That thing on HBK’s head

Did Bobby Lashley sell HBK some of his head bands? Is it a thong? Does he think it looks cool? Does he think it distracts you from the fact that he no longer has any hair? I think it looks ridiculous. Saudi oil money buys a lot of hair plugs.
