Only $187 million? What a bomb.
What was with the mean tease of the final line, by the way?
Awesome movie. Discuss it here!

I think it was just a joke.
ReplyDeleteSorry, I still cringe at when Punk tries to flip out of the Attitude Adjustment and falls flat on his ass. That's just plain bad. His crossbody mid-match on Cena where he barely makes contact and really only connects with Cena's knees was also kind of goofy.
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm not saying the crowd doesn't help the match because it does. But that's probably the highlight of the match -- the crowd. Punk was off all night.
It makes it more realistic. It's a 30 minute war.
ReplyDeleteI love that match but that feels like a stretch
ReplyDeleteKeith you magnificent bastard!
ReplyDeleteSpoiler thread okay I'll go first.
Hawkeye has a family.
That whole movie was such a tease for Civil War, I can see all the pieces lining up on the board for that one.
ReplyDeleteIf you didn't enjoy said performer you would have a different opinion. Fandom> reality
ReplyDeleteAwesome match. And the scene a week later with punk coming out to cult of personality was fantastic.
ReplyDeleteDisagree. It was too soon for him to come back and sucked the life out of the angle
ReplyDeleteNothing about that match is realistic. Punk's offense looks like shit the entire match. And you can clearly see Punk call spots for like the first five minutes.
ReplyDeleteYes agree with the timing. Should've waited. But the actual scene with him holding the belt up to all those cheers was pretty. Cool
ReplyDeleteTempted to watch the corner (the HBO miniseries that eventually became the wire). Any good?
ReplyDeleteI think the only issue I had was it felt like the movie didn't really matter because we all know what is to come. I reckon if the phase three announcements were delayed until after this movie it would have made it seem I dunno more important? Because we all knew Ultron was gonna have no bearing on what is to come.
ReplyDeleteThat being said I'm only nitpicking I absolutely loved the film.
Undertaker vs HBK at HITC gets the full monty from me, but their WM matches are all hype and booking. The work is pretty sloppy and loose actually and to me it's more like being amazed that two old guys can put on a decent match together. Both guys are far from their athletic peaks.
ReplyDeleteI agree the first part of the match isn't great. Not sure if I'd give it *****, but I was having a heart attack by the end
ReplyDeleteI love when people freak out over Meltzer's rating for HBK Taker at Mania. He gave it ****3/4, it's not like he said it sucked.
ReplyDeleteThis is exactly why I thought he was great. In an era of everyone wearing kickpads and working the same style, he stood out.
ReplyDeleteSee I think that was part of the reason why ppl liked the first one. It wasn't booked all the well and no one expected much out of it.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I'd say that rating is generous actually.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed a dude's match because I enjoy said dude? That's weird.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts on the movie:
ReplyDeleteIt was fine but nowhere near the mark out quotient of the first and had lots of aspects I didn't care for.
Banner/Natasha feels kinda tacked on. With their interplay in Cap 2 it felt like Cap and Nat made more sense if they had to go the romance route. Plus, I don't care about Banner and Natasha. I want more bromance between Banner and Stark!
X-Men did Quicksilver better and Scarlet Witch wasn't much of anything.
Best scene was Cap almost lifting the hammer but we saw that in the trailers 2 months ago.
I liked Roadie and Falcon showing up to help but I'm not enamored with the idea of them being the "new" team. And Stark leaving the team on good terms despite how opposed he and Cap should be on the issue of Ultron. Seems weird to end them on a handshake given Civil War is coming up. Seems like the ideal bitterness starting point.
Noooooooooooo!
ReplyDeleteYes, very good. Much better than The Wire IMO.
ReplyDeleteThey're just telling stories, Maggle
ReplyDeleteBut it didn't tease anything. Cap and Stark are still bros at the end.
ReplyDeleteGood to know.
ReplyDeleteI very much enjoyed the wire
Annnnnd there's the big one. About time, this race has been boring as hell.
ReplyDeleteStark retiring made zero sense.
ReplyDeleteNever got around to The Wire, takes a lot to get me to watch a pure, pure drama. Still might some day but eh
ReplyDeleteA great match, probably not perfect technically but the flubs felt organic and the story surrounding it was excellent.
ReplyDeleteFor me, one of the best matches of all time.
lol
ReplyDeleteHow is two dudes not fucking up and hitting everything clean in a fight realistic?
ReplyDeleteDave Meltzer is a snob. That's pretty much been proven years ago.
ReplyDeletelmao
ReplyDeletePerhaps he feels guilty about causing tons of death and destruction because of his mistake?
ReplyDeleteMight as well go for a b-double e-double r-u-n, it's going to take an hour to clean all that shit up.
ReplyDeleteI think he's anything but a snob
ReplyDeleteI just never could get into them. It's one of those matches where I have to suspend all of my disbelief for haha. It just feels so constructed.
ReplyDeleteIt's got really good hype and 'pageantry' as Vince would say, but UT is too old looking to be a believable ass kicking machine and I don't believe any of Shawn's 165 lb offense. Plus all I can think of how much better it would have been when Shawn could bump like a maniac.
Then maybe write a line in the movie about that? It's just like, "Hey dudes! I'm retiring! lol see ya later!"
ReplyDeleteIt looks like Tony (and maybe Coulson if you watch Agents) are going to fund / enable Cap's team but leave the management to him. I'm guessing they'll just continue down the path of disagreement. They can always introduce the registration act idea on one of the show's to bridge the films.
ReplyDeletein HHH's defense, his love for a serial abuser was short lived. The Two Man Power Trip ended pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteI'm curious to see if the extended Bluray will have Whedon's nearly four hour cut of this movie. There's clearly a lot cut out.
ReplyDeleteBut they showed the seeds. How Tony is still affected by the events of the first movie and what he does in this one. He has good intentions, but he'll do anything for them...sets up his side of the War, and they showed Cap's opposition to that attitude,
ReplyDeleteNow I thought Scarlet Witch freaking out was tied in to the CW storyline as well, and she obviously held it together at the end of this, but they showed how powerful she can be when pushed over the edge.
Hasn't he teased wanting to ride off into the sunset before?
ReplyDeleteJokes are fun!
ReplyDeleteThe rumor is that Civil War will about Winter Solider. Stark finds out he killed his dad and wants to go after him, Cap tries to protect him/save him.
ReplyDeleteYeah if Ultron worked, but it clearly didn't.
ReplyDeleteI didn't mean to, but I laughed when Falcon showed up at the end. Everyone's walking in like they're the best badass addition, and he plops down all goofy like "And I'M Bird Man!"
ReplyDeleteOh and the Hulkbuster fight wasn't a highlight for me. We've already seen Hulk almost kill Widow and fight Thor. I didn't really want to see two heroes level a city fighting. I know they explained it logically because Scarlet Witch possessed Banner. It's logical but I didn't like seeing it. All I could think of was "heroes and their consequences" Leland Owlsley's profits just went up 10%
ReplyDeleteFinal line was such a cocktease!
ReplyDeleteMarked hard for Vision, plus the wraparound scene where they all were busting everything out on the mini-Ultrons. Scarlett Witch in particular stood out as badass (and as a few of us discussed late last night, hot).
Mark Ruffalo is a lucky man for getting to do the scene where Nat pulls him to safety and he lands with a face full of her Johanssons.
I thought the movie told a better story than the 1st b/c so much of the 1st was dedicated to basic origin stuff, very surface level details. This time we actually got to see the characters fleshed out more: the dynamic b/w Nat and Bruce, a lot of good character development for Clint, the interesting parallels b/w Ultron and Tony in terms of "doing the right thing."
Loved the cameo by Peggy Carter. Also loved Stan Lee's drunken "Excelsior!'
Intro fight scene was great, especially the shot of all of them jumping through the forest. Also loved Nat's scene's where she gets dropped in her bike and proceeds to catch up with Cap.
Lots of good humor; I for one didn't get tired of the running "Language!" gag.
"Go to sleep, go to sleep, go to sleep, go to sleep...."
Yeah, if anything, it felt like a side quest story about a science project gone wrongl
ReplyDeleteKinda surprised it did 20 mil less than Avengers 1.
ReplyDelete"I can enjoy a match full of botches and sloppiness if I enjoy the competitor. Otherwise I'll complain"
ReplyDeleteFixed that for you.
Different strokes for different folks, I guess, but if Cena's strikes were always clearly pulled and looked weak and he whiffed on his finish 3/5 times he went for it, he'd be reviled.
ReplyDeleteI will never look at zucchini the same way again.
ReplyDeleteEveryone riffing on Cap for "language" was great.
ReplyDeleteNat, are you guys playing "hide the zucchini"?
ReplyDeleteI hope so. When all the Civil War information came out I was worried Bucky was gonna get shafted which would be a damn shame.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I loved as a newfound Cap Mark:
ReplyDeleteHim being the undisputed leader of the team which even Tony acknowledges. Especially on the battlefield. What Cap says, goes.
Also loved the use of Wakanda.
ReplyDeleteBut Tony pays for everything, designs everything, and makes everyone look cooler.
ReplyDeleteDude could sell the drama and the story the match was telling. I won't try to deny that.
ReplyDeleteBut his "muay thai" strikes that couldn't knock my kid over, that ugly high kick that nearly had him fall over every time, the flying elbow, the way his knee hit shoulder/chest on the GTS 85% of the time...
Tony's ego couldn't let that go unsaid.
ReplyDeleteMy second favorite line that Stark said in the Avengers films, right behind asking the line from the first one where he ask Banner if he smokes weed to calm himself down.
ReplyDeleteThought it was fantastic. Now, that said, I think plot/story are suffering because of the scope. But I'm digging the character interaction and the world they've created. Well worth a zombified Friday from Thursday night's showing.
ReplyDeleteLoved:
Hawkeye being interesting "no one would ever know"
Thor's cheer up speech to Hulk.
Nits:
-Vision picking up the hammer. Yes, it's a great story advancer where they can avoid all the "ohhhh is he or is he not good?" but damn it, I wanted Cap to be the one.
-Black Widow being sterilized.....umm dark much?
-Didn't seem like they had ideas for Thor or Iron Man - "lets go swimming in the Deus Ex Hot Tubba" or "I'm going to the Internet's home"
In a similar vein:
ReplyDelete"Jane's better"
That's the last straw? What about poor Katie Vick, Michelle?
ReplyDeleteVision picking up the hammer killed my boner forever. They do the Cap tease and it's awesome and then later Vision shows up and just picks it up no big deal. Hated that.
ReplyDeleteBut Vision picking up the hammer gave use the amusing discussion at the end about elevators
ReplyDeleteYeah, after my thoughts on Black Widow's backstory exactly, and now I will forever feel sorry for her character.
ReplyDeleteIf Hawkeye got the shaft in Avengers 1, Thor definitely got the shaft in this one. He didn't do much of anything besides run home twice and let the team play with his hammer.
ReplyDeleteYep, from a script point of view? Totally get it.
ReplyDeleteFrom a "I was willing to wait 4 more years for IG Part 2 for Cap"? Fucccccck
Tony and Rhoady working together to pick up the hammer was amusing
ReplyDeleteOf course I did like the banter latter between Thor and Vision about how to swing the hammer.
ReplyDeleteI got why but all I could think was "there are better ways to prove he's good!"
ReplyDeleteThor also has 2 standalone movies
ReplyDeleteHuh huh "play with his hammer" huh huh
...fuck another little beat I loved: Rhodey's smug satisfaction when he re-tells his story and it kills with the normals
ReplyDelete"Oh, that's the whole story?"
ReplyDelete"Boom! You looking for this?!"
ReplyDeleteWe've all been dropping quotes and interactions... so I'll add that the dialogue itself moved along pretty well, IMO
ReplyDeleteDidn't he destroy all his stuff in Iron Man 3?
ReplyDeleteI'm still trying to figure out how in the film plot wise what was Thor's reason to be there.
ReplyDeleteThis movie definitely confirmed that Thor is my least favorite member of the team. Well, maybe he's ahead of Hawkeye. It has nothing to do with Hemsworth who I think has been great. But I just can't get excited for the Thor movies and coming into the Avengers I wasn't waiting to see what Thor would do.
ReplyDeleteYeah, lot of great one liners.
ReplyDeleteI've just got to add:
ReplyDeleteDaredevil was better. \_0___/
Final piece to give life to Vision?
ReplyDeleteMakes sense he's there in general since he's part of the team, and his role in terms of the storyline was to do with how Loki's scepter relates to Ultron's plan and ultimately Vision's life
Plus, before the goodbyes, pretty sure the last time we saw Thor was knocked out under the water
ReplyDeleteYes.
ReplyDeleteI'm just referring to the first action scene alone. This is why I can't wait for that extended cut to see if major plot points were added in.
ReplyDeleteYeah it seemed he was leading the charge to begin the movie to find Loki's scepter and then once he found it he was gonna leave back to Asgard but gave Stark a couple days to examine it. And then Ultron showed up and it all went to hell.
ReplyDeleteHe was there for the first action scene because they had been hunting for Loki's scepter which obviously Thor has a vested interest in finding.
ReplyDelete"Please don't turn green on me"
ReplyDeleteYet I'm such a Loki mark that I think I want to see Thor 3 more than any of non-Avengers movies at this point to see what he's been doing. By the time the actual movie comes out, I'm hoping they go full on face turn and he's been a good leader or the rest of asgard is going to look like morons
ReplyDeleteI liked Banner telling Scarlet Witch he didn't need to change colors to deal with her.
ReplyDeleteAnd him begging her to piss him off.
"Please be a secret door, please be a secret door"
ReplyDelete:finds a secret door:
"Yes it's a secret door!"
You are so adorable!
ReplyDelete*tosses him over the edge*
But I need the other guy
"I adore you" get it right!
ReplyDeleteI forget when it was, but I laughed when he gave out a little "Yay!"
ReplyDeleteHOME RUN BURT
ReplyDelete\_0__/
First of his career.
ReplyDeleteAnybody read the BadAssDigest article on Whedon cutting what he thinks is the best Hulk scene ever but he won't say what it is because he told Disney to use it again down the line?
ReplyDeleteAny guesses?
:Hawkeye points a arrow at Quicksilver:
ReplyDelete"No one would even know."
OMG that was hilarious.
ReplyDeleteI really didn't care for the hallucinations scenes. Otherwise, I thought it was just as good as the first.
ReplyDeleteThor was definitely a necessary part since the team needed a 'heavy hitter' like him to explain how they were somehow able to defeat several hundred Ultrons. Even WITH Thor, it seems implausible...I realize it's a different medium, but in the comics, Ultron by himself is a Thor-level threat. In the movie, freakin' Black Widow is trashing them with spin kicks.
ReplyDeleteRenner was pretty awesome throughout the film.
ReplyDelete"I've already done mind control before, not a big fan."
Followed by his extended "oh I miss him already" or whatever the little follow up was
ReplyDeleteThe Widow hallucination was the only one I liked because it added to her background.
ReplyDeleteHe was just muttering things to himself at that point.
ReplyDeleteThe E:60 profile on Ernie Johnson is fantastic
ReplyDeleteEveryone's in the bloody Avengers thread!
ReplyDeleteThen the follow up when he was mimicking his cover story? Something like "oh, he's so fast and I was shooting at Ultron"
ReplyDeleteI'm watching Netflix doc about Trevor Noah. Interesting, funny dude. I hadn't seen anything from him before.
ReplyDeleteOverall, I enjoyed it more than the first Avengers. I thought the redemption of the Twins was sudden, and killing a member of the team that the audience won't have any emotional attachment to was cheap (I know they won't kill a popular, established character for obvious reasons).
ReplyDeletePopcorn flicks are fine, but Daredevil has really raised the bar of what Marvel is capable of for me. Pretty crazy that the show and this movie exist in the same universe.
He was necessary but as far as watching the movie play out Thor's juiciest bits must have been left on the editing room floor.
ReplyDeleteDeath is coming...but yeah
ReplyDeleteIf you count the TV shows(Shield, Agent Carter and Daredevil) as part of MCU then Daredevil tops the list as best MCU property.
ReplyDeleteAnd then about 10 minutes later, she really added on the background.
ReplyDeleteThanos saying he'll do it himself was great. I'm really excited for Guardians 2(I assume he'll play a role there) and I'm hopeful they'll play a big role in Avengers 3 because Guardians and Avengers teaming up HAS to happen.
ReplyDeleteAll I could think was "she's really troubled. Matt Murdock would love her"
ReplyDeleteIt better happen down the line.
ReplyDeleteThor's reaction when Cap moves it slightly and when Vision hands it to him nonchalantly is pricless.
ReplyDeleteI was really surprised by the fact that they allowed Ultron to feel so....human.
ReplyDeleteI think that's going to be the issue going forward. The screen time will never be equal, so someone will be getting the shaft no matter what.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I can't get into any of the Punk matches people love so much. I mean I like them, know they're good, but there's something about his matches that--similar to many of the most-loved Jericho matches in the previous era--keep me from fully embracing them.
ReplyDeleteLiterally my favorite match from the last half-decade was Cena/Lesnar II, but even I know that wasn't a "great" match star ratings-wise. I've loved several matches involving Bryan, the Shield, or in NXT. I just sorta feel Shawn/UT pegged out the meter for me, and I think because I've been so disengaged from wrestling that there haven't been any matches since that connect at a deeper level.
Loved it as a stinger, but then what? Logistically we won't see him again til MAYBE Guardians 2? Dude takes his time
ReplyDelete"Avengers A--"
ReplyDelete*credits*
Everyone: NOOOOOOO
loved it
"You two better not be playing hide the zucchini!"
Thor's creeping worry when Cap starts to budge it is great. I think they should have had Ultron interrupt when Cap is attempting to lift it so there's doubt left in the audience and Thor's mind about if he was going to do it.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't? Cena v. Lesnar II was awesome.
ReplyDeleteAs I said below, I'm never looking at zucchinis the same way again.
ReplyDelete"Oh for god's sake"
ReplyDeleteI think Guardians 2 he plays his biggest role to date(not main villain but definitely a couple scenes where he starts his plan in motion)
ReplyDelete"You shut me out! You wanna take away my world? I don't care! I'm gonna take away yours."
ReplyDeleteI was dying laughing on that one
ReplyDeleteBiggest pop at my screening was Vision casually handing Thor his hammer
ReplyDelete"I already killed one other guy."
ReplyDeleteBoooooooooooooooooooooooooo
ReplyDelete3 is a little low, but otherwise, yeah.
ReplyDeleteAvoiding that like the plague. I'm going to see it in a couple hours finally.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed the one moment during the Hulkbuster fight where Tony is smashing Hulk's face into the ground like a Rock em Sock em Robot.
ReplyDeleteSitting in the ER in the worst pain i've ever felt. Think it might be a hernia.
ReplyDeleteGoing to see the Avengers tomorrow afternoon...$18.25 for a 3D matinee show???
ReplyDeleteFacking Bullshit!
The bit where Hulk was stuck in the ground and realizing what he'd done? Fucking amazing, emotive digital work
ReplyDeleteSo the Russo Brothers are doing Cap 3(the biggest Phase 3 solo film) AND Avengers Infinity War 1 and 2? Busy mofos. From Community to the biggest movie coming down the pike.
ReplyDeleteI know nothing about her, but seriously... *that* is what's driving her away? Yeah sure.
ReplyDeleteRemember Alien?
ReplyDeleteYou're going to due just like John Hurt in a few hours time.
Oh no. A buddy of mine had that once and still talks about how painful it is.
ReplyDeleteGood for them, Winter Solder was great.
ReplyDeleteFurious 7 banking another billion for Universal gives Rock about 5 new Get Out Of Shitty Movie Jail Free cards.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I did think to myself, "Didn't we see this moment in the other Hulk films before?"
ReplyDeleteOh the fake credits scene I fell for was a window washer doing a window and as he moves to the right Spiderman comes into view on a distant skyscraper yelling he missed a spot. Not sure if that had been used before but I hadn't seen it and it came up under the Age of Ultron End Credits Google search.
ReplyDeleteWho cares what that broad thinks?
ReplyDeleteIs it in the lower right part of your gut? Might be you appendix.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not the only one that thought of GTA when I first saw the Movie mentioned.
ReplyDeleteYou know there was talk that the big fight last night could shave off enough business to keep Avengers from breaking the record. Seeing them "only" hit $187 million makes one go "hmmm..."
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile I was more surprised to see Paul Blart 2 has made $51 million.
*surveys apocalyptic responses below*
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it's nothing pal, you'll be fine!
Really enjoyed the subtleness of how Ultron had certain behaviors where he acted like Tony, his creator.
ReplyDeleteIt felt like it started in my back on the left but now its all up that side. Sore balls too. Got my appendix out at 7 so that can't be it. This shit is excruciating and just no relief.
ReplyDeleteWatching the corner is depressing
ReplyDeleteMight be a blood clot then, sounds kinda like when I had one, that shit is awful.
ReplyDeleteSo Ant-Man's being lumped with phase two more out of a "well, we gotta put it somewhere" than anything else, right?
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely not a comedy.
ReplyDeleteWell hopefully I get in before I drop dead in the waiting room.
ReplyDeleteJames Spader deserves far more credit than he's been given already. The ads and trailers presented him as a malevolent robot, which he was. But his performance boiled down to "Evil robot doing a Robert Downey Jr. impression for the whole film." It was magnificent!
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised it made $51. Actually no, I'm surprised.
ReplyDeleteThey should put a bar in ER waiting rooms just to give people something to do.
ReplyDeleteWatch out some smart ass is going to call you out on lesnar vs brock even though we all know what you mean. But yeah I was going to point all them out plus the 3 way at RR thos year.
ReplyDeletePaul blart was funny. I liked it
ReplyDeleteI love Beadle. I think she's awesome. With that said, if wife-beater Steve Austin didn't turn her off to the product, then I don't know what else to say.
ReplyDeleteWhat I thought was a hangover has turned into a fill out sickness. Feeling absolutely awful.
ReplyDeleteHow many people woke up this morning with $99.99 worth of buyers remorse?
ReplyDeleteI'm just not a Kevin James fan. Nothing against him personally, but I just don't think he's funny.
ReplyDeleteSteve Austin is a white abusive bastard. Mayweather is a black abusive bastard.
ReplyDeleteI'm considering not going at all and just waiting for the Blu Ray or Netflix or whatever. Movie prices are just too high now.
ReplyDeleteI'm that way with will Ferrell. I didn't think anchorman was funny at all. Most people are amazed when I tell them that.
ReplyDeleteKinda?
ReplyDeleteI couldn't watch it, wasn't able to find a stream. Heard it sucked though, like just about every Floyd fight in the last 8 years or so.
ReplyDeleteNeeds more mcnulty and prop joe
ReplyDeleteDid you drink anything from a tap? If so could be bacteria that feels like a hangover but is just sickness
ReplyDeleteIt's nitpicky but Avengers movies should be the end of each phase. Have Ant-Man open phase 3.
ReplyDeleteThat's oversimplifying a bit. You can also make the case that Floyd is a giant troll that gets off on flaunting how much people hate him (Hence how he was able to walk into Wrestlemania as a heel, despite that not being the original intention.), while Austin just disappeared for a while.
ReplyDeleteI'm really not either, though I like Anchorman and Talladega Nights is one of my favorite movies, though I should say I'm also a NASCAR mark. But I generally can't stand him.
ReplyDeleteThat makes the box office total slightly less impressive
ReplyDeleteYep, and totally semantics but even if they just leave the stinger as the registration act being developed, let that be first of phase 3
ReplyDeletedidnt the movie prices are too damn high run for mayor of NYC?
ReplyDeleteNot to my knowledge. Hope that isn't it
ReplyDeleteTalladega nights was funny but I thought it was in spite of him. John c Reilly was awesome in it. Great flick
ReplyDeleteThis weekend is going to play a major part in the year of review stuff at the end of December, with the fight, the Avengers and the royal baby, and it's 3 things I couldn't care less about. I am very much out of touch with the mainstream cultural zeitgeist.
ReplyDeleteThe last place I worked at I was there for 2 years and I never saw the tap hoses get cleaned once.
ReplyDeleteYuck
ReplyDeleteYeah it's gross. I had maybe 6 beers that night and felt hungover then next day which was odd. Bartender friend of mine told me about taps. Never even crossed my mind
ReplyDeleteSince when is a five star match the one that has the best ringwork?
ReplyDeleteIt had godlike psychology and crazy heat, if anything deserves five star status it's that match.
Does anyone know how they taped "The Muthaship"? Been watching a ton of Flair promos this morning and he wears a lot of the same clothes. Either he recycled his clothes or they taped these things ten at a time
ReplyDeleteThere's a video on YouTube with about 45 minutes of outtakes from the scene where those two are filming all the commercials. It's fucking hilarious.
ReplyDeleteYou admit his psychology is good and when's motivated/not injured he had great workrate, that's the two things that matter in wrestling, not how perfect the form of their vertical suplexes is.
ReplyDeleteWizards at Hawks is turning out really good. I barely watched the first 3 quarters. Was planning to go out to get some food, but I guess I need to wait for this game to end.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is "We're not gonna talk about Cap saying 'language'?"
ReplyDeleteAustin hasn't been arrested multiple times and doesn't have a felony conviction for DV either, AFAIK anyway.
ReplyDeleteAgree to disagree. Plenty of workers have gotten criticized for being sloppy or loose in the ring and Punk should not be any different just because he's good at certain other aspects of the game.
ReplyDeleteWizards' defense has been amazing the second half.
ReplyDelete
