My all-time favorite has to be Homer Goes to College. It inspired me to solve all my problems by rolling them in a carpet and throwing them off a bridge.

  2. I've seen a photoshopped version of Hogan with it, but never a real one. Would love to see it if anyone finds it!

  3. Have we covered this topic before? I can't remember if Caliber did a Simpsons thread.

  5. Not a Simpsons fan. I just don't get the appeal.

  6. As a political guy, I'd say give the episode "Mayored To the Mob" a gander. only 22 minutes, you may like it!

  7. I haven't seen an episode of the Simpsons since 2002 and quite frankly, I don't care to see another one ever again. The shows and jokes sucked when I last watched and it seemed written by a bunch of superfans who grew up watching the show instead of actual comedy writers.
As far as favorite episodes go, I did like when Bart was the "I didn't do it Boy" and when Homer grew Tomacco.

  8. Tomacco is a classic. The show started being 'good' again around 2009 if I had to guess.

  9. So who truly originated the Dusty finish then? It's a finish i never truly understood, sure the fans go home happy but then what? They tune into the next show and bam it's overturned or hell even ignored? We all just saw them pull it with the Daniel Bryan win/stripping and i fail to see how it really helps anyone or improve business in any way.

The fanbase gets pissed and not in the lets pay to see the heel get whooped way either.

  10. It seems like an extension of the old AWA finish where that goober Stanley Blackburn would overturn a decision to give back the title to the heel, most famously with Hogan. Dusty started with Verne so he took it one step further.
