Recommended viewing: Do you want to relive WWECW's December to Dismember trainwreck? It's not just an Elimination Chamber main event, but the Elimination Chamber has various weapons in place. In all seriousness, the opener between The Hardys and MNM is pretty good but it probably steps off a cliff after that. I mean, there are people who date ugly chicks and listen to hip hop, so why not people who watch bad PPV?

April Fool! Watch SuperBrawl I from 1991 WCW.

  1. I always understood that Superbrawl I wasn't that great outside of the Sting/Luger vs. Steiners tag match. Is that not true?

  2. I'd have to double check, but Windham/Pillman and Eaton/Anderson should at least be decent...

  3. Okay, I pulled up Scott's recent review... yep, those are the good matches. But Sting/Luger vs Steiners just KILLS the card, the others I mention were around 2 1/2 - 3 stars, and the rest was... not good (tag opener) to horrific (Sid/Tall DUD [on a good day] Machine)

  4. Superbrawl I is a pretty good show with the match of the night being The Steiner Bros vs Sting/Luger.

I also recommend checking out Wrestle War 91 and Starrcade 91 for all of your 1991 WCW needs.

  5. There was also Ricky Steamboat vs Rick Rude that was good.

  6. ... um, no?

    (Checks...) That was SuperBrawl 2.

  7. I was THIS close to going to the WM30 Press Conference today, but my days of standing out in the cold for the WWE are pretty much over. Gonna watch it in my warm room instead.

  8. I think Stephanie just admitted to sitting on Andre The Giant's lap at the press conference.. there goes that battle royale.

  9. Ugh, this press conference is lame. From Stephanie clearly embarrassed to have entrance music in a non wrestling environment to Hogan trying desperately to get the obviously bored members of the press to react, this is pretty lame.

  10. So a lion raping a baby rabbit, then?

  11. Batista just won this press conference. Glad I didn't turn this off just for his segment.
