Making a Murderer: Another View

This is obviously one of the few pieces about Making a Murderer that is slanted in the other direction, written by a reporter in Wisconsin, so it's someone a little more inside that bubble at the time.  I think everyone acknowledges that, yes, Steven Avery is kind of a shitty person, and yes, he could very well be guilty.  However, at the very least there's so much hinky behavior from the police and the legal system during the process that at the very least Avery deserves a new trial, and in fact a mistrial should have been called on two different occasions.  Even if he was guilty, officers planting evidence should be "reasonable doubt", shouldn't it?
