Threadjack: At the WWE house show in Montreal last night Ambrose, Nattie, The Shield, Sammy Zayn, Punk, and Bryan won matches. I gotta say a few years ago I wouldn't have seen that coming. As good as the wrestling has been in WWE the last few years it is just going to keep getting better and better if they keep getting behind this type of talent and letting them do their thing.
Also nothing implying inherent differences between whites and blacks. And "black folks" isn't a derogatory term. Maybe not PC on Flair's part but not racist, either, as far as I can tell.
When he says Ricky Martin he's not referring to who I think he's referring too, is he?
ReplyDeleteI think he says Ricky Morton.
ReplyDeleteBut why did he call out Ted Turner?
I think he got Michael Eisener's Dog pregnant or something.
ReplyDeleteI think you mean Carter Pewterschmidt's dog. These references are always better when you get them right.

ReplyDeleteDid he say for 'all the black folks out there' when talking about Herschel Walker?!
ReplyDeleteIt was a house show. Lets see them do it on TV.
ReplyDeleteThat's Nature, boy
ReplyDeleteAh yes, the days before political correctness ran rampant..
ReplyDeleteFlair's voice did that a lot when he got excited in promos
ReplyDeleteYes and somehow the world didn't spin off it's axis.
ReplyDelete"Black folks" ain't so bad. It's not directly antagonistic.
