bet they would try to get Christmus over as a heel too.
ReplyDeleteHe is trying to say that he will be pushed and it will lead into a big match at SummerSlam.
ReplyDeleteThis cm punk thing has died down so I might need another soapbox soon.
ReplyDeleteHaving consistent sex > posting on a message board so it's not entirely a loss for you. Luckily I can multitask.
# BoD mania wimmer
I really think someone should start writing a weekly article in the old Insider style WWF magazine had based solely on what you can deduce from watching the programming. I swear the same conclusions would be found, and if the article is written without irony it could be really enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteTheir finisher, a power bomb by Sheamus followed by a frog splash by Christian that will be called naughty or nice.
ReplyDeleteI don't care what anyone says - coming up with "Christmus" makes you a goddamn genius.
ReplyDeleteUnless it's against Cena, it's not going to be big in WWE's eyes.
ReplyDeleteDid Jeff Hardy win his first with MITB? I really wasn't watching at that point. RVD? But those weren't big builds up if I recall.
ReplyDeleteNo, he never won MITB.
ReplyDeleteSlight threadjack.
ReplyDeletehttps://pbs.twimg.com/media/BiWjijmCYAEs2Ob.jpg:large
GREAT SUCCESS!
(I know I could have posted this in the lockdown thread but I assumed no-one would read it.)
Work has been an equal culprit as of late. That's when I get most of my BoD time in normally.
ReplyDeleteDaniel Bryan (c) vs. Cesaro for the WWE title!
ReplyDeletewhile chopping each other
ReplyDeleteHe would have at WM 24 had he not been "Wellness'd".
ReplyDeleteThey will do Cesaro vs. HHH and make sure Michael Cole refers to it as a major match 8000 times as a giant "fuck you" to CM Punk.
ReplyDeleteAnd it could have lead to an end of show win.
ReplyDeleteSo sad, they should just go back to smaller arenas.
ReplyDeleteI could see that happening.
ReplyDeleteI can dig it.
ReplyDeleteOh. Wow. I've been to Kaiju Big Battel fights with more people. Yeesh.
ReplyDeleteI was a huge Chin fan from our brief interactiins.
ReplyDeleteThey could have a double date at the gym complete with pre and post workout protein shakes
ReplyDeleteThey need to stop with the combining of the two names for tag team names. I blame A-Rod for this trend...
ReplyDeleteUndertaker is supposed to make a Mania announcement tonight, same with Hogan. Undertaker's will probably add a stipulation to the Lesnar match. Probably No Holds Barred or something. Hogan's announcement, who knows.
ReplyDeleteHey guys. I'm here with a bit of a threadjack, but a serious one.
ReplyDeleteI want to come back to writing for the blog, but Scott isn't hip to it, and honestly, I don't blame him.
Two times now I've been pissed off and instead of just being cool about it, or talking about it with Scott, I took my ball and went home. It was a piss poor attitude, and an absolutely pathetic way for someone to act who claims to be a "professional" and wants to be taken seriously. I tend to be a bit immature at times, and need to realize that if I'm truly set on a career in entertainment, or hell, any career, things will not always go my way. When they don't, I shouldn't act like a child who's just going to storm off. You guys have my word that I will never act like that again. Scott doesn't owe me an apology whatsoever, and I was being an arrogant, ungrateful brat for saying he did.
I also had/have a bit of an ego problem. Honestly, I was more so playing up a character. I was taking ques from other guys about how to act, when honestly it wasn't who I truly was, and I regret it. I think I'm a decent writer, but far from great. I have a long way to go in that matter. That's one of the reasons I enjoy writing for the BoD so much, because of the large amount of feedback I get. You're not going to get this ridiculous, over the top "I'm a God!" sort of attitude from me anymore. You won't be getting the "character" of Caliber Winfield, but who I really am, which is basically a towned down version.
I'm sure there are some who are saying "Oh, you left the BoD, and no one followed you, and your website is failing and now you want attention". Honestly, that isn't true. The numbers for my website are better than ever. I just enjoy writing for you guys. I've made some good friends here, and I'd like to make more.
I have a lot of ideas for the BoD, and like before, I'll absolutely bust my ass for the website. One of those ideas will be the Podcast.
Basically, what I'm asking from all of you is some forgiveness, and perhaps voice your support for your old boy Caliber coming back. I won't be doing the QOTD, instead I plan on doing that fitness article I talked about a while ago. A place where I talk about everything from powerlifting, to bodybuilding, to DDPYoga & P90X. Creating a community for people here to need help getting in shape, but have no idea where to start. I'll also do some occasional wrestling reviews. So, that's what I'd like.
I'm truly sorry to those I've offened before, I'd like to wipe the slate clean 100% and completely start over. Actually, wait...
I'm not the boner you need, I'm the boner you deserve.
OK, now we can start over.
Or, Hogan & Taker have the same announcement: NO HOLDS BARRED! It's Hogan, Brock, 'Taker & Zeus in a brawl where the loser is thrown into the computer system from Superman III and killed!
ReplyDeleteOh, and no, this isn't a work. I'm 100% honest.
ReplyDeleteI don't need your boner. Sorry, pal
ReplyDeleteSo in other words, you pulled a CM Punk?
ReplyDeleteI know, that's what I said. You don't need it. You deserve it.
ReplyDeleteYea, I think I deserve better
ReplyDeleteWhat I did was worse. I'm also not nearly as talented in this field as Punk is in his, nor do I have 1/10000000th of the following & support.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, if Scott doesn't want you to, I'm mot sure our opinion matters. This is his blog.
ReplyDeleteIf he leaves to for us to decide, that's a different conversation
I do have feelings, you know.
ReplyDeletePlaying up a character on a blog...
ReplyDeletelmfao just write dude
Well, he hasn't said yes or no, he's basically ignored me.
ReplyDeleteBut I think if you guys want me back, he'd be more inclined to listen to what I have to say. He said himself that I made him money, and he does like money.
He has my word that I'll no longer be the immature little bitch that I was.
So do I. But you didn't about that did you?
ReplyDeleteNo Holds Barred II the movie produced by WWE Studios! Hogan and Cena battle Lesnar and Cesaro in a STEEL CAGE as part of a Movie/Match duo PPV. Also, leading to Hogan defending the WWE title against Lesnar at SUMMERSLAM!
ReplyDeleteYou've become an officerfarva favorite. I know your life is now complete
ReplyDeleteDid you wait for the downvotes option to go away for posting this?
ReplyDeleteprobably more like bradgelina or bennifer, all that shit.
ReplyDeleteNo. Start your own fitness blog if you want to talk about fitness.
ReplyDeleteNow I want to see this team.
ReplyDeleteI didn't, but it does rock. Because now I think everyone is diggin' the idea! My fragile ego can hide behind the fact downvotes aren't allowed.
ReplyDeleteAnyone know what the anti-tilde is? Its this ''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' and it, a long time ago, meant bad. With no more down votes, this post gets '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' anti-tildes because its that bad.
ReplyDeleteGood point. He's offering something that the community didn't even ask for. He's shooting when he's saying he had a bit of an ego problem
ReplyDeleteWell, to be fair, Mick, a lot of people liked the idea when I talked about it a few months ago. Plus, you wouldn't have to read the article. And it'd be wrestling related, as I'd talk about various wrestlers work-out programs and show videos and such.
ReplyDeleteNOBODY CARES
ReplyDeleteIn other news.... Linda McMahon inducting Ultimate Warrior?
ReplyDeleteImagine if they just combined teh names of guys in classic tag-teams instead of giving them names
ReplyDeleteRockers = Sharty
Power & Glory = HercuRoma
Midnight Express = Condreaton (Condrey & Eaton) BoStan (Eaton & Lane)
Twin Towers = Bakeem
He's using wrestling terminology in his posts. Its about as low as you can go. He's not trying to work us anymore, he's shooting. he loves THIS BUSINESS.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I don't care. I liked the QOTD you did. If you write something and I don't like it, I just won't continue to read it.
ReplyDeleteThat being said, I do think it's Scotts ultimate decision so don't think my opinion does or should really matter
You know what, for this one post, just say Downvote if you think it deserves a DV. (His or mine, I don't give a shit. Let's give this thread an injection of some sort)
ReplyDeleteDownvote.
Who are you?? And what are you talking about??
ReplyDeleteSo, you're on the fence about supporting me?
ReplyDeleteROFL, yea I ain't buying it that he's a changed man. I couldn't stand his posts because he would always end up talking about himself, very much like his proposition right here.
ReplyDeleteHey, wait a minute, no! You can't do that! They stopped downvoting! No, c'mon!
ReplyDeleteMaff = Matt and Jeff
ReplyDeleteMock = Rock and Sock
Exactly. "I'm a changed man, but here are 500 words on why I'd be good for this blog." Followed up by his normal "oh you love me!" posts when people say he sucks.
ReplyDelete"All accurate" - in what world???
ReplyDeletePunk/HHH was wrong. Wyatt/Bryan was wrong. Goldust/Rhodes was wrong.
Mr. Ass and Road Dogg = Ass Dogg
ReplyDeleteI like the Rockers one, Paulcules for P&G, you left Cornette out of the MXE, and the Towers should be Mankeem.
ReplyDeleteWhile you may have "facts" on your side, I prefer to blame A-Rod.
ReplyDeleteAnd again, we should keep better track of this next year.
ReplyDeleteIs this something you heard, or just a humorous idea? Because...man, that would be weird. Might as well have Cultstatus induct him for how random Linda would be.
ReplyDeleteSevin Hash = Scott Hall/Kevin Nash. Sevin Hash sounds like a wrestler name anyway
ReplyDeleteThe bitch is running again, isn't she?
ReplyDelete:'(
No offense bud, but any information about fitness/bodybuilding is easily available on plenty of thousands of other sites like Bodybuilding dot com, Simply Shredded, Youtube channels, etc.
ReplyDeleteThis is a wrestling blog. We come here for wrestling and the occasional sports and other TV discussion.
Her opponent can phot shop her introduction with a picture of the Warrior in character and guarantee themselves a victory.
ReplyDeleteWarrior just tweeted it
ReplyDeleteNo one else wants to. Punk would have had he been around I'm guessing. Punk is a warrior fan.
ReplyDeleteIf she's inducting him then she must be done. She HAS to know that this induction would bite her in the ass and the media would make it seem like Linda hates homosexuals because "queering doesn't make the world work"
ReplyDeleteDon't forget HHH's avatar vs Vince's avatar.
ReplyDeleteBecause when you think intense, fuel-injected, insane yet strangely compelling promos...you think Linda McMahon!
ReplyDeleteI still say they just let Warrior induct himself and double his speech time.
all of these reports were probably correct at the time, but, you know, plans change.
ReplyDeleteAs in, they were ideas that were being kicked around and maybe planned out, but never made it out of the writing room.
ReplyDeleteCW, you know I love you like the brother I never had, but I think this may not be worth it right now. I think it's time for you to build up some goodwill first before coming in to do some more posts with the BoD.
ReplyDeleteThe fitness article DOES sound interesting, though.
I know, but it would be a community sort of deal. Where people could come here and talk about their progression and things like that, with people they already know and like. A lot of guys here do DDP Yoga.
ReplyDeleteAnd sure, the information is out there, but honestly, it's so hard to know what's good & what's bad. I honestly can't think of a more confusing subject to try and get proper information on. Because there's so many sources, with so many people saying one thing, and someone saying another. I'm not saying I'd be a definitive source, but I've been at this seriously for 4 years, and could share my experience & knowledge.
Plus I'd talk about wrestling as well. Going over their work-out programs and such.
A lot of people liked the idea when I talked about it 8 months ago, which is why I brought it up. I wouldn't just say "hey, here's something no one asked for" kinda deal. There was support for it, so I want to bring it back.
I'm with mick on this. I work out alot so would have 0 use for a fitness article, as I'm sure most people would. If you want to contribute, cool, but not fitness stuff. There are TONS of fitness resources available online
ReplyDeleteSharty is a keeper!
ReplyDeleteThe Brogue Kick = The Stocking Stuffer
ReplyDeleteI think if people saw the first article, and what my idea is, you'd see it's not as vanilla as it sounds. However, if people gave it a chance and still didn't dig it, then I'd go back to doing wrestling stuff or whatever.
ReplyDeleteIf "Sharty" doesn't get over, I give up.
ReplyDeletePost your URL and I'll read it and give it a fair shot
ReplyDeletePoor legendary AWA Tag Team Champions Stinkel :(
ReplyDeleteI don't have a prototype written up yet. But I'd cover a wrestler's workout, answer emails, do supplement/workout reviews, a random match review I think deserves attention, and perhaps some other things if people have ideas.
ReplyDeleteIt'd also be a place for guys who are into working out, or getting into it, to have a place to talk about it and get help/advice from people they trust. Plus a lot of guys are doing DDP Yoga, which I've tried and is one of the very few popular "workouts" that I endorse.
Ellenimawk were the first team to win the AWA, NWA, and WWF world tag titles...
ReplyDeleteSo you'd cover how to use HGH/Steroids to work out? Again, if people want to find fitness, they'll go elsewhere. In a survey of BoD posters, 100% said they don't care.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing worse than workout message boards. I assume everyone who posts there is a "bro"
ReplyDeleteYou are a perplexing human being, Caliber. But you've never called me an Otter, so that's one point in your favor.
ReplyDeleteMaybe Warrior fucked Linda back in 96?
ReplyDeletewhacha lift bro? Can you spot me bro?
ReplyDeleteHm. Take a moment - just a moment - and consider the spawn of that union.
ReplyDelete< shiver >
Do you even lift bro?
ReplyDelete(Steps back from the computer, and bashes my head against the cinder block wall behind me roughly 40-50 times for using that line in any manner.)
That's the point. As Dougie and others have mentioned several times, it's always "Meltzer is right, but in the case he's wrong, it's not his fault, it's because they changed their minds". So he's technically never wrong.
ReplyDeleteThat's charisma and anti-charisma mixing... oh shit, we're fucked, aren't we?
ReplyDeleteIf they turned heel, Cena could come in and spray paint "HBK and Jannery are POOPY"
ReplyDeleteOh man, I know. Someone asks a question, and they get 10 different answers, with each person swearing what they do is the only way. It's embarrassing.
ReplyDelete"Check out the pump i got on my bicep brah"
ReplyDeleteIts also not like Meltzer is predicting what is going to happen, he's just reporting what's been told to him. Not sure how doing that gets him scorn, but whatever I guess.
ReplyDeleteWatching Chi Town Rumble on the network....christ, most of these matches were fucking garbage. Really poorly paced. I have fond memories of Flair/Steamboat though...that is on my TV now.
ReplyDeleteYou know, in my mark days, I always thought it said a lot that a guy who wasn't even in contention for the WWE belt could stroll into the NWA and immediately challenge for their belt.
Well, I know a little about steroids, and not too much about HGH. So yes, if people wanted some advice about steroids, I could provide that. Simply advice though, nothing more.
ReplyDeleteAs for what I lift, which exercise are you talking about?
He does make a good point that finding accurate information of fitness can be confusion especially when you go to those bro-forums and every asshole there gives you a different answer
ReplyDelete(Comes back still holding a double-digit lead over Dougie in the IQ Competition. And still triple-digits ahead of Elvy and Stennick)
ReplyDeleteYou're close.
ReplyDelete"That night I received a call from Dave Meltzer, who, with tears in his eyes, confided in me that I was always his favourite wrestler, so much so that he used to pay male escorts to dress up like me and stroke him off while he watched some of my classic matches. Dave said he felt embarrassed of his new hobbie and needed to confide in someone he could trust. I comforted him by assuring him that there was nothing abnormal about what he was doing and that I myself masturbated to my classic matches on a regular basis. After hearing this, Dave seemed relieved, and even suggested we watch my match against Davey from Summerslam and masturbate over the phone together. For the next 40 minutes I carried Dave through an intense masturbation as we watched me carry Davey to a classic match and just as the referee finished making the 3 count to end the match I could hear Dave let out a passionate moan of pleasure. We finished the conversation by joking about how obviously gay Shawn Michaels was, before Dave confided in me that I deserved to be WWF Champion."
Bushwhackers - Lutch
ReplyDeleteBolsheviks - BorisVolkoff
Demolition - Smax
Hart Foundation - BretNeidhart
But are there fitness videos set to wrestling themes? Maybe this is a market worth exploring.
ReplyDeleteMore than we already are? Is that possible?
ReplyDeletehm. How old is Batista?
How is it you only have 400 posts? Haven't you been here for years, Love-Matic?
ReplyDeleteRoad Ass!
ReplyDeleteWhat's Ricky Steamboat doing in the ummm... NWA zone???
ReplyDeleteIt's Road Beef's sister.
ReplyDeleteBranvil has a good ring to it.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kf7NR64gFOU
ReplyDeleteAll you need.
Warrior has a fitness video. It is apparently horrid, and includes a call from a collection agent at the end. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteTHEN START YOUR OWN SHIT IF YOU THINK PEOPLE WILL READ IT. No one cares what wrestler's workouts are. Except you for some reason.
ReplyDeleteI can spot you. You're right there.
ReplyDeleteWhere's my fucking pizza?
haha yes, it was in the Wrestlecrap article with Richard Simmons, Chyna and Warrior's tapes. Awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteThe avatars are the worst. It's always guys posing without a shirt. I have a few youtube channels I like with some great fitness stuff that I always use if I'm looking for a new workout or have questions
ReplyDeleteMiley Cyrus? She's got Linda's haircut now.
ReplyDeleteYou ever watch Hodgetwins or Elliot Hulse?
ReplyDeleteRecommend some to me, bro.
ReplyDeleteSteiner's videos are the best. He's throwing around logs, and then dry-humping these chicks he's hired to hang around the set.
ReplyDeleteBodybuilding dot com has a specific WWE section as well where people can do if they are really interested.
ReplyDeleteI lift weights 6x per week and do HIIT a couple times a week. The last thing I want is to come to this blog and read about fitness and bodybuilding.
Yeah, but real-life health issues and a general apathy towards the current wrestling product have kept me from contributing more frequently. But I go all the way back to the ITW Board days with Scott, and I started talking about wrestling online back in 1996. I'm an old coot compared to some around here.
ReplyDeleteThere's a kevin steen fitness video also. It's him eating McDonald's double cheeseburgers
ReplyDeleteWas there any reason why they put the title on Steamboat? It seemed like an odd choice back then.
ReplyDeleteThe Podcast idea is intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about the health issues, I hope things are better now. For what it's worth, you were always a quiet favorite of mine.
ReplyDeleteRoad Beef vs. Head Cheese for the Tag Team Championship would have sold out any arena in the world.
ReplyDeleteThis is clearly WAY too important to you, and if only for that reason, you shouldn't be allowed back. Jesus, this is Scott's blog and it's only an interesting side thing he does in addition to family and work.
ReplyDeleteFor your own good, go find something out there in the real world.
Brilliant idea:
ReplyDeleteAdam Rose should have a lady valet named Thorn (or Thorne if you want to get funky with the spelling).
After all, every rose has its thorn.
That's the link I put up.
ReplyDeleteBorkoff!
ReplyDeleteYou wouldn't have to. But there are those who would like it.
ReplyDeleteI hate you.
ReplyDeleteTeam 3DMJ is by far the best. Nunez and Helms are brilliant. CGFitness is good. Matt Ogus' channel is pretty good as well. Also guys like Eric Cressey and Kelly Starrett are good.
ReplyDeleteHodgetwins are idiots.
ReplyDelete*trollface*
ReplyDeleteSounds like a vast majority on here are against it.
ReplyDeleteRose needs to be paired with Emma ASAP.
ReplyDeleteHoly shit, this!
ReplyDeleteHave her be one of the groupies that come to the ring with him.
ReplyDeleteHas Emma had a kayfabe last name? If not, just mix the two and make her Emma Thorn.
ReplyDeleteWwf 1987 hit on a few I like. I also recommend this guy "Brad Gaines". He doesn't have alot of videos buy has lots if different exercises to help change shit up
