Comments

  1. Watching the 10/12/98 Raw. Damn the feuds and associations felt random. I didn't at all remember DOA still being around or with Paul Ellering.

    ReplyDelete
  2. Looks like you're going to have to hold off on your feud with Bayless.

    ReplyDelete
  3. A Paul has to be at #1 right?

    ReplyDelete
  4. Stranger in the AlpsJune 24, 2014 at 6:23 PM

We ended that amicably after Farva.

    Also, it was a work.

    ReplyDelete
  5. After Ellering turned on the LOD he may have shown up on tv a total of 6 times.

    ReplyDelete
  6. kayfabe wise #1 is JJ Dillon. Who had clients more successful than him? shoot wise it's Heenan

    ReplyDelete
  7. Here is an email I received from Scherer a few hours ago. Since he likes to share our information on Twitter, I thought I would share it here with all of you.

"You can play innocent on Twitter all you want, but you know what you did when posting content from our Elite hotlines was, at worst, a TOS violation. You also know that it hurts our business when you give away content that helps keep our site in business.
Unless you are totally clueless, you know why I cut off your subscription."

    ReplyDelete
  8. They'll probably pick Heyman. It puts the current product over.

    ReplyDelete
  9. I'm lost. What's this about?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Send him a picture of Nicole Bass.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I wouldn't doubt it but he's overrated to me.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Magoonie NOT Teddy BelmontJune 24, 2014 at 6:28 PM

Jeez man, you better lawyer up!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Where/when did Bo Dallas get that black eye?

    ReplyDelete
  14. https://twitter.com/davescherer

    ReplyDelete
  15. blocked at the j-o-b-b

    ReplyDelete
  16. Bayless got cut off from Scherer's paid site, Scherer is a total dick.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Man is Fandango lucky.

    ReplyDelete
  18. LOL at the fan in the ref shirt going nuts

    ReplyDelete
  19. I don't even remember him in that time period at all.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:32 PM

i am not at the SD taping this evening

    didn't feel like going

    ReplyDelete
  21. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:33 PM

    he cut you off!

    no sexy times for you

    ReplyDelete
  22. That's how I felt with RAW last week.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Oh noes! Let me guess, you tear the tags off mattresses too?

    ReplyDelete
  24. The Main Event is such an old school-esque booked show.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:35 PM

i figured since it was a go home show it would be status quo

    yo

might be some good rasslin', but eh

oftentimes i'd actually experience the crowd reactions, so a fully face ambrose and reigns would be cool

but i was at the rumble, so that'll get me through

    ReplyDelete
  26. Via my non-Bayless email, Scherer informed me he was banning my account for posting news bits from the Elite section of the site. I was fine with that then he posts this on Twitter

"It is always nice when I catch a loser who steals our copyrighted content. F U Brian "Bayless" Cullinane. You suck."
After that, the floodgates opened and he is getting shitted on via Twitter.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:35 PM

just like the dude from pee wee's big adventure

    ReplyDelete
  28. Drunk Hawk falling off the tron was it for all of them, I think. Kind of a crazy way to be written out of a promotion. Not sure who they all pissed off.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Great, Detective Scherer will be on the case

    ReplyDelete
  30. dang man, didn't know it was that serious.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hmmm...top 10 managers. Dillon, Heyman, Heenan, Bearer, Gary Hart, Fuji, and Slick as the token....reverend.

    ReplyDelete
  32. It's not his fault that you're a room h he criminal.

    ReplyDelete
  33. What bout Miss Elizabeth, Teddy Long, Paul Ellering, Kim Chee, and such?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:38 PM

    he'll be on the mattress

    with that dog

    doing unspeakable things

    poor dog

    ReplyDelete
  35. I'm tired of WWE's formulaic way of pushing new talent. Every guy they've brought in lately, they have him beat Kofi, Xavier Woods, Sin Cara, R-Truth, Zack Ryder, Santino, Fandango and Titus O'Neil in squash matches that don't do anything for anybody involved. I get the idea of doing it for maybe 3 weeks, but if it's a character they've really committed to doing something with, they should quickly move him onto bigger and better. Not saying Rusev or Bo Dallas or Adam Rose should be in the main event next week, but a competitive 8-minute match with Goldust is gonna do a lot more for them than a 1-minute squash against R-Truth.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Eh, I just went with "top of my head" I suppose. Ellering is a good choice. Liz probably gets on there because she's Liz. Sherri too.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:39 PM

how did its original incarnation last, where they did profiles of the competitors in the "main event"

    ReplyDelete
  38. I know it was storylined.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Elizabeth wasn't really a manager. She was a valet
    /splitting hairs

    ReplyDelete
  40. He looks unhealthy.

    ReplyDelete
  41. That was my original thought when I started typing.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:40 PM

    and TOSsy

    ReplyDelete
  43. And bestiality...ty.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Please make him a jobber on BoD Raw.

    ReplyDelete
  45. It's called lazy booking. Get used to it.

    ReplyDelete
  46. With a dog fetish.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:41 PM

is that ken anderson's new gimmick?

i saw a dude wearing a mr. kennedy shirt today

i wanted to go up to him and be like "KENNEDY

    ... kennedy"

but he was all big and i was afraid he'd eat me

    ReplyDelete
  48. This is when having a midcard title would be nice.

    ReplyDelete
  49. It's called lazy booking. Deal with it!
    FTFY

    ReplyDelete
  50. I only watched Big E vs whoever he fought last night. He was so generic. Then he won the match. Then I turned the tv off.

    ReplyDelete
  51. He's totally got a jar of peanut butter out of frame.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:43 PM

having outright jobbers would be nice

make the lower card guys look consistently good against non-factors, and then it suddenly becomes a big deal when 2 undercard guys face each other, b/c they actually have been built to mean something

    ReplyDelete
  53. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:43 PM

    thats what you think

    ReplyDelete
  54. I would love if the added Bo Dallas into the MitB ladder match and then let him win it. After months of motivational talk he could have a failed cash in and it would totally fit the character. He seems like the right guy for it to happen to.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I don't think having jobbers would fix the issue. The matches are so cookie cutter that they won't get anyone over. They just do matches and go home.

    ReplyDelete
  56. But then you missed his Louie Armstrong impression followed by a Rusev beat down.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Have him lose in 1 move in the cash-in match.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Kamala's "handler"

    ReplyDelete
  59. Kayfabe-wise, what exactly does a wrestling manager do?

    ReplyDelete
  60. I was checking out Halloween Havoc 1996 on the Network last night. I was not surprised that there were no chapter markers for Benoit's tag match, but I was surprised that there were also no chapter markers for the Jeff Jarrett vs Giant match.

Does Jarrett receive the full excommunication treatment on the Network too?

    ReplyDelete
  61. I know who he is. But on a great managers list?

    ReplyDelete
  62. did that happen after the match? I bet that was heatless also

    ReplyDelete
  63. Attitude Adjustment!

    FTFY

    ReplyDelete
  64. Fair point. I agree with you. He was never really a manager.

    ReplyDelete
  65. Handles their business like any other agent.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:46 PM

    CENAWINSLOL

    ReplyDelete
  67. They should put a mask on him and put him with Los Matadores. Call him El Generico.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Book clients in the biggest matches for the biggest payoffs

    ReplyDelete
  69. I've noticed some random times when there was no markers for, like, a Rey Myterio vs. Chavo Guerrero match. Sometimes it seems like they just slip through the cracks.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I don't get it. Got to remember I'm black so you have to spell stuff out for us

    ReplyDelete
  71. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:46 PM

    he was totally-uh

    gettin-uh

    an old school-uh

    evangelical preacher-uh

    thing goin-uh

    ReplyDelete
  72. The Ambrose and Rollins stuff has been great. If we get dean going nuts every week then the breakup was worth it.

    ReplyDelete
  73. From a character standpoint, he made me laugh. He looked like a bee keeper.

    ReplyDelete
  74. D-Von was somewhere shaking his head.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:47 PM

i actually thought that dvon would fit

    ReplyDelete
  76. Just say my name! I want to hear it!

    ReplyDelete
  77. A nice 20 minute streetfight is a must.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:47 PM

    so was d'lo

    /brotherwasbakin'

    ReplyDelete
  79. They called her a manager frequently on TV. They also noted that she handled his bookings and what-not on commentary during MSG matches.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:48 PM

    POOPYHEAD

    ReplyDelete
  81. So is the idea that every wrestler who doesn't have a manager books their own matches? Or are they told what to do, whereas if you have a manager s/he advocates for you to get matches that are better for you?

    ReplyDelete
  82. That may have just been Gorilla being Gorilla, though.

    ReplyDelete
  83. I stand corrected, kind sir

    ReplyDelete
  84. I enjoyed Preacher Devon's theme.

    ReplyDelete
  85. SNME was great, Main Event only had a handful of episodes that were meh except the first one with Hogan/Andre

    ReplyDelete
  86. Yeah, I think so. You either take care of yourself, or you hire someone to do it for you.

    ReplyDelete
  87. I'm not falling for that trap. Homey don't play that.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:49 PM

    deacon batista

wonder whatever happened to that guy

    ReplyDelete
  89. Like baseball players and stuff. You want a better contract then get Scott Boras to talk for you. You can negotiate yourself but why would you?

    ReplyDelete
  90. Renee is begging to get pounded standing next to Roman.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I and I would like for Dean to keep that attire of his.

    ReplyDelete
  92. He did sort of look like a bee keeper.

    ReplyDelete
  93. As long as it isn't Punk anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  94. He's feeling a little blue.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Roman Reigns saying, "I'm here to kick it!" made me think of Kid N' Play and early-1990s rap for some reason.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Help their client win matches.

    ReplyDelete
  97. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:52 PM

hope he's able to deal with it

    ReplyDelete
  98. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:53 PM

she and i are meeting up after the show

    ReplyDelete
  99. Yes! A Kane match!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:53 PM

what old school heel would have made the best use of twitter, facebook, etc?

    ReplyDelete
  101. Salt 'n Pepa's Wrestlemania XI performance was awkward.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Flair would've made the best use of Tinder.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:54 PM

    and instragram

    ReplyDelete
  104. I'm not watching right now, but on Rollins attire, I think he's one of those guys who needs to choose one or the other. Either he just goes back to the Tyler Black attire, or he wears the full body suit attire. Going half and half just doesn't seem to clash right.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:55 PM

note: wise jalepeno chips are pretty damn hot

    ReplyDelete
  106. Wasn't so much driving home from work today as it was sailing the waters. Yeesh.

    ReplyDelete
  107. World Cup party at work tomorrow. Portuguese grub and hooch.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Just give him the Tyler Black attire and his old ROH theme.

    ReplyDelete
  109. He'll be full of green soon.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:56 PM

he should probably go back to his movie attire. it'll be nice and familiar for mea lot of people

    ReplyDelete
  111. Pouring everywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  112. As a teen I wore the standard 90's hip hop attire. When I went corporate I started going with the casual business look. You got to fully commit to the heel turn. Suckas can't be halfway heel.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Thundering here.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:57 PM

    "sailing the seas of cheese"

    ftfy

    ReplyDelete
  115. In many ways, yes.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:57 PM

crap that means it's headed my way

    dammit cleveland

    ReplyDelete
  117. I was playing FPR earlier. It really made me want to get a flash drive and Action Replay so I can have the ROH, WWE, TNA, NJPW rosters.

    ReplyDelete
  118. Randy Savage could have had some awesome crazy 15-second Touts.

Undertaker could have posted twitter photos of caskets for upcoming victims

Jake Roberts could have psychologically ripped someone to shreds like a teenage cyber-bully.

Rick Rude could have posted photos of all of his conquests.

Honky Tonk Man would have a MySpace page for his songs, or his band, Rhythm & Blues.

    ReplyDelete
  119. You ever heard of newLegacyInc?

    ReplyDelete
  120. what's supposed to be the main event of "Battleground"?

    ReplyDelete
  121. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 6:59 PM

    we rule

    *top...um...gun handshake*

    ReplyDelete
  122. Nice and sunny here in NYC.

    ReplyDelete
  123. Stay away from my Renee.

    ReplyDelete
  124. How lucky you are.

    ReplyDelete
  125. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:00 PM

    been seeing some sunny days?

    ReplyDelete
  126. Cena-Orton to be the face of the WWE.

    Spoiler alert: "CenaWinsLOL

    ReplyDelete
  127. The weekend is set to be crappy.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Are there any fresh matchups left for him? He's faced everyone at least 20 times. shesh

    ReplyDelete
  129. It always bugs me when they come up with the main event during the opening interview segment. Usually the match develops via something spontaneous -- e.g. HHH comes out to praise Orton, Roman interrupts HHH, HHH makes Orton-Roman for later tonight -- so I'm then left thinking, "Well, what was the scheduled main event before? What if Roman hadn't interrupted and pissed HHH off? You had this 3-hour show to do and didn't go in with a planned main event?"

    ReplyDelete
  130. :top gun handshake:

    ReplyDelete
  131. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:01 PM

    always ends with goose dying

    ReplyDelete
  132. Sadly, I'd take Cena over Orton right now. Anyone but Orton

    ReplyDelete
  133. Miserable. No looks to stop either.

    ReplyDelete
  134. Well we haven't seen Orton vs. Cena in about six months. They're overdue.

    ReplyDelete
  135. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:02 PM

but enough about the upcoming ppv...

    ReplyDelete
  136. Watch there 90 FPW WWE vs TNA Brawl for All Tournament, it's pretty entertaining.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:03 PM

you do realize that when they come up with the main event in the intro, it's a shoot, right?

    ReplyDelete
  138. Man they have everybody made!

    ReplyDelete
  139. It's almost scary.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:03 PM

    shotgun anus

    ReplyDelete
  141. I'd pay a cool $50 for a memory card with all them on it.

    ReplyDelete
  142. If they want to be original, Cena wins at MitB. Paul Heyman challenges Cena with a match against Cesaro at Battleground, Cena accepts.

    #CenaWinsLOL

The repercussions of that match lead to Cena-Brock II at the SummerSlam.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I always thought main events should be built similar to boxing matches. Like how Pacman and Mayweather keep arguing about putting the fight together. Why not have Cena and Brock do the same thing?

    ReplyDelete
  144. I'd be cool with that.

    ReplyDelete
  145. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:06 PM

    i meant this run

back when it started on ion tv. the format was slightly different

    ReplyDelete
  146. If they do that match at SummerSlam, HHH-Reigns and get the world title match right that would be the best show since WM.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Big flash of lighting!

    ReplyDelete
  148. The feud must continue!

    ReplyDelete
  149. I mean, if the plan is Brock challenging the champ in August, there are much worse ways to get there. Those worse ways will be how WWE goes, most likely, but my plan sounds more fun.

    ReplyDelete
  150. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:07 PM

sid crosby won a lindsay lohan award?

    ReplyDelete
  151. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:08 PM

that's not the window, brah - you're watching en old ep of wcw thunder

    ReplyDelete
  152. I don't do well with spicy stuff. Never have. I can handle a little kick, but that's about it.

    ReplyDelete
  153. Is his feud with the Wyatt's done? I'm sure they go the laziest route if Brock is the plan.

    ReplyDelete
  154. Jerry Lawler. Although it may have gotten him on To Catch a Predator, so maybe that isn't the best use...

    ReplyDelete
  155. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:10 PM

i remember when sd started airing, it was on thursdays, and wcw had to move thunder to wednesdays

    ReplyDelete
  156. Aric Johnson (copyright 2014)June 24, 2014 at 7:10 PM

    You've been banned from AOL?

    ReplyDelete
  157. Aric Johnson (copyright 2014)June 24, 2014 at 7:11 PM

    Is AOL still a thing?

    ReplyDelete
  158. Honestly, I always loved when the main event of the show was a contract signing or an interview segment, so the wrestling main event alway ended being some random Santino or Divas match.

    ReplyDelete
  159. The chapter markers being absent for Benoit matches are expected, but annoying.

    ReplyDelete
  160. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:12 PM

i see what you sneaked in there, bret

    ReplyDelete
  161. Has anyone accidentally been accused of being a jerk to a wrestler on sites like FB and twitter?

    ReplyDelete
  162. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:13 PM

i know there's a BoD'er who was accused of being a loser (not me) who steals copyrighted info

    ReplyDelete
  163. Before I had assumed that a long stretch of space between red and white marker meant Benoit match. But with the Jarrett match missing that assumption is no longer valid.

    ReplyDelete
  164. And I know one who likes to use DDP Yoga!

    ReplyDelete
  165. Limiting Randy Savage to 15 seconds is wrong on many levels.

    ReplyDelete
  166. Every single time I mention the August PPV. Seriously. I've been doing it for YEARS.

    First time anyone mentioned it.

    ReplyDelete
  167. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:15 PM

    ddp should offer ddp yogurt

and speaking of, there's a fro yo place near my work that actually has hot fudge on tap. toppings like nutter butter cookies. mallow marshmallow topping on tap

    ReplyDelete
  168. We can only hope the Wyatt feud is done. But probably not. Cena-Bray in July is likely, too.

    ReplyDelete
  169. Scherer still has beef with Scott. Another Scherer e-mail

"I don't get why anyone with nothing to hide doesn't use their real name. What is the big deal? You didn't want to get caught doing what you know we asked subscribers not to do? You did steal. You know we ask out exclusive stuff does not get passed along. But given where you write, it makes sense.

You were pissed? Amateur hour is you using our exclusive, subscriber only news and posting it on a for profit website.

You know as well as I do people like your buddy Scott will never support me. Since you are young, you probably don't know why. But whatever.

What you did is a principle issue. I do fine, thanks for asking. I own two homes, among other assets. But thanks for your consideration. Work hard and you can get ahead too.

Enjoy the other sites. I know one would have you posted that CM Punk was returning. Ouch.

    ReplyDelete
  170. True, but he may have created an artform on Tout.

    ReplyDelete
  171. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:16 PM

" I own two homes, among other assets."

    officially a douchebag!

    ReplyDelete
  172. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:17 PM

and seriously, you have a pay for newspaper. they don't come after you if you mention an article in there

    ReplyDelete
  173. Shall we all hitch a ride together, go to his neighborhood to make it a 1 on 500 handicap match?

    ReplyDelete
  174. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:18 PM

    which neighborhood?

    he has TWO homes, remember?

    ReplyDelete
  175. So my dream Summerslam card for this year

    Cena/Brock for the WWE title
Reigns/Orton - if Reigns wins, he gets a match with HHH at the next PPV
    Rollins/Ambrose - Streetfight
    Cesaro/a returning Daniel Bryan
    Sheamus/Bray - US title
Bad News Barrett/Ziggler - IC title
    Harper, Rowan/Ascension/Uso's/Goldust,Stardust - Tag titles
    Paige/Charlotte - Divas title

    ReplyDelete
  176. 250 waiting at each one.

    ReplyDelete
  177. Uncrusimatic_Buck_NastyJune 24, 2014 at 7:19 PM

was this one unsolicited? like, he decided to reply to something he'd already replied to?

    ReplyDelete
