This is really disappointing because I was hoping that with all the publicity that the meltdown thread would be ranking in the all-time list by now.  Once again showing that he's just not an A+ player.

  1. Just out of curiosity, because I would have no idea how to gauge, but is that 14,907 the "best of the worst", so to speak? Or is that the all-time best here?

If the Cavs draft either Wiggins or Parker does this mean they gave up on Deng?

  3. Man I really really don't like Vonleh, he's stromile swift 2.0 to me

  4. If I had the top pick I'd take Wiggins over parker. Parker could be a bust but I really can't see a world where Wiggins isn't a really really good NBA player

I agree. Parker has no desire to be there so unless there is a sign and trade in place I wouldn't touch him.
I'd move him and some pieces for an established 2 guard though.

  6. I think the all time best for this site.

  7. It's a list of the all-time biggest pageviews for the blog. So the Dave meltdown one needs double to even crack the list.

  9. Bit surprising on some of the top 10 like the12/17/12 raw rant

  10. I also just somehow feel like Smart lands on the Lakers. I don't know how but they always get good shit and he might be the #2 player in the draft.

Smart, Gordon, Wiggins, and the two guards from Michigan and msu are the guys I'd really want from this draft. Parker and embiid could be busts and I really don't like vonleh

  11. Unique, or total pageviews?

  12. No 15-30? Boooo!

As a Boston guy, this 1-5 almost represents my worst-case scenario. If this happens, though, I'm glad to see you give them Smart. I'm terrified of them taking Gordon.

  13. Check that stat again in a few hours, that thing does not have 95 comments.

  14. Well according to Bill Simmons twitter the cavs have been calling around to see what they could get for the 4th and 12th pick as far as established players, so maybe they are thinking of trading to Orlando and then trading those picks for a player?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yeah, it passed 95 comments in the first... hour? less?

  16. Total pageviews. If it was unique it'd likely just be 4 or 5 people.

  17. How many big man can we name that have had major injuries and then just bounced back the same as they were? I can't think of any.

To me Wiggins and Smart are the two most sure thing players in the draft. They are clearly NBA players and elite athletes with a defined position.

  18. Scott, I'm sure Dave is consistently disappointing in life, so this all just sticks with the theme.

  20. Deng is probably going to want too much money.

  21. Is it wrong that I don't want the Celtics to take Embiid because I don't want to hear Bill Simmons talk about it?

  24. Cavs should bite the bullet and draft Embiid despite the injury.

  25. Cool. I forgot about bthat post regarding the assistant writer...lots of interesting info still, to this day. Kinda surprised Bryan was against the AJ pairing...although you could have never forecast the success the two achieved from it.

So does this mean you're in panic mode and are about to dump some salary in an effort to right the ship?

  27. I just hope McDermott isn't Morrison 2.0. Hornets definitely need a scorer or 2 to help Big Al out.

  28. So Scherer is just some guy no one really gives a shit about? But...but...but...I thought he was the most influential iwc journalist ever. I mean he wrote that article on the network that he said Vince McMahon must read and everything.
