Worst wrestler to win multiple world titles?

Hey Scott, People talk a lot about worst wrestler to win the world title (Mahal, Russo, Arquette). My question is who is the worst to get to win the world title multiple times?  Depending what your definition of “worst” is, Sid seems like the clear choice.
