Tonight, AJ Styles will go up against James Storm. Also, Kenny King defends the X Division Title against Zema Ion and Petey Williams. Plus, Kurt Angle vs. Wes Brisco & Garrett Bischoff and Miss Tessmacher vs. Mickie James in a #1 contender's match for the Knockouts Title.
It stil pisses me off that this show has consistently been eons better than raw and the ratings rnt going up WTF??? smarks and marks alike spread the word that their is good wreztling still on tv, and consistently puts on a superior product of late.
ReplyDeleteWas that Mama Benjamin working security during the A&8's entrance?
ReplyDeleteHow long was Raw "better" than Nitro before they broke the 82-week streak Nitro had been on? And that was from an "equal" footing, which WWE and TNA have NEVER been on.
ReplyDeleteLeave it to Kurt to wrestle the two most untalented men in the company.
ReplyDeleteAngle: "Not one, but TWO broomsticks at once. Top that Ric and Shawn."
ReplyDeleteGarrett's jacket nametag needs one letter changed.
ReplyDeleteThe promo video that introduced this match was pretty awesome.
ReplyDeleteI don't think they should worry about WWE. If they just worry about putting out a good product and making some money, that's fine. WCW was only able to mount a challenge because they had an insane amount of money. It's okay to be #2.
ReplyDelete'Just sell, kids'
ReplyDeleteNICE!
ReplyDeleteKurt: "Thanks Wes for suplexing your own partner. Dumbass."
ReplyDeleteWhat did it say?
ReplyDeleteAngle at least wearing respectable tights n stopped goung to rvds guy.
ReplyDelete"Bisch"
ReplyDeleteI think that based on the time slot and the network there is only so many people that can watch TNA.
ReplyDelete...ah.
ReplyDeleteNah, Those Captain America tights are ugly to me.
ReplyDeleteThis role is so perfect for Anderson.
ReplyDeleteAnderson has become a Batman villain. I kinda like it.
ReplyDeleteKILLING it.
ReplyDeleteWell, hopefully Zema's going back to the "quals" after tonight.
ReplyDeleteAnderson was very good on the mic there. The lunatic villian role is starting to work for him.
ReplyDeleteJust about anything would work better than the 'asshole' gimmick.
ReplyDeleteIncluding actually being an asshole.
ReplyDeleteThank you for giving King new music.
ReplyDeleteHe still has the "Asshole" patch on his vest but yeah, that gimmick did him no favors.
ReplyDeleteI liked Kenny's old music
ReplyDeleteDoes Goldust know his entrance cam has been renamed the X-cam?
ReplyDeleteI would only use this cam on taped shows.
ReplyDeleteYeah, WCW tried the RefCam, and it wasn't a good idea. I don't see why that'll change now.
ReplyDeleteProps to TNA for not sweetening the crowd. Unprops to this crowd.
ReplyDelete...tna will fuck it up...
ReplyDeletejust you wait.
What is this X cam bullshit
ReplyDeleteWeird ending, but Yay for the result.
ReplyDeleteSo this means the loser is out of the X Division title hunt forever?
ReplyDeleteHe goes back to the qualifier pool.
ReplyDeleteWait, a TV TITLE DEFENSE?
ReplyDeletePRAISE THE LORD!
..but the TV champ is Devon.
ReplyDeleteD-Von...proof that a six foot plus pile of shit can still find work.
ReplyDeletegay. that's what it is.
ReplyDeleteLOL! SHOWS YOU NERDS!
ReplyDeleteEven if Taz is only getting minimum wage, it's still too much. Fire his worthless ass.
ReplyDeleteTaz is a perfect case for illegal immigration. I'd rather listen to some dude who doesn't even speak English than listen to Taz.
ReplyDeleteI was about to ask if I was alone in here... then I hit Refresh.
ReplyDeleteIf she can't use her knees, how is she going to keep her job?
ReplyDeleteThat update sucked.
ReplyDeleteShe had no problem being on her back.
ReplyDelete"Tessmacher with 6 - 6 1/2 years of experience in wrestling"... yeah, and how much of that was spent dancing Tenay?
ReplyDeleteThis match is dying a SLOW death. And unlike Orton-Sheamus, this crowd has NO interest in making it fun.
ReplyDeleteA ref who can't count to 10?
ReplyDeleteMickie with flashbacks to her first WWE feud there...
ReplyDeleteTessmacher has a more devastating clothesline than Wes Brisco
ReplyDeleteBoth these chicks asses are suitable replacements for Velvet's.
ReplyDeleteThat was not good timing for a recap. But then again, felt like damn near everything about this match was off.
ReplyDeleteSubtle heeling from Mickie.
ReplyDeleteLMAO....
ReplyDeleteYeah, I don't think what they think is going to happen.
ReplyDeleteAnd good Bully. But then again, when isn't he good lately?
The way this crowd has acted, you would think that they were forced to the show at gunpoint.
ReplyDeleteThat asswhoopin' was better than the previous match.
ReplyDeleteWorse: This crowd or Monday's crowd? I have this crowd by a hair, two shows to one.
ReplyDeleteDamn, where was the broomstick in that scene?
ReplyDeleteGood God, Taryn's ass deserves its own segment EVERY week.
ReplyDelete...is everyone getting new theme music this week?
ReplyDelete...no it doesn't, Taz.
ReplyDeleteBad Influence is the best.
ReplyDeleteNice swag.
ReplyDeleteLMAO @ Morgan Freeman playing Dixie Carter.
ReplyDeleteYEAH BOY!
ReplyDeleteYES! This is the feud we've been waiting for.
ReplyDeleteWhere's Scott Steiner to teach multiplication?
ReplyDeleteUm, I think the Canadian opinion is worth more now, Daniels.
ReplyDeleteAre we finally getting this feud? If so, this will be glorious.
ReplyDeleteShit just got real....
ReplyDeleteJesus Christ, this is fun. Even the crowd has a pulse.
ReplyDeleteHERE THEY COME TO WRECK THE DAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDelete....and the crowd dies.
ReplyDeleteAnd you know why you have those, Chavo? Trust me, the truth would hurt you a lot more than it would hurt me.
ReplyDeleteYou know, if that was half an hour longer I would call this the best episode of Impact ever.
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah, I still hate those freecreditreport shits.
ReplyDeleteAces, want a target: JUMP MORGAN! Pretty sure he'd be an easy shot.
ReplyDelete+1 for Anderson
ReplyDeleteIt's funny how Tenay essentially ignores Taz now.
ReplyDeleteAJ is going full Sting! He's even trying to match the paunch Sting put on for the Crow character.
ReplyDeleteWhy does AJ look like a bizarro version of Austin Aries?
ReplyDeleteMust have watched some old JR/Dusty WCWSN.
ReplyDeleteOkay TNA, last chance to get some balls back tonight.
ReplyDeleteYeah but I was skeptical of Sad Sack Sting too at first.
ReplyDeleteSo AJ's been off somewhere getting drunk riding his bike and working on submission moves?
ReplyDeleteYOU BASTARDS STAY AWAY FROM BAD INFLUENCE! BOO! BOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAverage episode... Aces needed a "dominating" week, and I guess this was it.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, this was the right crowd to do it in front of, also. No need to kill a good audience with a similar episode, hopefully. The bar has been set low for next week, Double State City. Hopefully you can raise it.
And not bathing.
ReplyDelete..or doing sit-ups.
ReplyDeleteSting basically went going back to acting like his old self
ReplyDeleteThey're going to try and regain their investment on Chavo if it kills us.
ReplyDeleteIf it took over the whole show I'd be ok.
ReplyDelete
