Heel Promos in movies

Hi Scott, what’s the gold standard of movie heel promos? For me, it’s a tie between Clubber Lang’s “HEY WOMAN!” Or Ivan Drago’s “If he dies, he dies.” Thoughts? Although I love me some Rocky, Agent Smith and his cancer speech in the Matrix is way up there.
