DiBiase DVD

If you were to make a Ted DiBiase DVD/Blu-Ray set what are the matches you'd put on it (spanning his entire career, not just WWE)?

Well clearly you'd need the match where he and Cody Rhodes won the tag titles and formed Legacy, then maybe a couple of the D-X matches, and you could probably stretch out the running time with the Dibiase Posse behind-the-scenes and then probably throw The Marine 2 onto there as a bonus.

Can't really say I'd buy it, though...

  1. I think the emailer met Ted DiBiase, not Ted Dibiase J.R.

    Okay, that's 3. Let's shoot for 20.
    4. Vs. Shawn Michaels, 1991 (Col. Video)
    5. Vs Bret Hart, 1991 (MSG)
    6. Money Inc. vs Natural Disasters, Superstars (regain tag belts)
    7. Vs Jake Roberts (WrestleMania 6)

  5. I wonder if WWE owns footage of the one or two matches Ted did with the World Title before Tunney stripped him. That'd be cool to have on a set like this.

  6. Daily Motion had 2 of them up, tag matches Mega Bucks vs. Hogan / Bigelow. They were recorded for local TV broadcasts and actually of good quality. Of course Dibiase eats a Hogan pin both times. The elusive match is Dibiase defending against Bigelow at a poorly attended house show. The tag matches are cool seeing Dibiase cut pre match promos as champ and come out with the belt.

  7. There are a few good Hogan matches from 88' as well.

  8. I actually am going to say my favorite Dibiase match from his WWF run was the Survivor Series 89' match. He is just in the fucking zone and shit gets real good when it gets down to Hogan / Jake vs. Dibiase.

  9. I was thinking that, too. It's actually a really good question.

  10. He was a great worker in Mid:South, but knowing WWE, they'd only include about one or two of those matches on the disc.

  11. Gotta throw the Flair match from Mid-South on there, too.

  12. Never mind, Fitta already said that one. Hmmm.. How about Ted and Dr. Death as a tag team in Mid-South?

  13. Main Event level heel from his first vignette, now that's impressive.

  15. The emailer is kind of annoying.

  16. Ah, it was funny. You should know that anytime Scott gets a setup for a zinger, he takes it.
