Morale In WWE Locker Room Very Low?

Since the McMahon/Austin interview, morale has been reported as worse than before among the WWE locker room. After the interview, HHH gave the locker room a speech that was described as "damage control" that not only backfired but has been said to have lost him a lot of crediblility, especially among those who have been there for some time.

AJ Lee Update

AJ is currently out with an injury. Originally, they were going to plan a significant injury angle that would write her off of TV for a while but that did not happen.

  1. Interesting. Aside from the brass ring BS, what was said that would cause the low morale? I haven't had the time to listen yet.

Hey one more thing to hate Triple H for....What else is new

    ReplyDelete
  3. In the Observer, it said the main points were the burial of Cesaro, who everyone else knows works really hard and is awesome, and Vince saying that no young guy on the roster currently was worthy of breaking the Undertaker streak. And yeah, the brass ring BS, that "nobody for years being willing to reach for the brass ring hit home with
the guys who have had stop-and-start pushes and never were booked in a
manner that would have made them anything but mid-carders."

  4. Group A link is dead, comrade

Maybe vince has a point. After-all didn't HBK stick his middle finger at him for years? Maybe that's what Vince wants/

    ReplyDelete
  6. If it's true, it sounds like HHH doesn't inspire much confidence as a leader.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Well, Cesaro did mouth off about his push, and he got buried even more. Ziggler mouthed off last year and ended up doing nothing for about a year until recently. Vince is just random. If there was a rule of how to get through to Vince, morale would be higher because at least you'd *know*. As it is, I guess nobody knows whether being a team player and accepting what they give you is what they want, or whether standing up for yourself is what they want. Likely you'll get fucked either way.

I.....don't.....care with WWE and it's morale. When you realize nothing is ever going to change until Dunn goes and Vince croaks over. It's going to he like it is now for the foreseeable future.

  9. The link to Group A is now fixed.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Brittany Spears is doing much better than I would have expected.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Morning Hoss! Hope you had a good Christmas!

    ReplyDelete
  12. Pretty sure he & the sledgehammer would beg to differ.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Was ok, thanks. Wife had to go to work at 3p; spend the morning at her in laws. had a solid time.

    You?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Time was mainly spent being really ill, and moaning about being ill. But it was good to see the family.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Yeah :( Was meant to be off to the inlaws today but too ill. Bah!

What a horrible atmosphere to work in.

    ReplyDelete
  17. WWE.com sneaks in good articles every now and then--this list isn't one of them. The Daniel Bryan WrestleMania matches are ranked at like #8 and #9--below Natalya vs. Charlotte.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Brittany and her new face? I'm not sure who's face that is.

    ReplyDelete
  19. My wife has been arguing with a cold for about a week; she's pretty much ok, but not quite herself. I haven't caught it yet, but I have kind of a scratchy throat today. I hope to fend it off. Hope you get better soon.

    ReplyDelete
  20. :: facepalm ::

    glad I didn't waste a click.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Did she lose her face to a chimp attack?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Cheers Hoss! Hope you continue to fight it off!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Btw, don't know if you saw my comment in that thread, but I fucking loved Santa Hoss.

    ReplyDelete
  24. And Brie vs Stephanie is on the list.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Dude, you're seriously bringing down the morale in the BoD.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Did you ever see that woman who lost her face to the chimp?! Sweet Jesus Christ that was awful looking.

    ReplyDelete
  27. I wonder when the last time was when morale in the locker room could have been described as high.

    ReplyDelete
  28. That's it, though, dude. Nothing here will ever change until Scott finally succumbs to those kidney stones.

    ReplyDelete
  29. But who's the heir to the BoD throne? Will it be in good hands?

    ReplyDelete
  30. So after a couple of hours of psyching myself up, I watched a movie last night.

Christmas Vacation, which I watched every year for 3 or 4 years when school let out for Christmas.

It is still funny. "There's a lot of sap in here! Looks great, a little full, a lot of sap." - HA!

  31. Find out on BoD RAW!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Bayless.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Around Wrestlemania 30, I would say. Then they depushed Cesaro, Bryan got injured and things just went bad.

  34. MikeyMike, JuggernautDecember 26, 2014 at 9:04 AM

Morale is high on BoD which is all that matters.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Probably just back when they had Cocaine Tuesdays after Smackdown tapings

    ReplyDelete
  36. Cena vs Orton,one more timeDecember 26, 2014 at 9:04 AM

Chimps are absolutely vicious bastards-they have no qualms in tearing apart a chimp from a rival group.

    ReplyDelete
  37. No wonder the Smackdown Six were so pumped when they performed!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Feel kind of bad for Triple H, there is no good way to spin that interview. It was lose-lose for him.

    ReplyDelete
  39. MikeyMike, JuggernautDecember 26, 2014 at 9:05 AM

Make sure to vote for Crossroads!

    ReplyDelete
  40. You want proof Ziggler's winning the rumble? Ziggler's match against Team Authority won the top spot.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Yea, and that woman used to let the chimp sleep in her bed. Crazy shit.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Yeah, I don't wanna be sick, and I can't just lay around all weekend. A friend from Phoenix, AZ will be visiting on Sat, and my little brother in laws birthday is on Sunday. Stoopid real life interfering with my need to be a bum.

    ReplyDelete
  43. He must have felt that Vince pushed him into a pool...of urine.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Always feel weird doing this, but in the interest of sharing wrestling related stuff, and helping my fellow wrestling fans find a good deal, Smart Mark Video is doing a deal where if you buy at least $25 worth of their DVDs/MP4 you get 25% off your order, for 25 hours (started 5 hours ago).

    ReplyDelete
  45. No wonder christian HBK never wanted to move over there.

    ReplyDelete
  46. He shouldn't have tried. They should have just done what they did in kayfabe a few years back, just nicely tell Vince it's time to go.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Yeah, like that would work. Do you even know who Vince McMahon is?

    ReplyDelete
  48. I believe I do. Wasn't he one of the Little Rascals?

    ReplyDelete
  49. MikeyMike, JuggernautDecember 26, 2014 at 9:08 AM

    Go on...

    ReplyDelete
  50. There is nothing good about "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)."

    ReplyDelete
  51. I would be so incredibly happy to eat my words here...but there's no way that Ziggler is winning the Rumble over Roman Reigns.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Yup. They do fine in captivity until they reach a certain age, then look out. And, like Cena vs Orton said, they can be really vicious.

I never have understood how Jane Goodall could get so close to wild chimps for so long and come out completely unscathed. Best guess is that she just had the right temperament and was never perceived as a threat. I also think that, like Orcas, they just don't do very well in captivity, and become more aggressive.

    ReplyDelete
  53. that song was awesome when I was 16

    ReplyDelete
  54. A noughties thing whereby guys realised they were only ever going to be tested at TV tapings, so once SD was out of the way, it was time to fill their bodies with all kinds of junk, knowing it'd be out of their system by the following monday.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Maybe it will come down to those two, and they'll have to do an improvised promo to determine the winner.

    Ziggler > Reigns

    ReplyDelete
  56. It made me embarrassed for all races.

    ReplyDelete
  57. The Offspring has way better songs.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Oh, wait...that's the actual song. NM. I do like Al's parody though.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Somehow, I doubt this is Robert Johnson's song.

  60. Cena vs Orton,one more timeDecember 26, 2014 at 9:12 AM

It doesnt really matter who wins-as long as Cena is around, there can never be a new permanent "top" guy.

    ReplyDelete
  61. WWE morale may be low but mine is sky high. Bout to hit the road playas! SEE YOU NEXT WEEK!

    ReplyDelete
  62. They know what they're doing. Don't they target the fingers and genitals to disable their victim? They don't just flail and attack wildly.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Dr Facts HallenbeckDecember 26, 2014 at 9:13 AM

    Oh my bad.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Cena vs Orton,one more timeDecember 26, 2014 at 9:14 AM

    The kids aren't alright,for one.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I'm willing to eat crow if he doesn't win, but I just got this feeling something is going to change before the Rumble.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Pre Death Row Tupac is so much better than the cheesy caricature that Suge turned him into.

    ReplyDelete
  67. See ya on the flipside!

    ReplyDelete
  68. MikeyMike, JuggernautDecember 26, 2014 at 9:14 AM

    It isn't.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Working for WWE lately seems like it would suck , judging from the backstage reports and what Punk said.

    ReplyDelete
  70. All I want

    ReplyDelete
  71. They do go after fingers, yes. Unsure about nuts, but it would not surprise me at all.

    ReplyDelete
  72. I like the first Vacation film. The 2nd one in Europe is meh. The rest are a steaming pile of crap to me.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Not how it works with CEOs. Especially not Vince.

    ReplyDelete
  74. They do go after the nuts.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Have a good time. Drive safely. Or, at least without incident.

    ReplyDelete
  76. anyone hear from Marv about his proposal?

    ReplyDelete
  77. Well if you ask that woman they also like to go after the eyes, nose, mouth, and ears.

    ReplyDelete
  78. I'm not familiar with those other pictures. But I watched this and Tommy Boy for the first time in the same calendar year, and it was easily the funniest year of my life.

In the following scene, his sap-covered hands are sticking to everything that he touches!

    ReplyDelete
  79. Chimps are dicks.
