So Namco's revealed Tekken 7 footage even though they still haven't finished Tekken x Street Fighter. I have a feeling the latter may not see the light of day, and honestly, did we really need two of the same game after SFxT?

There's a couple fb groups I'm in for ddpyoga for support: 3000 person group and a members only 200 person group. Both are very helpful and friendly. Ddp said he hopes to have the app by the end of this year with no routines, new moves, regular online classes, and cooking stuff.

You don't need dirtsheets to know Cena is gonna eventually come out on top if they refused to use him to put over Wyatt. ITs the biggest running gag, but WWE drew the line deep in the sand with that one.
I'm gonna guess somewhere between 87-91 before it's done. I think they'll be happy if it does a little bit above what the first Thor did -- which also was a pretty risky departure from the other MCU movies -- say, $150-175m in the States, but if the reviews are up to Avengers/Iron Man 1 levels, I think $200m is in play.
This may sound crazy but they don't even push Cena that hard. That is what frustrates me. If he is the guy just book him like Hogan. Give him the belt and keep it on him instead of his 50/50 title matches.
I'm actually happy Marvel Studios DOESN'T have the rights to Spidey or X-Men; I don't think they would dive deep into stuff like GoTG, Ant-Man, Dr. Strange, etc. if they had those two franchises to plug in. I still can't get over a landscape where we've had a Batman series featuring the al Ghuls, an AWESOME Green Arrow TV show, and now we're getting into GotG/Thanos/Infinity Gems territory in Marvel. Insane.
Yknow, I'm not an EVERYTHING MUST BE IN 1080p kinda guy, and I only wanted 1920x1080 res so that games could physically fit on my screen, but I will concede that that res does make stuff look nice and sharp. That doesn't compensate for inherent quality or anything, but still nice. Good job Asus.
3. But it's a high 3 if that makes any sense. I've watched one Raw since Mania. But I've enjoyed the PPV's. And I have some hope for the future because there is a strong stable of young, fresh talent ready to rise up together. The former Shield guys, the Wyatt's, Cesaro, Zayn, Barrett, Bo, Ziggler, these are all guys who are over, pretty young, and are all talented. So there's hope.
you know how NFL network does those greatest game thing with talking heads? I'd like WWE to do that with all the high ranking people like Vince, Briscoe, Patterson, Ross etc. Like they show one episode of Raw and they all comment on it.
Do they do that with their Countdowns like the NFL NEtwork does with Top 10 insert moments or people here? I actually enjoy those. Especially the one Top 10 that had the origin story for the REplacements movie, and how they literally got a QB out of jail to play on MNF against the fucking Dallas Cowboys.
In my college town, there was a place called Speedy Burrito. Never ate there because I assumed the name was referring to how quickly it exited your body from the other end.
I'm a sucker for F&F; the only one I didn't like was 4 because it took itself way too seriously and revenge plots aren't very fun. Amazing how that series got new life with a genre shift and basically creating its own little universe of its own.
3 is pretty bad once you watch Initial D Live Action. Like, its basically the same movie done 3x better. But the lead was solid and its good to see hes part of this all-star crew now.
You should. It takes a hatchet to the plot but the racing sequences are of ridiculous quality and some of the comeback burn lines are good enough to warrant regular quoting.

Bo has one of those high concept gimmicks that don't have a history of doing well. Either the fans don't get it or creative doesn't. Hope he makes it.
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for F&F; the only one I didn't like was 4 because it took itself way too seriously and revenge plots aren't very fun. Amazing how that series got new life with a genre shift and basically creating its own little universe of its own.

3 is pretty bad once you watch Initial D Live Action. Like, its basically the same movie done 3x better. But the lead was solid and its good to see hes part of this all-star crew now.
ReplyDeleteDid a "no look" where i move the PS3 controller back and forth til I stop and have to watch that PPV. Ended up with Fully Loaded and chose 2000.
ReplyDeleteHalf of my class went to see FF 5 one day. It was ton of fun, especially when Not-wonder-woman showed her body,everyone said "no ass" in the cinema.

ReplyDeleteYou should. It takes a hatchet to the plot but the racing sequences are of ridiculous quality and some of the comeback burn lines are good enough to warrant regular quoting.
